    Delts looking on point Charlie!

168.9 for me today! I hope this downward trend keeps on going now that I'm done with the worst part of my month. 19 more days of injections. Let's see where we go! Have to go grocery shopping today as I am out of... Everything. I haven't been eating my fruit and I might not restock the Melba for the last couple weeks. Just extra protein and veggies.

Oh boy, not sure what I did because it could have been the avocado oil on the veggies or the pineapple spindrift but I am up to 157. Yikes. I think this stall/gain will break tomorrow. I had my friend and her boys over last night and didn稚 even think when I made the veggies and they were so good I had a bit too much so up 1.2 for me Lovely Losers 2020 - STEP IN to September!!.
Emily, you are going to crush the next 19 days!! I used to never do Melba and have done some this round because of my exercising. I might forgo it as well. Hope everyone has a fabulous day!

Hi everyone. I am close to p3 and finally allowing myself a few minutes to look at foods lol. Is coconut flour allowed on p3?

And also I normally love using almond flour, but I am hesitant this time to use much on p3. Thoughts on this? I am REALLY committed to stabilizing the right way during p3. Thanks

    Good evening Lovelies,

First, congrats Natalie and Powered by Starbucks on your sobriety! Wonderful work and I am proud of you both.
Sorry I don't have the answer about almond or coconut flour in P3. I would ask Leez over in the P3 thread and start a new post.

Just wanted to drop in and say hi. Been a busy time as we are worried about the fires, but good news the weather has gotten moist and a bit cooler. I am in P3, Day 11-- at least I think I am. I did my last day (8/26), 2 days on 500 calorie diet without homeopathic pellets, then counted the next day as day one of P3?(8/29)... I hope I did that right. I have been maintaining in my window, I had a very close call where I was up 1.8 pounds week one, and today am close to the edge. When I get close to a steak day I try an egg or I have a lot of protein. Eggs and Dairy have been ok, I gain a pound when I try nuts. I tried almonds and I also tried walnuts on a different day, each time went up 1 or 1 1/2 pounds...

How is everyone? I will read back. Hope everyone is doing well.

    Fondly,
    RK

CatherineC: I would be careful with nuts on P3. I am sure they are fine on P4 but are calorie dense and can add up quickly. I made some fathead dough early in P3 off of my last round. Didn't gain, but it was pushing it for sure.

Still in the game. Had a few off days where i did steak days. Working on getting to 170 and about 16 lbs away from that. I知 about three weeks into round 2 of p2 and want to go another couple weeks at least.
I知 not feeling good today (sinuses, throat, etc) so taking it easy and staying OP, lots of fluids.
Birthday is this Sunday and would really like to do a PI for a few days and then hop back in and finish strong.

    Hope everyone is doing well!

I've never tried any nut or coconut flours in P3. Mainly because I just don't care for baked goods enough where I crave them in P3. I just want to sail through it being able to eat the meats, veggies, and dairy that I want and I'm a happy camper. Once I get into P4, I may have a pretzel, brioche bun, or croissant every now and then, but that's the extent of my baked goods for the most part.

    Good Afternoon Lovelies,

Today I am over my window, so still deciding between an egg day or a steak day. I have only had coffee. It will probably be an egg day.

Yesterday I ate dinner way too late, had to put the new barbecue together with hubby. So by the time I ate dinner, 2 hours past my usual time, I was starving and ate too much. Despite Magnesium and Vitamin C I feel constipated, so I will also hit the water hard. I walked today and hope that helps. I think my weight gain was a combo of these factors, so I am not going to get in a tizzy.

    How is everyone?

Natalie Happy early birthday! Yes I always find a PI helps me feel refreshed. I just need to really give myself the motivational talk the first day back, but then I always get great losses similar to P2 week one or two and that is motivating.

I agree with Coco. I find nuts have really de-railed previous P3s for me. They are just so caloric! I had a gain when I tried Almonds and a gain when I tried walnuts, so I have not tried nuts again this week.

Something that has helped me this P3 is going back up on my thyroid dose right away. Ha ha, I probably should not comment on helpful things since I am currently above my window. Yesterday I ran into an old friend at the grocery store. She could not get over my weight loss. That was really motivating. A lot of times people do not comment, and I figure it is ok, as they did not comment when I gained weight giggle. It is really nice when people notice.

Hope everyone has a great day!

    Fondly,
    RK
