    Hello all,

Really been considering a planned interuption. I have 2 weeks of hcg injections left and I feel like my weight loss has slowed. So today I was like if my weight is the same or up from yesterday (169.4) which was up from the previous two days (168.9 both) then I was going to take a break from injections. But today I was 168.4 soooo. Another day. Sigh. I am off the next two days and would like to do some sort of walk/Pilates/yoga something to get the blood moving. See if that keeps the scale moving and in the right direction. I'm not like scared scared of p3 but I'm kind of scared of it because I can't really imagine eating anything other than what I've been eating, chicken, steak, eggs, vegetables. Anyways! Just checking in, how is everyone else professing?

Good Afternoon Lovelies and Happy Friday!

I am down 1.2 pounds from my steak day. Not what I was hoping for, but it puts me back in my window. I will be careful today and hope to lose a bit more tomorrow. I was 124.6, so the top for me is 125....

I have not had any nuts, and have been enjoying P3 foods (eggs, cheese, different meat options and veggie and fruit option).

    Have a great weekend,
    Best wishes,
    RK

P3 is the best! I sometimes wish I could jump right back into P2, but know that I must stay the course, especially now that I am doing injections instead of homeopathic drops. I am P3D10 and have stabilized to within .4 lb of 234.8 for over a week now. Best P3 yet.
Planning a liver flush soon. Maybe next week if the local fire is better contained. I don’t feel comfortable being tied to a restroom for 2 days yet. : Our power is back on, but we still haven’t unpacked. Our go-bags are still in our cars, but we unloaded all of the extra stuff we loaded up.

This is the first P3 where I haven’t lost anything in my waist, but I think it is because I stalled the last 2 weeks but kept loosing inches in P2. 5” in my waist in P2 was way out of proportion to the 3” lost from my hips, so maybe I will lose more there next round (I hope!)

Our community is having a 1 day meat sale he weekend I should be loading for my next round (delayed due to the fire). Perfect timing for a huge discount on boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Usually they are about $1.79/lb that day. I will keep my Foreman grill and kitchen scale going all day and pack my freezer with hcg portions for my whole round. Hopefully they will have shrimp this time, too. Last time I bought enough to package 20 75g portions. Needless to say, the timing of this sale is one blessing that came out of our fire... though we all could have done without the stress!
I am Roni (Ronnie) I am finally giving REAL RX HCG INJECTIONS "A SHOT"

Omg where are you? I am in Portland and the smoke is awful and many have been evacuated south of me. This is just awful. Congrats on stabilizing because that is huge!!

I am not truly following the diet and had chips and salsa last night with a friend before a meeting and was down to 153.6 today. I am down 31.8 from this round and think I am a bit above the 43 day mark bit tomorrow is my last injection. If I can stabilize at 155 I will be a happy girl. My tiny pilates instructor said ďomg you are tiny and look amazingĒ. That is a compliment coming from her!! Our hard work pays off, ladies and gentlemen.

Please stay safe and definitely donít do a liver flush!!! That would suck! Keep me posted on the fires in your area.

Natalie is it your birthday today!!!!

I am in the Northern CA foothills, near where the King Fire was in 2014. Our area is called “the Georgetown Divide” because we live in an area divided by a few branches of the American River. Beautiful country, but access is limited to steep and/or winding canyon roads. It is rural, yet only an hour to Sacramento.

Once our power was back on, we heard about the devastation in Oregon and Washington from your fires. We have many friends down in the Talent/Ashland, Oregon area, and are shocked to see the damage.

So sorry you are also dealing with the smoke too; we have to wear a mask to go out our door. Air quality is dark purple here. It has been bad for weeks. I think my liver is overloaded from all the toxins it has been breaking down from my bodyfat plus from the air. Hope we all have an early rainy season!!

Not sure how long you hae been on P2. Guessing at least 23 days. Sometimes weight loss picks up at end, Dont fret about P3 it is the best You Can just eat what you are eating now except no grissini (which i never ate anyway) except you will eat larger quantities and added fat, Bacon is my favorite first thing to add...and a little butter on my veggies as well as expanded veggies

So sorry to hear about everyone's experiences with the fires, hope you and your loved ones are safe.

I was feeling pretty discouraged And took some progress pics this week And holy cow it's like night And day. Might have cried a little.

I had a good weekend, I dropped down to 167.4 then 166.2 so I am glad I didn't do the interruption. Yesterday my dad was in town so I had my first major cheat, got a seafood boil again but unfortunately it was all cooked in butter and was very salty. It was delicious though. Today I am up to 167.4 but I think once I drink a bunch of water and have a good BM the extra weight will drop.

I am doing 50 injections because I have that much in supplies and have 12 left. Excited to be done!

Ummmmmmmm. Donít do what I did last night and eat a bag of tortilla chips. I have no idea why I did that. I ran out of my naltrexone which is an anti-craving drug that I take for alcohol. I wonder if they had anything to do with it. But I was 154.8. I have been so bad. Today was my last injection but I have some frozen and will peobably extend a few days just to get back to 153 so I can stabilize at 155. In a perfect world. The salty goodness got the best of me. Itís amazing when you can see and feel the difference. Proud of you!! And if a seafood boil is a major cheat then youíre winning. Eventually the butter is going to be fine!! Keep on going girl!!
