Results have been pretty good. Iím settling into a 5 pound a week lose. Finding that fish really is the best food for weight loss for me. Chicken doesnít really move the needle and beef is much the same. Usually I get close to .5 over a day on fish. Iíve pretty much locked in my stop date now - I had a little left over so Iím going to add a day or two which will enable me to get to that 40 pound target.

Just need around another 10 pounds and Iíll be close. Keeping at it!

5 lbs a week is super awesome Jessie!

Omg Powered you just reminded me I forgot to take my antidepressant this morning, which is totally why I want to end this diet today and move on. I take wellbutrin which helps people stop smoking, it helps with my food cravings too.

Sometimes I wish I would just run out of supplies and be done lol. You probably are just up from salt and water retention, you'll be back to 153 in a day or two I'm sure.

Ha, I do that too. I take lexapro. I find that when I have feelings like wanting to quit or drink etc I just wait it out and it usually goes awry. Iíll bet tomorrow will be better and you will push through. Iím going over 43 days too but hit by much. You can do this Lovely Losers 2020 - STEP IN to September!!

Thanks powered. I need to keep some in my car or work locker. I use to take it at night but it gives me such crazy dreams, I ran out of the bottle I had on the counter where I take my injections and forgot to put another one there where I would see it. So I forgot again today. At least I know I'm not crazy hungry all of the sudden! 11 days left. 166.9 today so still up .7 over my butter extravaganza but I am ok.

I went to a clinic that does weight loss to hear what they had to say, and their crazy prices, and they told me I have gut problems which I had never thought about before. Constipation, history of c diff, inflammation and autoimmune issues... I don't know how to go about fixing all that. I was hoping this would help some but I still have all those issues. I just don't know what to do about it!

I would do a bit more research on the gut issues. They will want to sell you a bunch of stuff. Probiotics can help and perhaps Leez might have some info. Iíll tell you the craziest thing for me was once I got sober I had normal poops. I always thought I had IBS or a sensitive stomach. It was just all the alcohol for me so removing that helped. It might be a certain food. Have you noticed any changes for the better on this diet? I would maybe check with a naturopath as well.

I just did the stupidest thing and had a handful of organic white corn tortilla chips because I didnít have any mebla. I did Pilates and will do a 30 mo our spin later. I was 154.6 today so still up from my last chip bender. I think my body is done!! When I lose self control I know itís time. I did defrost two injections so tomorrow will be my last day. Was hoping to settle at 153 but itís one pound and Iím not going to obsess.

I think you had an awesome round, you made your original goal I think so I wouldnt worry about that pound. You can lose it some other way if you want to.

The only reason I would have stuck with those people, if I had money to burn, was the get their "gut map", they did a biome on your stool and from there recommend specific probiotics. It sounded really interesting to me. I don't see a difference between my normal issues and this diet. I drank some smooth move last night because I feel so bloated but it didn't help. When I was in the hospital the doctor suggested keeping up with probiotics and told me they might work, might not it would help to try and I trust a hospital doc more than a weight loss clinic person so, that's kinda what I go by.

Hope everyone has a successful day!

I think a high quality probiotic and maybe some digestive enzymes. I would say wheat or gluten but we donít do them on this diet so hmmm. Gut issues are never fun!! I would look for a food naturopath and or nutritionist who study this stuff. I wonder if one of those ancestry kits that you pay extra for would tell you anything.

I was at 153.6 today!! My son snapped a photo of me on my spin bike last night. I feel healthy and fit. I donít want to be a waif just strong I will do that one last injection today and call it. Itís amazing how successful the round was when I donít obsess about alcohol Lovely Losers 2020 - STEP IN to September!!

You are definitely "all muscle" at 153 lbs. Looking good and strong at this weight, no definitely need to go any further.

Congratulations and keep up the good work

Great job Powered! We have similar body types. I can wear size 6 at 150 lbs.

I had a funny thing happen this week. Been in P3 and happy with the food. Eating basically P2 but with more calories - some dairy and LOTS of yummy fats. But constipation is so annoying I've been grumbling to myself when will I get into P4 so I can add some grains... looked at the calendar and I left P3 2 weeks ago lol.

I'll take that as good news that my body is happy with a lower carb program.

ETA - Just looked at your stats SDWIS and looks like you wear the same size at 150 too! But you're 6 inches taller than me :-)

Lol!! P3 is such a great time as long as you stabilize and yes 150 isnít that big. I used to be afraid of that number but that was my messed up brain. I am calling this round at 153.8. Down 31.6 lbs which I am happy with!! It was super easy now that I am sober and I donít have to think about alcohol and try to work around it.

Keep on kicking butt, ladies and gentlemen.
