This sounds super interesting. I don’t have an air fryer but may need to check it out!
Enjoy these last P3 days!

Good morning, Weight Warriors!
What a great inspiration you all are to each other and to me.
I was struggling yesterday. A pound up after a week of perfect macros, more snow, freezing from both hcg and dreary, drizzly cold day: I just wanted to EAT something comforting.
I think I pulled myself together by end of day, went to bed early. Possibly the only thing wrong with me was fatigue from worrying over dog!
And kids. I am dragging my 10th grade niece and college freshman nephew over the finish line at school, helping them organize the zillion assignments they were too “anxious” and put upon to actually do all semester. Many of you are dealing w the same thing.
It’s a pandemic caused by the pandemic.
But I’m back on track today. Down Point 2. Haha. Better than up.
I can do this!!!
Onward!!!!!!!

Have fun on your load Dubbles!! I figure go for it because it will just be inflammation and come off!
My losses are steady but small. Was 155.6 today so down .4. I’m used to bigger drops but I’m not being super strict and am using a little more milk than allotted and my burger wasn’t super lean yesterday. I add a little more due to my exercise. I did a 30 minute spin and an hour of reformer Pilates yesterday.
Just staying the course. It just feels good to be in control and eating clean.
Liz told me she was able to get in finally so she should be stopping in [emoji3531]

Hi karbee... I hear you with the whole friends social plans, I live near a bunch of wineries and our favorite thing is to stop by maybe 3 of them and have a glass of wine and some sort of food (some places still make you order food if they serve you wine)....they all went last weekend for a Mother's Day celebration and I made other plans so I had an excuse! They also all know that I am trying to fit into a dress for my son's wedding so I think they do understand but some do give me the ol' "You have to try this wine... one sip isn't going to hurt your diet".... Oh yes it will! lol
Hope the arm is feeling ok from the vaccine... my duaghter got it and had a sore arm but that was about it, thank goodness. I had covid in January. Good job with your stablization!
I can relate with both worrying about the dog and helping the kids!! Both of my kids were/are doing online college right now, my son just finished his semester and now only 2 more classses to graduate with his degree in biology, then off to Nursing school to get his BSN. And my daughter is getting her copy editing certificate after 4 years of college and a degree in Language Arts. I will be happy when they are both done... couple more years it looks like. Glad to hear you are back on track today!!
