I have no idea why I am down. I assume I am eating enough or I would not lose weight. I do know that I have been around 160 for years and maybe my body is just going there on its own. I am down 2 pounds from LDW but assume I do not need a steak day! LOL
Feeling better but felt so nauseated most of the evening. The Outer Aisle did not cause a gain and maybe I'll have it again someday. Maybe my digestion was just off yesterday. That leaves 3 foods to test that I had on my trip: Keto granola, lupin spread, and pork rinds. Maybe salami. It is so weird to be gaining then and losing now. I just don't get it. One of these foods has to be the culprit. If not, then what gives? I almost want it to be something or I have no control whatsoever. I may not do another round in that case because I'd be afraid to mess with a good thing!

Dubbles, rooting for you! Great loss into virgin weight territory! Must feel awesome! I think going off protocol with allowed foods is safer than off P foods. Extra protein has not caused problems for me and I do it a few times during P2.
