You'll be moving to P3 soon sounds like. So do you like the idea of doing the planned interruption during a round? Some people really don't like the interruption, but For me, it seems much more doable than going straight for 40 day round. Are you planning on doing any other rounds?
Not really supposed to stabilize yet though! Hoping for a little more loss between now and Sunday! P3 starts Wed. I won't have time to make breakfast so I plan on having plain yogurt post workout. I'll have a nice lunch at 2pm and maybe salmon for diner.

I did really like the interruption and I had no problems getting back into things at all. And as it is, my next round has an interruption planned as well since I will go camping for a week. Whether I stabilize we shall see. I mean, we can get away with a lot in P2 but the proof is in the P3 pudding.

I came back from my weekend trip to exactly 2 lb over, so made no corrections--this morning did weigh in a little lower, so am now 1.2 over last dose weight (lost.8 this a.m.) Still not planning on any correction--hope it goes down a tad further tomorrow, as Saturday we do have plans for a dinner out. It seems a constant struggle, but it is a means to an end--not letting things get out of control, for me anyway.
Yes, I would love to keep some wiggle room. Sounds like your scale is headed in the right direction so that’s good news. Yes, it IS a constant struggle, at least for me it is. And yes, I know what you mean by a means to an end.

Hello hello! I took a skip day yesterday and realized I skipped all of you!

Thanks all for the crab recipes. JDG, my go-to is crab and tomato soup. Wanting something different so I'll try the crab cake recipe and the cucumber salad. Both sound good!

Dubbles, I'm happy I made you laugh :-) someone else once said I should take my show on the road. Sure thing, when we start our residency in Vegas, I'll open for Pearly Mae! We'll be here all month, try the veal and don't forget to tip your server!

AFM, had that big drop on Wednesday, yesterday went back up exactly and I know why. I had a piece of filet for supper and it took me an extra day to digest it! I'm back down to 170 this morning. Mixed a fresh batch of hcg, donated a kidney, bought groceries, and I'm ready for these last few weeks.

And big news at the Tracy place! Found some grissini online and clicked. I bought six boxes. Think I overdid it? There's a black market somewhere for this...

Tracy I buy those grissini sticks on line too! The exact same ones, and I order at least 3-6 boxes at a time! You are not overdoing! I'll be going back to p2 in a week or so, I decided not to mix more, but trying the pellets. The transition to p3 after the hcg last dose is only 48 hours, I never lose during that transition time, so going for the abbreviated time--that's gotta be worth something. Happy Friday!

You're doing great Jeanette, so l.5 below last dose weight? That's some wiggle room. I'm in the opposite direction, exactly 1 lb over last dose weight. Still a little wiggle room--1 lb before a dreaded correction day! How often do you change the hcg patch? Just curious, gonna try pellets after my PI, patches sound like an possibility at some point. Have a great weekend and Happy Mom's day to you too!

Morning lovelies! Down .4 this morning. Now .4 above LDW. I am taking 2 of my younger kids to my moms/grandmas tmw. They live a couple of hours away so we will spend the night. My oldest will be with my husband for an out of state soccer tournament. I plan to eat strict P3 while away but also plan on relaxing with a couple of clean adult beverages tmw tonight (tequila with fresh lime juice) and maybe a glass of wine. Have a nice weekend and Happy Motherís Day to all you sexy mommas out there!

Hello all! Looks like everyone is doing just fabulous! I just bought some lump crab so I am gonna need to go back and look up some recipies. Happy Mother's day weekend to all of the moms out there! I celebrated (food wise) last weekend while loading so now I need to make sure everyone knows that around here!! No breakfast in bed...no chocolate covered strawberries..... nada!! My kids (My son (22), his fiance (22) and my daughter 24) don't know I am doing HCG, they know I did it years ago but never injections, just homeopathic...which they were still giving me a hard time about the only 500 cal/day stuff. But my husband knows it all... My kids tell me all the time how to lose weight, "just eat right and exercise"... been there, and done that! Yada yada yada... this is SO MUCH EASIER!!

So, in 4 days of VLCD 8.7#'s GONE, I love this diet!! I honestly do! Nothing else works like this....nothing! I do find myself craving some food (Saw a Jimmy Johns commercial on tv last night a boy....that sandwich looked amazing!) Not as amazing as how I am going to feel when I get down to a healthier comfortable weight though!! Just have to keep my eyes on the big picture!!

Hope you all have a successful day with whatever phase of this diet you are on!! Happy Friday!
    Phoebe~

    Starting R1P2
    Starting weight 183.5

They get changed every 3rd day and are surprisingly adhesive-meaning showering, changing has never made them pop off.
