P2D10 for me and I am trying hard not to get frustrated and just trust the process... I usually lose really good on this diet! Saturday +.4. Sunday +.3 and today I am down a meesly -.1. I just don't get it? I really am not hungry other then at the usual times I should eat. The only things I ate on Saturday were and apple, chicken and salad for lunch with lemon and a dash of red wine vinegar, I did have a turkey burger patty with yellow mustard but it only weighed 2.5oz so I also added 4 large shrimp... and cucumber and a hand full of strawberries. Drank lots of water. Is red wine vinegar a no no?

I did wake up yesterday with a bad neck ache that went all the way from my neck to my shoulder to behind my shoulder blade. My son used one of those gun massagers on it last night and I woke up at 5 am with a terrible achy shoulder today. But I just don't get it. I am crossing my fingers that my fat cells are just filling up with water and the flood of weigh loss will soon happen. Or maybe just inflamation from my neck ache... I also think I will stay away from seafood after I finsih the last 3.5 oz of lump crab meat (can't let that go to waste)! Here's to hoping everyone had a better weekend of losing then I did.

I think turkey is off protocol? Maybe not off 2.0 I don't know. Pain is inflammation is water gain/retention. Some foods, like shrimp do make some people stall or gain too. But at day 10, you could very well be shuffling things with the good loss you've had! Fingers crossed!

Wear them with pride!!! I had some boot cut jeans from 2012 and they are back and they fit

My losses have been slow the past two days. Was 156.4 today and 155.8 yesterday. I think I was trying to get away with milk on each cup of coffee but that needs to stop. I am still down 13.4 lbs and am on day 9 of VLCD so I’m not complaining.

I checked in Liz yesterday and she’s doing well and is gonna log on, lol. Fashionably late

told her not to leave before the miracle happens!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I planted flowers and just relaxed and it felt so good. Have a fabulous Monday!!

And you know, I always did turkey burgers in rounds past without a problem. I am thinking maybe the shrimp and the crab may very well be the issue. I plan on having the rest of the crab I have for lunch on a bed of lettuce but that will be it for me as far as seafood goes. Thanks for the heads up on that! And... I had to go back and edit my post, today is only day 8 of the vlcd I just realized. I started inj on the 1st.

I always need to hear this! We get so spoiled and when it slows it’s hard chill. My legs feel thinner and I feel like I look better in general.

I know this wasn’t for me lol but I’ll respond. I got down to 144 last round and could not maintain as I was binging on almond butter and having a ton of cream. This time I need to avoid my trigger foods and not be stupid. In P4 I need to eat fats but not like a crazy woman because I felt like it just out it right back on!

I think it's great that you can see a difference! I don't really see any difference yet but I should maybe measure myself. I agree too...when it slows, but a gain two days in a row is what starts to really freak me out. Haha.... chill.... just chill... gotta keep reminding myself to trust the process.

Hang in there Phoebe! Your loss pattern looks similar to mine. I'm 30 days in and have averaged .44 in losses per day. Two textbook stalls and three lulls - same weight and an occasional gain during a three day stretch. Water is the culprit for me. I call it the water slide. I'm POP, 58, close to my goal of 160-165. My body doesn't do the big drops anymore and I miss those!

Down .8 this morning, today is a skip day which may turn into the end of the round for me. I could go another 10 days for what would result in another 4 pounds, maybe. I'm on the fence and will decide after tomorrow's weigh in. There's some mental fatigue going on, of course. I'll take today to think it through.

Skinny jeans and side part for the win msstrong! If I wore high waisted jeans I'd look like a popover with my tummy pushed up to my boobs. Need an extra long tube top to camouflage all the bounty. Enjoy that visual you foxy mamas!

I prefer my slim straights but do have a couple pairs of skinnys-& I loathe the high waisted anything, not happy with the new trend.

I was a 70s teen, and if my jeans aren’t on my hips and dragging on the ground behind my feet, I just don’t understand what’s going on. They don’t have to be bellbottoms, but please not a high waist and what’s this ankle pant thing? I feel like I have Highwater pants on when I wear those to be honest, unless I wear heels with them. And after a year at home and sweatpants, Probably not wearing heels anymore!

Not sure what the heck is going on but I’m up a pound today. Drat. I was hoping to wind this up by the end of the week. I’ll just keep trudging along. It’s probably just TESS testing me To see if I’m serious.

New meds are helping little Penny. I am no longer afraid of losing her any minute.She is doing OK for now.

Good morning all! Well, the good news is that my shoulder is feeling much better today... the bad news, I didn't lose anything! Same friken 175.4#'s today! Sat with a bag of frozen peas on it last night before bed, I am just hoping the inflamation is just taking it's sweet time to get outta my body. I plan to keep on moving on...

Tracy - looks like we may be hcg twins, if this round keeps goes the way it is... (Except for the big TaTas... those are always the first to go when I diet) *And they aint that big to begin with!

I feel a bit like a turtle this round.
