Not sure what the heck is going on but I’m up a pound today. Drat. I was hoping to wind this up by the end of the week. I’ll just keep trudging along. It’s probably just TESS testing me To see if I’m serious.

New meds are helping little Penny. I am no longer afraid of losing her any minute. She is doing OK for now.

So happy to hear about Penny!! As far as the jeans, I am the same, everytime I wear skinny jeans I have to have heals on. I love and think I look best in long boot cut jeans that drag on the ground and get a little frayed on the bottom.

Have a good day all! I'll check back later.

    P3 Day 15

PearlyMae - so glad to hear Penny's responding well to her new meds! Sending healing vibes her way.

I love jeans. Skinny skinny skinny, giant 70s bell bottom, rockabilly crop Ė I'll take them all! Although I'm yet to be convinced about this Tencel revival.

P3 Day 15 and I'm still stable at 1.3 pounds over where I ended P2. It had been 2 pounds over for a few days and I was starting to feel some kind of way about it, but I also got my second vaccine shot (woo hoo!) in that time so who knows? I'm debating doing a second round. On the one hand, I'm at the size I hoped for when I started this round. On the other, I feel like I chose to stop here because I didn't want another round to disrupt my friends' social plans for summer Ė say what?! Why am I more concerned with minimally inconveniencing others than I am with making myself happy? I need to sit with this for a bit.

No drop day #2: 165.8. I am really going down these last couple of days. Holy Moly!

Tomorrow is P3 and I like having some cushioning! Keeping 166.4 as LDW.

Have to run! Back later to read up on everyone.

When I pulled out the liquid for my injection this morning (Using my prescription glasses) I noticed that my needle was filled at about 10 untis with air! It was super hard to see since it's clear and so is the hcg but dang.... I am wondering if I have been doing that lately (Usually just use readers)... If so, I would have only been giving myself 15 units when I should be at 25 units. I found this morning that I have to take out more air then what I want to pull out of the needle. I am now wondering if my dose has been too low recently, hence the gains on the scale and the slight hunger. Yesterday had a hard boiled egg in the am because I was hungry. Hmmmmm.... Anyone here know what the symptoms are if your hcg is too low?

What a great picture and quote! Love it!! And, yes... I don't know if my dose amount has been off but today I am not nearly as hungry and also feeling that cold feeling... not sure it would kick in so quick but it is 80 degrees here today and my hands are freezing and have a long sleeve t-shirt on!! Crossing my fingers from here on out things will go more normal.

Charlie, thinking of you today, anniversary of your mom's passing. And what a wonderful way to honor your mom, striving to be what you love most about her. Our loved ones are never completely gone, they live on in our memories and hearts. She is part of you.

Polly, such wonderful news about your girl Penny. Best news of the day, hearing the different meds are helping. You said you were up a pound, I wonder what effect stress has on all our efforts? So glad she is doing better.

mrsstrong, awesome on your losses, completion of round--now on to a successful and stable P3, fun!

Phoebe, glad to hear you are not hungry, maybe dose is correct now.

About the skinny/wide legged jeans, different fashions--If there is one thing I have learned (sound like Oprah) it's -- be open to change as far as fashion, but don't feel need to adopt every trend/fad that comes around. I love to look stylish, but some fashions just aren't stylish on me! And that's ok. I've heard shoulder pads are coming back in style, too. Guess what goes around, comes around, as they say; and there is really nothing new under the sun!

I've been busy today, and today isn't done yet---so will just say, hope all you lovely ladies, or gents, are happy with your weigh-ins, progess on protocol, regardless of where that has landed you. I'm not as happy as I would like, but it is what it is--up today. Still not 2 lbs over last dose weight, but pretty darn near close, only .4 below LDW. Dadgone transition days did not give me any wiggle room. Since not over LDW I'm not doing any adjustments, will just hope tomorrow isn't worse. Plan on going back to P2 on Sunday--and I will load responsibly on Friday and Saturday, but not completely cleanly. Since this will likely be my last load for quite a while, I do plan on eating a few things I will miss on lengthy P3 and P4. Not dreading P2, but not looking forward to it, either. Have been really diligent about eating since January, approx 5 months, and I think I'm just weary of being so strict. Even during planned interruptions, constantly aware of eating P3, except for small desserts a couple of times, at special events. That's how I need to live and it requires mindful eating at all times. But this will be necessary to keep weight creep at bay. I just need to be grateful to have learned the tools needed to be successful.

Lovely message Charlie! We lost my mom in 2010 on Christmas day. So many sweet memories! Thank you for sharing that.

Phoebe, I think underdosing feels the same as a dose too high. Uncomfortable hungry and losing the wrong kind of fat. Glad you got your dose squared away. Sending positive P2 twin vibes your way!

Pearly, that's happy news about Penny. She has good, loving care with you.

Dubbles, 5 months is an impressive commitment, you should be super proud of yourself and all you've learned. I'm
    proud of you, too!

Msstrong, that's a great transition! I hope you get to keep it!

I've decided to finish the round rather than end it. I have six shots left (when I get close to the bottom of a bottle, I prefill my syringes). I don't want to mix a new batch for four more doses. So my last dose day will be Monday.

I dropped a whole nother pound this am, part of the reason I'm hanging in there a few more days. Hoping I experience better losses in week 5/6. I've seen it happen on the forum before! Or did I just jinx myself? I've got all the food I need for the rest of p2. And more applesauce. I didn't feel like making fish or chicken last night so supper was warmed up applesauce, a 1\4 cup of fat free Greek yogurt, small scoop of collagen, all flavored with caramel stevia. It was everything. I will eat this modified for P3 for breakfast because I really get tired of eggs.

My decision driver to stay on P2 was an older pair of size 12 jeans I wore yesterday. They were roomy and very comfortable. They didn't fit at all in March. NSV for sure. I'm looking at you, size 10!
Linderlou, my food baby is definitely smaller! I'm excited about the reshaping in P3.

    Have your best day everyone!

Thinking of you, Charlie. A favorite of mine is “Grief is loss with no place to go.” It always helps me do something.

Tracy, good luck! Hope the remaining days are successful! Skinny jeans club ftw!

Phoebe, totally could be it’s causing hunger. Hope it gets better now that you know!

    Good luck, Dubbles!

AFM, 165.4 so two pounds below LDW. Nice wiggle room!! Had some yogurt, two eggs and two slices of bacon for breakfast. Feast!

    Hope it’s a good day!

Congrats on the pound drop this morning. It is so great to get into those clothes you outgrew before P2 round, one of the best feelings. And I have also seen where people picked up on losing into weeks 5 and 6. So good luck Tracy. The P3 reshaping is a mystery to me-but it is real. You go back to eating more food, more volume and up your calories, but so much reshaping shows up. Maybe it is the continued lack of sugar? I dont know. I've heard it said on any diet you will see and feel a difference in a few weeks , month, but everyone else suddenly sees a big change after 6 weeks. Anyone else heard that? Regardless, the p3 reshape is real, and I love it. Enjoy!

AFM: this morning down 1.4 lb. 168.6. So only .2 above last dose weight. I'm happy with that. I think i had uptick because of last Saturdays's splurge--even p4 eating. And on Mother's day, I made us a tasty dinner of fried orange roughy in air fryer, and also made fried apples, with a little butter, and plenty of Splenda for sweetener--it was like a dessert for sure. But looks like uptick is now gone. Fingers crossed.

Plan on being on p3 today and tomorrow, then loading for Friday and Saturday, back to P2, vlc eating on Sunday. Anxious to get this round done, and just dedicate the summer to stablizing. Hope everyone else has had a good morning!
