As for me I think I may have solved the dose mystery with the air in my needle!! The last two days I have had a loss and have felt much better and have also had that cold feeling... so thank goodness! Just hope it all continues!

Down 1# today, VLCD11 and down 9.6#s even with 2 days of gaining and one day of no loss.... crossing my fingers that scale keeps moving in the right direction!! Just gotta trust the process!

    Have a great day!!

That is my P3 joy.

And news flash! So far this round my waist is down 2.5 inches. Food baby is down 2.0. Hell with the rest of me! This round seems to be more about inches than pounds. Which is still cool.

I bought my son an instapot for his birthday last fall and of course he's used it once to make rice. I think I'll get the air fryer attachment next and then quietly hide both in the back of the pantry so when he moves out in august, he'll "forget" to pack it. Sneaky mom move. He really wanted a rice cooker. Wonder how that'll play out when he ever goes to therapy.

I get my second covid shot on saturday, Pfizer #2. Think that'll mess with my LDW on Monday?

Dubbles, happy loading! Eat what brings you joy. My last load in April was piss poor and I suffered for the first week. And I never got that exhilarating 3-5 pound drop on vlcd 2. Like Charlie said, it is just inflammation but emotionally - still super motivating!

    Keep on truckin' everyone!

Heh Tracy I think I had my 2nd covoid shot while on hcg--one was during protocol. Didn't seem to effect weights. But that 2nd shot really made my arm sore, so I guess it could mess with you a bit. Hope not anyway.

I see that JGD suggested you hide in the instapot, in the far reaches of closet. With all the weight and inches lost, maybe she is onto something! Squatters rights! Good job on those inches lost!

Thanks for the loading good wishes, I do intend to enjoy! I agree, the big drops first week are very motivating. And i have always loaded pretty well and haven't yet suffered from 1st week hunger. Knock on wood. but this time, going for the hhcg pellets, may be a different story, we'll see! Have a great day, weekend is comin!

So I had gains over the weekend...Saturday I was up a 1 pound, no idea why, I ate perfect P3 on Friday. I wasnít able to weigh Sunday because I was at my grandmas, but Monday I was up another 2 lbs! I was good and ate totally P3 on Saturday and Sunday...no sugars or starches...I did drink some clean alcoholic beverages and I probably ate more quantity wise than I should have...but those gains put me over LDW 3.4 lbs! So naturally I was freaking out a bit on Monday so I did a steak day. I dropped 2.6 pounds from the steak day, which put me back in my window at .8 above LDW. I normally always gain a little back after a steak day...but this time I did not. I weighed exactly the same the day after the steak day, then this morning, exactly the same again! So Iíve had 3 days in a row at the exact same weight which never happens! I hope this trend continues! Itís the bouncing around so much that drives me crazy. And I usually bounce around a lot!

Strong- I read that you are in P3. Savor and Enjoy!

Dubs- I think I read you are going back in P2? If so, how long are you planning to be back in P2?

Starbucks- loved your tribute to your mom

Karbee- you seem to be doing great in P3!

Tracy- gotta love those inches lost and hereís looking at you size 10 jeans! And I totally think you should hide the instapot!

Phoebes- glad you got your dose figured out.

Pearly- try not to let that P2 gain drive you crazy. I know, easier said than done. Just remember itís not really a true gain and it will sort itself out...eventually.
Welcome back! Yeah, we are a chatty bunch! But you jumped in and read back LOL Yes, P3 day 2 for me!

Glad your steak day went well. Funny thing with food is the hidden ingredients and sodium. If you at anything you didn't prepare this can happen. Fluctuations suck. It's so stressful!

Iím keeping an eye on everyone, and cheering you on.

In my dreams,I was down 2 pounds today. In my reality, I was down .2 pounds today. Man!

Counting my first part of this round before I turned my P3 into a PI, that was 25 injections, as I went two days longer than the traditional 21 days. Now Iíve loaded again for two days, and done P2 for 10 as of today. I think that looks like 37 Injections so far. 2 + 21+ 2 extra + 2 second load + 10 = 37.

So Iím kind of thinking I can do three more and then at 40, Iím done. I still have to transition 72 hours. But if I canít get down that last 1.8 in the next three days, then it just is not meant to be!

These last weights are big fat set points, each one of them. 133 used to be my highest weight ever ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha when I was lot younger, 132 and and 131 are both places Iíve been stuck before but somehow I got past. So if I have to do it .2 at a time, Iím going to get as close as I can to 130. But I Only have three more P2 days that I can handle.

How in the world have we done long rounds before without a break? My first round wasSomething like 47 days, with a horrible cold right in the middle, causing a 10 day stall, but I still lost 22 poundsThat round and was thrilled.

I guess thatís part of it, it is more thrilling to be losing the first time then it is to file off point 2 a day for the nth time!

I think your calculation is right.
And it will be what it will be.
I don't know either how I did 40 days before without stopping. I mean, we'll see how stabilizing goes but if it goes well, heck, I am doing it this way. I will do it this way for my last round but it was not as much planned as much as it just needs to be but yeah, I loved it. I lost well and more than expected after the PI.

I was up with you for a bit! Ugh. Did not sleep well, and have a headache.

Yay on the inches! I did not know the IP had an air frier attachment! I may need to look into it. I love my Instant PotS! Yes, I have two!

I am taking my 14yo in his morning!!!!!! Approved for 12-15. We are personally relieved!

Pearly, I will never see 130 or 135 again, just ain't gonna happen. Good for you, hope you get the 1.8 down you are seeking in the next few days, but if not, noone could tell that amount anyway. I am so with you, in 2010, I did a 47 day round, too. HOW? I'm pretty sure I'll never do another long round like that without a planned interruption in there someplace! Hope your baby is continuing to respond well to her meds! Onward, for sure!

Phoebe, your round is going really well, right now averaging more than most women do on a daily basis. Keep it up.

JGD, I mentioned you on Jeff's thread, but if you missed--I will be going back to VLC this Sunday. I will then try for 14 days on vlc, not counting my loading days or 2 days off in transition. (Will be experimenting with pellets this time, so 48 hrs off before p3) Goal for me is to be done by June 1 at the latest. Before my interruption I had done a short 23 day round, plus 3 vlc days in transition. So want to complete a full 40 day round. Just have to get my mind in the game! Hope you are doing ok, that steak day loss was great! This morning I weighed in at .2 over my last dose weight, sorta like you. I know people try to load and not gain, but I can't seem to follow thru on that. The loading days motivate me to go on, regardless of the gain. And I realize I won't be able to indulge in them for a long time after. Have a great afternoon!

mrsstrong, good luck on your P3. You did so well during a trip on your Planned Interruption, I have no doubt you will have a successful, stable P3.

Day three, same weight. I'm making yesterday my last dose and will be in P3 Sunday. I want to end during this potential stall, I usually stabilize better when I do. Towel = thrown in. I got 30 doses in, so not bad. 11.8 pounds down in 34 days, not my favorite results but I did chip away diligently. May try chipping again in August.

I know, I know, two days ago I was "hell yeah!" And now I'm in a " well, maybe not" mood. I feel good, I look better, BMI is decent. I'm content with this decision. With my loss pattern this round, I can't see myself putting in the effort for maybe another pound.

Phoebe, you've surpassed our twinning too! I'm so happy for you that you've found your bubble free sweet spot. I'm rooting for you and all y'all!

I have a family reunion, travel to Indy, followed by travel to Phoenix all in June and I want to have at least three weeks of P3 in before the hoopla starts. Hope the hoopla doesn't turn into shenanigans :-) There is a sister involved...

Anyone have a good rec for a mask to wear on an airplane that won't fog up my glasses?

Tracy, I get you on the fogging up with masks. I don't wear glasses but they fog sunglasses too. My favorite mask brand is Cool Touch , they are so lightweight, and cooler, I think. Maybe someone will have a response. Looks like CDC is easing restrictions, but on public transportation, prob here for a while. And it will take a while for businesses to relax their guidelines. What I don't understand about all this, why are vacinnated people worried about whether or not unvacinnated people are wearing a mask or not. Seems even vacinnated people are afraid to take the mask off. I miss seeing people's faces, smiles, and frankly I find it difficult to understand people thru masks, many times. If I am vacinnated , I should be ok even if I am around someone unvacinnated , I shouldn't be giving to them or their giving me covoid. On the off chance I did get infected, it shouldn't be badly. There are people who will never get vaxed, unfortunately, but it is THEIR body, their risk, their choice. And I don't view it politically, just logically--following science. Enough of this, don't mean to offend anyone. Hope you find a mask for travel that meets your needs.

Sounds like you have a great June planned. I think it a very good idea to get the 3 weeks of p3 under your belt before an extended trip. On a trip I'm sure there will be a tad of p4 eating. When I went on this last planned interruption, I started on P3 immediately and traveled immediately. Frankly I was quite worried that I would gain traveling so soon--but that didn't happen. And all in all, at end of planned interruption, this morning I weighed in .6 over my last dose weight. And yesterday, I ate quite a lot on p3 food--kind of experiment. I deliberately upped calorie intake. I wanted to see how it would affect gains and felt right before loading would be a good time to do that, as I could lose it quickly. A slight uptick of .4 this morning. Negligible. Today is finally loading day, and here I am. Took my pellets once so far, this a.m. Seemed it took forever for them to dissolve. I can see the convenience of injections. But this too is a kind of experiment, want to see the difference in losses and where weight is lost. So going to stick with the hhcg pellets. I actually have pellets or drops of hhcg.

I had a 200 balance of Macy's money, that I had to use before Saturday or would lose (thank goodness they emailed me to remind me! ) So I went shopping yesterday. Purchased a new pair of jeans, they were size 12, tried on another pair of soft slacks, and the 12 was too big, needed a 10, which they were out of. Happy with that. Even happier, purchased jeans (Lucky Brand), and three tops and only had to pay 7.00! All in all, a great shopping spree!

Will check later to see how everyone else is doing. Happy transistion days, hope they go well and you get a little wiggle room, Tracy. Loading today for me, I plan to enjoy, not go too crazy, but enjoy as I usually do.

Welcome back to P2, Dubbers. The first few days feel like NOT ENOUGH FOOD after P3, but you will make it through that and do great!!

The Woosh Fairy finally made it to Colorado. Good girl! Good Wooshie. Sit! STAY!

I'm down 1.4 today, to 130.6. Solidly into the 130-pound. If I didn't have to do transition days, I'd be eating bacon about now! LOL. But since I still have to eat P2 for 72 hours, I might as well stay in P2 the last 3 days until 40 injections. Maybe it will help with stabilization.

That puts me back in P3 on Wednesday. I usually try to game it to start P3 on a Saturday so I can make myself a nice breakfast...with bacon!... but I'm happy to try a weekday P3 start.

My sister and I are taking my nephew out to a late lunch today to celebrate finishing his first year of college...from their basement. Whew. I sat with him while he finished a final project in InDesign for six hours. He worked on it another four hours and turned it in 15 minutes before the midnight deadline. It took 12 minutes to load. I know, right?

He was supposed to be working on it for three weeks, but even though I showed up to help him -- I have used InDesign for my job for years-- last Thursday, Saturday morning, Monday afternoon and Tuesday evening... he kept saying he wanted to just watch tutorials and didn't need my help. When it became apparent that he had done almost nothing by Wednesday.... due date... Well, Auntie P to the rescue. Why watch tutorials when you have a professional who can actually teach you how to use it? He did a great job in the end. The very, very, very, very end.

Anywhoo.... going to IHOP and will order eggs, cottage cheese and tomato slices. NO THICK BACON. I may be going back next week.

I am still waiting for my new password on the desktop version for the hcgdietinfo.com site. I have requested a reset for days, and finally got one response today (there should be about 12 more somewhere!) but it just said it would SEND me a new password after I confirmed my email. Not yet. Still waiting. And then I will have to figure out how to log in on Tapatalk again. Sheesh.

    ONWARD HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
