Thank you for pointing this out FlirtyFlo and thank you Leez for the guidance! It is based on my current schedule but I'll keep this in mind when my schedule changes.

Welcome New Loaders! Iím joining you!

Yep, back up more today, tho still below LIW. I just had a feeling those Unexpected though greatly welcomed losses this week weíre just not regular losses. I had a suspicion about them.

Sometimes you just fluctuate, both up and down, and these just didnít feel like actual Iím Thinner losses. Canít explain exactly, but back up to where I was last week so whatever they were I managed to wipe them out.

I just bought a mini waffle maker. HA! just in time for P2. I use a cream cheese and egg pancake batter In P3 and beyond and I have been wanting to try it as waffles. So today since I am officially in P1, not P2, I added an extra bit of cream cheese to make the batter a little thicker (itís usually kind of a crÍpe consistency) And it worked great. I topped with berries and ready whip. I guess I couldíve had syrup since Iím loading, but I have weaned myself off of syrup so didnít want to fall back into it again.

The pancake and waffle mix are a variation on Suzanne Somers Oopsie rolls, only without all the egg separating and egg white nonsense.

Something to look forward to when I get back into P3!

Much steak to eat and avocados to use up between now and Tuesday.

    Onward!
    P

    P2 Day 7

Down 0.4, making week one loss 4.2 Pounds.

Today is going to be an off day. I will have a little bit of non P2 foods because it is Easter and the biggest celebration of our church. Skipping the bacon though LOL! Might have a sip of mimosa I ( I never have a full glass anyway), a tiny bit of the sweet cheese dish on some strawberries, and some lamb and rib-eye instead of my normal meat. Veggies as usual. We'll see?
I have all week to get to 169-168. Should be doable despite this cheat?

MrsStrong- the cheat MAY set you back about 4 days so just be prepared if it happens. Wishing you good thoughts and a Happy Easter.

    Pearly- have fun loading.

    Lantisk- welcome and good luck!

Well, I had a 1.4 gain this morning so lost that 1 lb cushion I had for 1 full day. I ate nuts for the first time, so not sure if that was the cause or not but won’t be eating any today. I had a mixture of deluxe nuts so when I try nuts again I think I will introduce them 1 at a time in case it’s a nut of a particular variety that’s causing a problem. Sitting at .4 above LDW currently.

Ah well. Itís ok. This is my first time ever cheating. Not bad. Next round wil bring me close enough to 150 that I am not too worried.

    Thank you!

Hello Ladies and Gents if we have any!! I am no stranger to HCG and I am officially on VLCD 1. I managed to gain a few and then just said screw it im going to do another round and ate terribly for a few weeks. That is another issue in need to address in therapy. Some of you know that I am sober, 18 months today actually Lovely Losers 2021- MAKING IT in May!, so I am turning to food for stress I think. But if I can control it with alcohol I can control it with food as well.
Excited to see all of your success stories on here and hope to have a loss tomorrow. Last round was my biggest ever at 7 lbs overnight so Iíll be happy with a few because I loaded well! I was 169.8 this morning and 166.6 (eww at that number) yesterday.
I slept in super late today and need to hit the store for chicken and beef. Have a wonderful day Lovely Losers 2021- MAKING IT in May!

    Good morning all-

see a few new/old vets and some clean up people today. Good luck to everyone beginning their rounds! P2 feels safe to me due to the restrictions. Today I begin the 48 hour wait time till P3. Reached my goal for the round so hopefully I don't mess up too bad trying to stabilize. So now since January, have lost a total of 31.2 #'s. Still amazes me. Had to purge half my closet over the weekend because things are either too big or not quite fitting. But felt good to have most of my fat pants outta there. Costco has a lot of keto options that I never noticed before and stocked up on some goodies can't wait for greek yogurt eggs and all that bacon. mmmmm. First dinner gonna be lamb chops with avocados & black olives..

Thank you Lovely Losers 2021- MAKING IT in May! I was cruising along and then one day I had cheesecake and I swear I started going on a dark path lol. But Iím back and I am focused and Iím still in fighting range!
I am down 5.8 lbs today Lovely Losers 2021- MAKING IT in May!Lovely Losers 2021- MAKING IT in May!. Tell me thatís not a decent load! I went to bed early and got up early and feel really good. Iíve got some steaks in the fridge and chicken for lunch. I am at 164 and the goal will be to get to 140 and eventually settle at 150 if I can get my mind wrapped around THM as Leez has mentioned.
I decided to keep the exercise as it is just therapeutic for me and I read something from Chris Watson that made sense about the release of 1500-2000 calories into our blood stream so weíre not ďstarvingĒ. I wonít be doing tabata which is all out rather some low key, endurance and freestyle rides.
Excited to join you all here and see everyone kick some booty this month! My birthday is May 27 and Iím not sure where I will be but can plan a nice meal. Off to read the dailys. Have a wonderful day everyone.

    Great loss!

I know how that happens! It me too. And I love cheesecake. There is a keto one that I will have to make off and on to bring some pleasure!

I work out as well all through P2. I do HIIT and weightlifting. And the tabata LOL I don't gain muscle or go up in weights, but I am typically able to maintain what I did before, and if I need to do fewer reps or what not I adjust.
