    P3 Day 18

Yay for successful shopping trips Dubbles!

Tracy, you've done really well and doing a solid stabilization before your summer travel sounds like a smart choice.

PearlyMae, nice work on the woosh and the nephew! Here's to continued success for the rest of P2.

Annoying week: I had a 1.6 pound gain on Wednesday, then another .6 yesterday, putting me at 3.5 over LIW, rude! I did a steak day – my first ever – which was surprisingly manageable (although I definitely felt low energy and spacey by 4pm) and am down 2.2 pounds this morning, phew!

That the steak day worked makes me think that this was inflammation, but I can't think why: I'm pretty sure I didn't eat any trigger foods, water consumption is good, I'm getting around 2,000 calories and have been super careful to get enough protein each day. The only thing I can think of is that my Monday night workout was more strenuous than previously, and Wednesday I did have a lot of second day soreness (despite taking magnesium). Frustrating!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

The Woosh Fairy finally made it to Colorado. Good girl! Good Wooshie. Sit! STAY!

I'm down 1.4 today, to 130.6. Solidly into the 130-pound. If I didn't have to do transition days, I'd be eating bacon about now! LOL. But since I still have to eat P2 for 72 hours, I might as well stay in P2 the last 3 days until 40 injections. Maybe it will help with stabilization.

That puts me back in P3 on Wednesday. I usually try to game it to start P3 on a Saturday so I can make myself a nice breakfast...with bacon!... but I'm happy to try a weekday P3 start.

My sister and I are taking my nephew out to a late lunch today to celebrate finishing his first year of college...from their basement. Whew. I sat with him while he finished a final project in InDesign for six hours. He worked on it another four hours and turned it in 15 minutes before the midnight deadline. It took 12 minutes to load. I know, right?

He was supposed to be working on it for three weeks, but even though I showed up to help him -- I have used InDesign for my job for years-- last Thursday, Saturday morning, Monday afternoon and Tuesday evening... he kept saying he wanted to just watch tutorials and didn't need my help. When it became apparent that he had done almost nothing by Wednesday.... due date... Well, Auntie P to the rescue. Why watch tutorials when you have a professional who can actually teach you how to use it? He did a great job in the end. The very, very, very, very end.

Anywhoo.... going to IHOP and will order eggs, cottage cheese and tomato slices. NO THICK BACON. I may be going back next week.

I am still waiting for my new password on the desktop version for the hcgdietinfo.com site. I have requested a reset for days, and finally got one response today (there should be about 12 more somewhere!) but it just said it would SEND me a new password after I confirmed my email. Not yet. Still waiting. And then I will have to figure out how to log in on Tapatalk again. Sheesh.

    ONWARD HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Pearly ~ what a good auntie you are!! Just thought I would mention that the scrambled eggs at Ihop has some of their pancake batter in them. I heard this years ago and you can ask or I think it says it right on the menu. I assume you probably won't be ordering scrambled eggs but thought I would mention that....crazy right!? P3 on Wednesday...awwww... the light at the end of the tunnel!! So happy for you and to be in the 130's, congrats!!

I know, I know, two days ago I was "hell yeah!" And now I'm in a " well, maybe not" mood. I feel good, I look better, BMI is decent. I'm content with this decision. With my loss pattern this round, I can't see myself putting in the effort for maybe another pound.

Phoebe, you've surpassed our twinning too! I'm so happy for you that you've found your bubble free sweet spot. I'm rooting for you and all y'all!

I have a family reunion, travel to Indy, followed by travel to Phoenix all in June and I want to have at least three weeks of P3 in before the hoopla starts. Hope the hoopla doesn't turn into shenanigans :-) There is a sister involved...

Anyone have a good rec for a mask to wear on an airplane that won't fog up my glasses?
Tracy~ I would make the same decision if I were you! You did good and especially with the inches!! And thanks, I think I found my bubble free sweet spot, haha! So, my favorite mask came free when I ordered a purse on thesak.com it is the best mask that I have, made with a cool cotton type fabric. I actually went and ordered a 5 pack after I got the free one but it doesn't look like they are selling them anymore... maybe because covid is winding down... the God!!

Maybe someone will have a response. Looks like CDC is easing restrictions, but on public transportation, prob here for a while. And it will take a while for businesses to relax their guidelines. What I don't understand about all this, why are vacinnated people worried about whether or not unvacinnated people are wearing a mask or not. Seems even vacinnated people are afraid to take the mask off. I miss seeing people's faces, smiles, and frankly I find it difficult to understand people thru masks, many times. If I am vacinnated , I should be ok even if I am around someone unvacinnated , I shouldn't be giving to them or their giving me covoid. On the off chance I did get infected, it shouldn't be badly. There are people who will never get vaxed, unfortunately, but it is THEIR body, their risk, their choice. And I don't view it politically, just logically--following science. Enough of this, don't mean to offend anyone. Hope you find a mask for travel that meets your needs.

Sounds like you have a great June planned. I think it a very good idea to get the 3 weeks of p3 under your belt before an extended trip. On a trip I'm sure there will be a tad of p4 eating. When I went on this last planned interruption, I started on P3 immediately and traveled immediately. Frankly I was quite worried that I would gain traveling so soon--but that didn't happen. And all in all, at end of planned interruption, this morning I weighed in .6 over my last dose weight. And yesterday, I ate quite a lot on p3 food--kind of experiment. I deliberately upped calorie intake. I wanted to see how it would affect gains and felt right before loading would be a good time to do that, as I could lose it quickly. A slight uptick of .4 this morning. Negligible. Today is finally loading day, and here I am. Took my pellets once so far, this a.m. Seemed it took forever for them to dissolve. I can see the convenience of injections. But this too is a kind of experiment, want to see the difference in losses and where weight is lost. So going to stick with the hhcg pellets. I actually have pellets or drops of hhcg.

I had a 200 balance of Macy's money, that I had to use before Saturday or would lose (thank goodness they emailed me to remind me! ) So I went shopping yesterday. Purchased a new pair of jeans, they were size 12, tried on another pair of soft slacks, and the 12 was too big, needed a 10, which they were out of. Happy with that. Even happier, purchased jeans (Lucky Brand), and three tops and only had to pay 7.00! All in all, a great shopping spree!

Will check later to see how everyone else is doing. Happy transistion days, hope they go well and you get a little wiggle room, Tracy. Loading today for me, I plan to enjoy, not go too crazy, but enjoy as I usually do.
Dubbs ~ Enjoy your loading and sounds like your PI went great!! I am seriously thinking of doing a PI for my son's weeding in June and then doing another 10 days, if I can get it out of my vial... I don't know... I have done this one diet by Dannette May that I may try and do again. It is eating a lot of good clean food, I actually lost 11 pounds in 30 days, which isn't much compared to this diet but a lot of people stick to it and lose consistantly and do really well. Hmmmm.... actually think I will do hcg until I get down to my goal weight and then maybe do the other to maintain...

As for me and the vaccine... I somewhat agree with you. I never really understood why people feel the need to wear a mask after being vaccinated though it is their choice and it probably does cut down on other illnesses and I don't judge them, they have their reasons but I am the same, have a hard time hearing people sometimes... makes me think I read lips quit a bit when listening to people...haha!! I for one almost get clostraphobic in the mask...even after all this time... I am constantly lifting it off of my face to breath when people aren't around in a store or wherever.... I have already had covid and haven't heard a lot of people talk about getting the vaccine if I already have antibodies...my moms opthamologist told me that I should be good and not need it if I already had it... so who knows, I just want normal life to resume! Darn Covid!!

Jeans are my every day go to... and I love Lucky brand, though my favorite is True Religion... pretty pricey but I have a couple in my closet that are calling my name if I can only lose these extra pounds & inches!! Nice job on the Macy's shopping spree!!

As for me, I am down another .3#'s today, not much but moving in the right direction. You know, I wasn't even hungry yesterday but I found myself grabing these small tomatoes (they are green, orange, red and red/green), they are so good and everytime I walked by them in the kitchen I grabbed a couple... I was hoping those and the eggs/spinach I had for dinner wasn't gonna make the scale move up today... so I am thankful for that!

Today is VLCD12 and I have lost 9.9#'s in 11 days of dieting...c'mon 10#!!! However, I tried on the dress I am trying to fit in for the wedding and still no closer to zipping it up!! I know...I know.... just trust the process!! Happy Friday Y'all....

I missed checking in yesterday. I was 154.8 and today 155. I even did a detox bath and a inflammation smoothie Lovely Losers 2021- MAKING IT in May! I realized I ate three fruits yesterday so that probably did it. No idea what I was thinking. Just staying the course!
I started taking the perfect aminos and am excited to see if they help with muscle definition. Just need to focus on my foods and stay the course. This round is slower than all of my others. But I’m also older Lovely Losers 2021- MAKING IT in May!
Yay for smaller sizes and scale drops!! Keep on kicking butt, ladies!

    P3 Day3

    Hi all!
I was up a pound this morning and weighed in at 167. For now I will consider this normal fluctuation. I am also doing a lot of yard work so I am sore. And I have not slept well since off the drops either, waking up way too early. Food wise we’ll see. Eating 3 good meals a day and foods that should be ok. I normally do not eat fruit but had some two days in a row and it may just not work for P3 for me. Jury is out.

Good luck in P3, Tracy! Totally hear you on being done!

    Happy P2, Dubbles!

Karbee, glad the steak day worked!

Hope everyone had a great day! I am forgetting a few people and will need to read once I submit this lol

I am looking forward to some more yard work this weekend as well as building a chicken coop! We got chicks to eat the ants! Every little bit will help!
