P3 Day 7
Dubbles, indeed great stats for me! Not losing on NDD is frustrating! I have no idea what would cause that but it gives no wiggle room. I think I would then probably take my average of P3 weigh-ins and adjust my LIW/LDW higher if it shows it is so that I don’t have to fret every day. I had to adjust one pound higher last round and it was very freeing. Do what you can control and let the rest be. Sorry the drop is not as much as hoped for but it may still even out. Remember that other things are happening as well so don’t focus on the pounds too much. I know it is hard. But if you were not doing this, none of it would come off. So you are always going to be better off.
Charlie, he is gorgeous! What phenomenal dogs they are. I mean your Lila is pretty too but I am in love with Bentley! Coconut oil makes me gain. Allergic I guess.
Phoebe, just get back on it. It’s hard with company. Period. No matter where you are. I had a little wine in P2 and lost fine but it doesn’t mean it is free for grabs! I considered myself lucky and didn’t do it again. Hope meeting your dog was awesome! Such great losses you have!
Polly, your dogs are so cute! Step on the scale, don’t move, take note of the weight, and LEAVE.
Ritkin, that is awful. Had it once in a debilitating form like this. On the floor for a few days. OMG. And then your mother! What timing (not that any of us have control over that). You are retaining lots of fluid and your body needs it to heal. It will come off when better. Be kind to yourself. Eat more protein for healing too. Are you doing an interruption?
Tracy, probably the vaccine. Glad you are feeling better! Onward! But don’t stop eating! You will end up gaining.

AFM: Today I am down to 165, 1.4 pounds under LDW. I am not trying to lose weight and have no idea what I am doing right LOL Had a tiny bit of wine yesterday. This is what I ate:
Bowl of fun fat yogurt (probably 1 1/2 cups)
Pulled pork (probably 1- 1 1/2 cups) with a salad of greens, microgreens, avocado, and feta
2 chicken thighs with pesto, a salad of greens, microgreens, and avocado, and grilled asparagus
I have been very active so maybe that is helping. Today I am going to have something I haven’t had yet. I will report tomorrow.
