Lol didnít catch that auto correct! Guess we both have issues.

I had one that left and came and left again too. At least she lives close enough. Still have one at home.

Awesome on the reshaping. I have never noticed much about that.

Did I read one of yours going to West Point? Impressive! They are always your babies, regardless of where they are or how old they are. And I LOVE FULL FAT FAGE, Tracy and msstrong--when I mix in in p3 with whipped cream cheese, a little cocoa and sweetener it then becomes fun fat fage, for sure--like a real dessert!

P, you are so right on the snoring! Ozzy is world class snorer!, have to have a ceiling fan or tv on all night because of his snoring. He has extra flat face so his is pretty bad. We named him Ozzy, but we shouldve named him Winston, he looks just like Winston Churchill. Will have to send a pic, once I figure it out. Don't you go to p3 today? Have fun!

Good morning Ladies! Sounds like everyone is doing pretty good this morning!

rk--hope you and Mom are both recovering from fall and the sciatic pain. I know it is awful, like a lot of you I have suffered with that several times in the past. You just have to baby it

Phoebe, about son 's moving, I know it is sad, but just think about going on road trips to visit. I wedding going to be where you are, or in Nebraska? Adorable picture of puppy, keep us posted on name. I'll put pics of my babies, once I figure it out. I first had my pic on sideways, too. Leez figured it out and straightened it out for me! Hope you were happy with weigh in this morning. I think Tracy asked about your dress, how is that going?

Will check later to see how everyone else is doing. -

AFM: Lost rest of load weight this morning. So basically .4 above last dose weight before planned interruption and 2 loading days. Now onto some virgin weight for this round . Getting a little more resigned, and mentally in the game--helped getting load weight off. Was gonna go for 14 more days on vlc, but may shorten that a tad, we'll see. I went back and counted dose days this entire round--Looks like I am now vlc day #26, so add two more dose days (while loading), so on dose day 28.
I kinda wanted to be on P3 by Sunday the 30th. That would take me to last dose day being on Thursday the 27th, and only 34 vlc day round, and 36 dose days. Adding the very low calorie transition days means really 37-37 very low calorie days. Sorry for meandering here, just trying to figure out for myself THE PLAN. (HA) This will depend on how well I am losing come middle of next week. If it slows down to .2 or upticks, then I'll quit the round early.
We'll see. Good luck to everyone! Have hair appmt to get ready for, will check in later.

Dubbles, the Bostons I fostered for several months were dainty smush-faced ladies... and also looked like Winston Churchill.

If you post from your desktop and the photo is on it, or if you have email on both it and the phone you use to take a photo, I can walk you through how to put up a pic. If you post from the same phone you take a picture with, even easier. Let me know. A bit fiddly but easy.

Yes! PTHREEEEEEE! Thank goodness. I start P3 today, as I sort of started P4 about 10 a.m. yesterday. So hungry. I think it only took 50 hours not 72 to get all hcg out of me.

I thought maybe a teeny end of the spoon lick of peanut butter would sustain me. Ha. Details are gruesome. Followed up w a gin and Tonic with my sister and cousin after touring hotels for a family reunion plan.

I did NOT have tilapia for supper. I threw a red flag on the day, had some some cottage cheese and sent myself to bed!

    Up .4. Sigh.

    Ok. New day!

I often dictate on my phone because Iím a lazy Typist. I can type like the wind on my desktop keyboard but I tend to tap with One finger on my phone so Iím slow. However, Siri has no common sense. If I say ďsee you laterĒ why in the world would she think I was saying ďcyan litterĒ? I have to go back and edit all over the place!

Avocado with eggs and tomato slice today and will go shopping for bacon in a bit!! Whoo hooooo!

Hi guys, just a quick check in. Son and his fiance and their dog left this morning....had tears in my eyes but thankfully kept myself from sobbing my eyes out! Had a -.2 loss this morning but weighed an hour and a half earlier then normal and ate a steak/salad for dinner that I didn't weigh and also ate pretty late for me... we got done around 8:00, so I am thankful at least I lost something...

Yes...Tracy, live vicariously through me all you want!! That cake is what's gonna haunt me the most... but, I read somewhere that the first bite is always the best so I am gonna stick to just having one (huge) bite and then try and set it aside and get back on the dance floor!!

Dress is getting much closer to zipping up. When I tried it on the first time is was about 4 inches shy of being able to zip, now it's closer to maybe 2 inches or even less. It's a flowy style dress from the waist down, just the chest area and bust that I'm having trouble with. That's usually the first to go when I diet so I'm hoping another 2 weeks and it will fit better.... I will take it to the tailor for aulterations next week I think. Dubbs, the wedding is in Nebraska. My son wresteled in college out their and met his girl the very first day... but they were friends for about a year and a half before they started dating... officially. But all of her family is there and ours is pretty scattered... so it's gonna be out there.

Gotta run, will check back later...

    P4 Day 2

Rkthin, that sounds really tough. Healing thoughts to you and your mom.

    Awesome P3 mrsstrong!!

Well I made it to P4! I've ended at 2 pounds over LIW Ė pretty sure most of that is workout induced inflammation so not too concerned, although more of a buffer would be nice. Feeling really grateful that I was able to achieve what I wanted with this round, which was to lose my pandemic gain, and stabilize at around 2,000 calories per day.

I'm really appreciating how convenient it was this time to follow protocol without the complications of social gatherings or going into the office Ė and wondering if I might do another round (but just a short one) while I can still take advantage of that. I'll see how things go for the first couple of weeks of P4 then decide.

    Happy hump day!

Morning. Quick check in but Iím in a weird stall and was 153 today. I was down .4 but Iíve been in the 153s for days. Definitely losing slower this time. I feel smaller so thereís that. I decided to do a PI for my birthday as Iím going to dinner with my boyfriend and the next night my dad and want to enjoy it. I can eat P3 pretty easily at restaurants and then hop back on P2 for another 7-10 days and finish the round. Might even jump start my losses. We shall see. The trick is to stabilize and stay there and not go off the rails Lovely Losers 2021- MAKING IT in May!

    Good Morning Lovelies,

Pearly and everyone, thank you for the support on my mom and back situation. I love all the dog pictures. IT is so uplifting to see them.

Pearly: I never heard about your job situation. Can you re-tell me about that? How are you doing and are you happy at work now?

    Tracy: Awsome about the re-shaping!

Mrs Strong: I love the Fun Fat anything giggle

Kaybee Thank you for your good thoughts. Congrats on P4!

    Starbucks an early happy birthday!

Dubbles maybe take a minute and visualize your goals. Talk to yoursef kindly about what you want? That helps me when I come back from a PI. I have to give myself what my kids call the "Motivational Close" (from when I led sales mettings).

HI Justbe! Welcome to this great group!

Phoebe: Life transitions are hard right? I always think with kids, if we do our job right we work our way out of the heavy lifting of the job...still it is hard. Also, post college my kids moved home while they were saving up for their first condos. Rent free but they did all the cleaning, (I miss that) cooked 2 family meals a week. Your puppy is so darling.
Regarding PI: here is what I think about:
    1. make sure you have had 23 effective doses before the PI. Otherwise PIs are a challenge and people have had heaps of trouble.
    2. Try to practice maintenance/p3 eating most of the time. If I have fun foods for one meal, that's ok, I just try not to make it a whole day/weekend thing. I break up the cheats with some P3 lower calorie items.
    3. Be prepared to give yourself a motivational talk etc when you re-start.
    4. I have found PIs to be very helpful. There is always some trip etc that comes up. I also have found the first week back can be like P2 week 1 again. BUT the motivational talk is key for me.
    Hope that helps.

AFM: Back is 50% better. Mom is so happy to be back at her home. I am going to rest more today and not overdo it. I am really Enjoying having the family cook and clean instead of me. My round is going good despite the Naprosyn, Tylenol and Motrin. I am close to goal but sometimes it takes a bit so I am hopeful of finishing P2 next week. Yes! It was SO MUCH easier when we were stuck at home and could better control the temptations!

Have a wonderful Day! Please excuse any typos.

Thank you for the tips on the PI. This has been a weird round for me. I am historically down much more and I know itís the milk I add to my coffee. A splash in each cup but itís not protocol. I think I can cheat it due to my exercise. Nope.
I did get some movement finally so thatís a win Lovely Losers 2021- MAKING IT in May!
