Ohhh I forgot to say I ordered one of those food sensitivity tests from everlywell and can’t wait to see what they come back with! Has anyone done that? I can expense it on my FSA.

Happy Friday!! Jumping on here with a quick updated.. today is VLCD19 for me and it blows my mind how fast time is cruising by!! I am down another .6 today, total of 14#'s lost and finally in the 160's!! (169.5 to be exact). The weight is slowly going down and I am finally starting to see a difference in my belly. I did take measurements before I loaded so I will be interested to see how many inches I have lost, still wearing the same jeans I have beeen wearing and they aren't super loose but the aren't as tight either, so huh...who knows.
I'll check back and read back a little later. Busy busy today!

Regarding all the donut conversations--I LOVE DONUTS! Actually surprised myself by not indulging with any donuts on my last 2 loading sessions. What's up with that?!
Pearly, you have made my day with news of Miss Penny. I get cortisone shots in my knee and feel like a new person after. So glad she is eating more and more energetic now. Heh, all the food counts, do you do keto? I never track carbs on P3. Have to say Leez advised to get the calories up after p2, and fairly quickly. She said we don't want to reset at 1000 calories a day. I was eating 1600-1800 a day during P3 and Planned Interruptions and not gaining, which was unbelievable to me. Roasted veggies are the best, may do asparagus tonite.
Charlie, have fun next week, and during your PI. After 24 doses under your belt, if you are happy where you are, you could just end your round, and do your time on p3, then p4. About your job, are you in the office now, or working virtual? Good luck on future job searches to you and PearlyMae!
Wasn't it Savannah who had the little pig, Hambone? Haven't heard from her lately. If out there, Savannah would love a piggy update, or an oink oink from Hambone! We are all creature lovers on this thread! For sure.
On that note, if any of you have Disney+ channel or National Geographic there is an amazing series on Whales. It is wonderful, and well worth watching. Fascinating!
Came home to eat lunch, no longer doing the fast food lunches, so came home to fix lunch--going back out now! Hope everyone has a good afternoon!
Would it be wrong to do another round just so I can load with Krispy Kreme’s?
Asking for a friend.

Jan 2013: 173 to 126.8. Multiple rounds since then to stay there! Back Again!
You have an amazing memory
All this places are in Oregon and I can’t even spell Milwaukee I think??I’m over on the west Side in the Beaverton area but the address is Portland. Go figure.
My last round at this point I was at 148 which isn’t. A huge difference but it’s a mental game and that’s better than 151.8 which could go up quickly. I am 5’7” and my range is huge but I’ve gotten down to 135 on this diet before so I have more fat to lose but I don’t want to go that low. I just know that I can gain 10-15 in one month which is ridiculous. What was that book you gals recommended? Weight Loss Revolution?
I want to count macros if I can figure it out once I get stable and on track. I also think that food sensitivity test will help me know what causes issues though I’m sure I know it will be good to see it determined from a blood test.
I have been remote for the past 5 years and have been the past year with the new carrier but they like butts in seats which is stupid so we have to go back at some point a few times a week. I don’t want that lol. The new opportunity is all remote which is what I prefer.
I want to reset at 2000 cal lol so I have wiggle room. Is that too much to ask

Shut up!! Yes. I’m over in cedar mill!! Originally from Texas but moved here in 1998. I have two teenage boys at Sunset HS (junior and senior).
I’m totally down for meeting for coffee if you ever want to. I don’t drink anymore but can always meet at a bar and have a soda water.
