Hello hello! Still moving downward, no big drops but pleased with any and all progress.

Just checked out my calendar and including skip days, LDW will be May 25. I'm adding on an extra day so I'm four doses past my last skip day. Just in time for Starbucks birthday!

    P2 Day 8

Down 0.8 which was not expected. Maybe there will be a second-day whip or a stall but this morning I am happy It was a great day yesterday and even if I stall the rest of the week, it's OK. I enjoyed my food and certainly did not go overboard.

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

2many- congrats on your losses. I always love planning my P3 menus on those last days of P2. Gives me something to look forward to.

Starbucks and MrsStrong- I work out hard during P2 as well. About 2 rounds ago I started working out in P2 even though I hadn’t been working out before. I was close to goal weight and I wanted to get in shape as well as lose weight. I was afraid to start working out in P3 because of the scale fluctuations and I’d always be questioning if a gain was because of something I ate. Since P2 is completely controlled, I decided that any temporary gain or stall due to exercising I’d be ok with. Also, contrary to thinking from some, Colin Watson says you should absolutely work out in P2. It turned out to be a good decision for me. I always feel extra motivated in P2 so I like being able to really harness that motivation and use it to my advantage. I take aminos and collagen on hard work out days in P2. I do think you need the extra protein support for muscle repair if doing this.

MrsStrong- how was your Easter? Wow! .8 loss! What a nice surprise!

I’m up another lb today. Wth? I did a tough glute workout yesterday and I’m sore...so I dunno...frustrating. Still within my window, but 1.4 above LDW now. I’m just going to roll with it for now.

Just lovely! All 4 of my kids came and I saw my sister-in-law and my niece and nephew. So much better already than last year! Hopefully next year it will all be as before, which is a BIG party!

Hello HCG'ers! Today is my first VLCD. Looking forward to getting to know all of you losers and maintainers here!! I gained 1.8 poumds loading the last 2 days, though I weighed myself about 1.5 hours later today then the last 2 days so it may be a bit more. I am hoping I loaded enough!! Crossing my fingers I have a good round and am at the right dose!! I weighed 183.5 lbs and am hoping to get down to a good weight and NEVER look at 180 lbs on the scale ever again!

How do y'all find that sweet "weight" spot that you want to get to? Do you go by the way you feel? The BMI? The way your clothes fit? I am 5'8" and looking at a chart right now it says 125-158. That is quit a range. I know I am considered large boned (I've done the wrist measurement) but I think my wrists might be a little chubby like me so how accurate is that anyway? Just curious what you guys go by. ~ thanks!

    Happy Monday!!

Hi PhoebeS - welcome and good luck with your round!

I first discovered HCG in 2017 after reaching an all time high of 185 (I'm 5'3"), needing a hip replacement and then only being able to get down to 175 after I was able to walk again. I've done a few rounds as you can see in my signature and am currently practicing maintenance

As for how people choose their goal weight, different folks use different criteria, but for me, I am aiming for 115. I chose that because BMI is 104-140, quite a range as you say, and I remember being 105 and at a comfortable size for a very long time. I think that's way too low at this point in my life, so I set my goal at 10 lbs above that. Currently at 131 and OK with that, but I'll do another round in the fall to chip away at those last 15...

Anyway, that's my story and I'm sticking to it... Have a great Monday everyone!

I read the same thing from Colin Watson. I do reformer Pilates 3-4 days a week and spin on my bike. Would you mind telling me what aminos and collagen you take?

Those weight charts are so misleading. This was me at 152ish and Iím 5í7. Right now I am at 164 so Iím up a bit!

I feel like I have heavy bones as I always weigh more Than I look (people are shocked when I tell them). My goal weight is 150 but I have to make it stick. I can pack on 10-15 lbs in a matter of weeks and I know a lot of that is food sensitivity. I want to do a food sensitivity test but am pretty sure I can figure it out on my own. Iím on day 2 of VLCD. Feels good to be back on the wagon Lovely Losers 2021- MAKING IT in May!

Looks great, Charlie! We have a similar build. I am also 5'7" and 150 is a natural weight for me though I never stuck there either. I look about the same at 160 so it's hard to stay focused on those 10 pounds when everything fits. I don't wear a bikini anyway LOL
Food sensitivities is what P3 and P4 can be used for if you introduce new foods one at a time for three days and watch the scale.

This may help, Phoebe, but I only put so much weight into these theories. I like how I look at 150 and I feel good, so that is enough for me.

Pilates is a game changer for toning and spin is good for my sanity. My issue lies with once I open the door to crap food I just spiral. If I abstain Iím fine but once I start I have a hard time stopping!!
