Happy Sunday Lovelies! It’s a beautiful weekend here in the Atlanta burbs.
Dubbs- I have added in sprouted grain toast and rice so far for P4 starches. I have also eaten some higher sugar fruits I normally wouldn’t eat in P3 like dark sweet cherries (yum!). I’m a little more liberal with nuts and haven’t been afraid to eat some things with a small amount of sugar such as a Kind bar with 5 grams of sugar or less. I plan on eating beans and sweet potato, just haven’t had any meal opportunities to add those yet. Will probably try to add this week sometime.
Strong and Dubbs, I had tuna salad with plaintain chips last night for dinner. LOVE!
Phoebes- congrats on getting the dress zipped up! Bet that was an awesome feeling!
Pearly- I am always amazed at the amount of calories I can eat in P3 and not gain.
