Soooo tired today. Wasn't able to fall asleep for hours last night. Took some melatonin finally which I never do. So weird. Got 5-6 hours after that.
Weight is the exact same today. I had some hazelnuts yesterday so that is exciting. No problem so far.

RK, I eat cabbage every day in P2 as well. My losses are OK so I think it's fine with me. I also think P3 is just its own different thing food-wise.
Dubbles, glad that drop stuck. Good going. I love lavender but I have yet to find a place for it n my yard. I have a mostly shade to part shade/part sun yard. I always thought this was awful but now that I am focusing on native plants, the vast array of choices is just astounding. It's so lush!
Ack, Polly! That is frustrating, especially if it does not seem to be the food. I do want to say though that simply because you had it in the past without issues does not mean this is true this time around. Even a handful then can become an issue. So don't count out the pecans. This happened to me with coconut.
I hope you find some answers to your symptoms. I am glad Covid long-haulers is being taken seriously now.
