Got my number back down to window weight! Yesterday I ate a little IF-ish. Just coffee and water until 3, then had an orange, inflammation smoothie, the rest of the cuke leftover from the smoothie. Then a beef log wrapped in romaine with mayo, piece of pork loin and had a drinky poo with my daughter.
Dubbles, you might like this: Edie was a bartender and always comes up with cool drinks for me. Tequila, crushed ice, lime or lime juice and a splash of grapefruit juice, she sometimes sweetens it with splenda, any sweetener would do. And the finishing touch is a little ground black pepper. Very refreshing and so good with breakfast!
