HCG is the only diet that I know I can't cheat on....so I don't. I will most likely do another round after wedding to hopefully get down to 145 or close to it. I am currently at 181.7 #'s today.

Good luck to everyone with whatever stage you are in!
Congrats to your son getting married! Great time for you to lose and get into your dress, I am so excited for you! I will be starting on May 16th so we can support one another, this will be round 4 for me. I have been struggling with slight immunity during my last 3 rounds, so I am not sure how well I will do. Leez told me if I donít have success with this round then I will need to wait a year before starting again. Good luck with losing, Phoebe!
My medications that I am taking for hypothyroidism is Cytomel, which I have stopped during this round per Dr. Simeonís protocol. I have also quit taking any vitamins and supplements.

Jan 2021, Round 3, starting weight 208 lbs., last dosage weight 188 lbs.
Jun 2021, Round 4, starting weight 198 lbs., last dosage weight 180 lbs.
Sept 2021 Round 5, starting weight 180 lbs.,

[QUOTE=PearlyMae;1093219]Welcome New Loaders! Iím joining you!

Yep, back up more today, tho still below LIW. I just had a feeling those Unexpected though greatly welcomed losses this week weíre just not regular losses. I had a suspicion about them.

Sometimes you just fluctuate, both up and down, and these just didnít feel like actual Iím Thinner losses. Canít explain exactly, but back up to where I was last week so whatever they were I managed to wipe them out.

I just bought a mini waffle maker. HA! just in time for P2. I use a cream cheese and egg pancake batter In P3 and beyond and I have been wanting to try it as waffles. So today since I am officially in P1, not P2, I added an extra bit of cream cheese to make the batter a little thicker (itís usually kind of a crÍpe consistency) And it worked great. I topped with berries and ready whip. I guess I couldíve had syrup since Iím loading, but I have weaned myself off of syrup so didnít want to fall back into it again.

The pancake and waffle mix are a variation on Suzanne Somers Oopsie rolls, only without all the egg separating and egg white nonsense.

Something to look forward to when I get back into P3!

Much steak to eat and avocados to use up between now and Tuesday.

    Onward!

Congrats with new round, good luck and I hope great success for you Pearly Mae! I will be starting on round 4, May 16th and I can hardly wait! Look forward to losing with you and everyone else.

Some of you know that I am sober, 18 months today actually Lovely Losers 2021- MAKING IT in May!, so I am turning to food for stress I think. But if I can control it with alcohol I can control it with food as well.
Excited to see all of your success stories on here and hope to have a loss tomorrow. Last round was my biggest ever at 7 lbs overnight so Iíll be happy with a few because I loaded well! I was 169.8 this morning and 166.6 (eww at that number) yesterday.
I slept in super late today and need to hit the store for chicken and beef. Have a wonderful day Lovely Losers 2021- MAKING IT in May!

Wonderful to see the new and veteran folks joining in for P2! Lots of wisdom to gather from.

Charlie, how often and how much of the B12/Lipo will you inject? I have a stash that I've been holding on to. I've used it before but without clear direction on delivery, amount and timing.
You look so happy in your picture!

I also think the old weight charts are off, remember the food pyramid? Ha!
I'm 5'9" and at 150-155, I look haggard and drawn. My sweet spot is living between 160-165.

I'm chipping away, little by little, same weight today, 171. If I can manage another 5 pounds by May 25, hooray for me! Caveat, at age 58, my process is slower. I looked back at previous rounds (on average one every 18 months in 11 years) the stalls are more frequent and I lose at a turtle pace compared to you youngins'.

Cheers to the turtles and the hares!

Update on 2nd day of VLC no patch, stayed the same so grateful for that. Looking forward to tomorrow! Looks like a lot of people are so close to goal that it makes it seem slower and then all of a sudden you get rewarded. As for the hot sauce- I use straight tabasco since its just a few drops on stuff, I like things spicey. Never had an issue. But I guess your mileage may vary. I feel like if there is no sugar or carbs its open season.

I'm 58 too! Soon to be 59. I'm 5'5 - last time, years ago I got down to 145-150 (for like a NY minute) but even that was not doable-the deprivation was not sustainable for me & I looked like crap. So I'm thinking 160-165 will be my magic number too. Funny how we are all focused on a number. But 170 will have to do it for me at the moment, I find if I do too many rounds back to back, it just doesn't work for me and then I get frustrated. So, I'm thinking late August to try to get the last 10 done & over with.

Hi Everyone, I have speed read thru the posts, but don't feel I would reply appropriately without taking a lot more time than I have this morning. Sounds like everyone is doing really well. Some going on with P3, others still in P2, or planning to be. Good luck to all of us!

I have got so much to do today, unpacking, going thru mail, laundry, picking up dogs....so will just update for my record...didn't eat P3 completely on trip, had some carbs, but never ever felt eating out of control. Just kinda went with the flow of where we got food, or even when we cooked. (like having a half baked potato instead of a whole one) Was just on 2nd day of planned interruption when we left to go out of town. Prob would have felt better with a little more P3 eating under my belt as we left, but I needed to get so many dose days in before leaving. Anyway, when I left my last dose weight was 168.4. I did not get any wiggle room on the 3 vlc transition days, oh, maybe .2 oz. Anyway, after being gone, eating out Friday, Sat., Sunday, Monday--weighed this morning and was up exactly--to the oz--2.0 lbs, to 170.4. I am really happy with that. Since not over the 2 lb mark, and I have decided to do this as planned interruption and not full p3 phase, I'm just going to get back to P3 eating for the remainder of PI. Hopefully, will go down tomorrow a tad. Encouraging in that I can see some normalization should be possible once weight is lost and moderation is demonstrated. That is the plan anyway! Will catch up more reading either later tonite or tomorrow morning!

    P3 Day 8

Happy Easter mrsstrong! Glad you got to celebrate with your family.

Welcome PhoebeS! My last round of HCG was 7 years ago, so I know what it feels like to get back into it. You got this!

Awesome news Dubbles! It sounds like your PI is going really well.

I'm at Day 8 of P3 and keeping within 2 pounds above my final P2 weight. Food reintroductions are going well and I haven't found any new sensitivities which, praise be Ė I already eat low-FODMAP because of SIBO and IBS, I have enough going on!

I'm working at stabilizing at a daily calorie consumption equal to my total daily energy expenditure to keep my metabolism high. This is basically how I maintained in the past, but was derailed when pandemic life curtailed my energy expenditure. So far so good!

Thanks Deanna! We are excited, they are getting married on June 13th in Nebraska and then moving to Texas for graduate school and nursing school. They are both only 22 years old though, so young! It has been years since I last did hcg but honestly the only diet that ever really worked for me. Hopefully this round will be successful for you!! Crossing my fingers, a year is a long time to wait to start again but I guess there really is no point if you have immunity. Best of luck to you!!

Karbee ~ Good for you! I honestly always started out well on P3 but never really figured it out to be able to eat enough and not gain, I seemed to always be so afraid to add too much in that I never raised my calories to much and then of course....well...here I am again. Sad... it seems that I sort of always had this diet in the back of my mind that no matter what... if I ate a little of that... or a little of this... I could always go back on hcg. This time I really hope to learn what my body needs and stick to it!! Sounds like you are doing great!!

Dubbles ~ Sounds like your PI has been a great success!! Congrats!

Tracy & Jeanette ~ I am also in the 50's club!! Woohoo!! 53 to be exact. And I agree... things slow down a bit don't they? Good luck girls!!

As for me, yesterday was my 1st VLCD and I am down 3.6#'s! I was so happy to see that on the scale this morning because I only gained 1.8 total during load so I was afraid I didn't load good enough.. now, after one day of VLCD I lost the load weight and an additional 1.8... boy do I love HCG!!!

Well, time to get some work done! Have a fantastic day everyone!

Lovely Losers 2021- MAKING IT in May!

Welcomeóand welcome backó all you loaders and P2ers. Here we go again.

I finished loading and today is VLCD1. I gained .6 and .4 loading which is reasonable. Those 2-3 pounds TESS showed as lost last weekó all back. Iím thinking slight gravitational shift of some kind.

Happily, Iím still under LIW, but instead of 3-4 pounds to lose, Iíve now got 7 to get to goal. Letís hope they come off the right places!

I was hoping to wrap this round up in 10 days, but I still have 15 injections to max out at 42. I have a feeling I might need every second.

But, soooo glad I decided to come back after PI!

    Onward!
    P
PS: calling The Evil Scale TES was in use here long before I showed up. But I will take credit for the added S= Stoopid! The Evil Stoopid Scale. (as in Never let TESS balance your checkbookó she is terrible at math! Mine will display my current weight and then my last weight. I.e 140, 141.8 and sayI lost 1.6 pounds. If the numbers are reversed, sheíll say I gained 2.0!) Evil!
