    RK, wow to have already lost any gain from a cheat (and of Chinese food) already, is quite good! On my cheat, it took 4 days to get it gone. You are doing homeopathic, right? Pellets it looks like from your signature. I wonder if cheats on homeopathic are a little more forgiving than on rx injections? I've purchased a bottle of pellets, and I am going to do the rest of my P2 after Planned Interruption using those. I looked back at some records I found from 2010 and I used homeopathic several times then. How long are you planning for this round? Hope this morning was another good weigh-in!

    Hear you on this mrsstrong! I'm wondering if cheats on homeopathic are a little more forgiving, than on rx injections?

    I just got an ad for Flavor Gods spices and am tempted to order. I love spicing up my meats and veggies. Anyone use them?
    Off to read more. I am so bad with personals so I have to go in chunks!

    Woohoo on your losses over 2 days Charlie! I do the lipo/B12 injections, and my instructions were to do them 1/2 times a week, so I try to remember to inject every 4th day. I don't know that they have helped much, but I continue to do them, just in case! Keep it up, I respect you so much, coming right back to get a handle on control. We're really lost when we gain a little, don't do the 2 lb correction, give up for a bit and neglect to come back for inspiration and back on protocol. Good for you!

    Mrsstrong, my average daily loss in the first couple rounds was between .5 and .6. Those were the days! Last couple rounds I land between .4 and .45. With a longer round this time, along with patience, I'm hopeful to get to 162. Then I get to keep my boobs and my butt.

    Nice 1.2 pound drop this morning. I'm so relieved that I'm not heading into another stall. Twenty days to go, yes I'm counting. But not counting down to P3, I'm looking at this as 20 more days of opportunity and to enjoy this process. I remember when Leez said to consider this as a prescription, not a diet, and that mindset has really helped me this round. Along with all the forum's posts and stories and support!

    Msstrong, I woke up today feeling the exact same sense of well-being. Full force! I'm so motivated I may even brave the grocery store.

    I have a ton of lump crab meat in the pantry and don't know what I feel like doing with it. Please share your recipes, my friends!

    Today's commute is down the stairs to the home office. I hope there's no traffic. Yesterday was a nightmare, two cats on the stairs waiting to merge and neither one of them waved thanks when I let them go in front of me! The nerve.


    Oh, Tracy, I've never met you up close and personal (tho how much more personal can it get if we reveal our weight to one another?) but I love your personality! Som e days you literally make me laugh out loud--like today's posts about the traffic and cats--no pressure to keep it up, tho! You should consider a career in standup comedy!

    Come on Up, to the sexy 60's--we're still going strong and you know 60 is the new 50, so they say. It really is just a number, these days. People seem to be getting younger each year, if they are blessed with good health.

    1.2 drop this a.m., WAY TO GO! Geez, do you need 20 more days? Your attitude is great, and one I could benefit from adopting. About the crab meat, I would love to hear of something to do with that, but with mayo, cannot imagine what it would be. I'll be going back to P2 before long and I just wish I knew a few receipes that I'd enjoy beyond the grilled chicken and talipia. I still love the fish, but I get tired of having to cook everymeal. Would love something I could make that would cover a couple of meals. Keep up good work!

    Morning everyone

    First day P3 yippee! Had breakfast of 2% plain fage with fresh blueberries and that keto granola nut stuff I found at Costco- its called Purely Elizabeth. omg!! delish, lunch will be a jarlsberg cheese wrap with peppered turkey and avocado, then on to my lamb chops for dinner.. the weight today was 169.4 so a little under my last patch weight. Hope that lasts!

    I wonder, Tracey, if you could mix up egg whites to that crab with onion finely chopped for a filler and somehow dry fry it without sticking too badly. Idk Just a thought!

    Lovely Losers 2021- MAKING IT in May!

    LOL Tracy!! Darn cats. I guess an average of .4-.5 is considered normal!

    I eat crab as is ( I mean cooked of course) on some cucumber salad dressed with rice vinegar and mustard. One of my favorite simple P2 meals.

    168 this morning fir me. Got a little sunburned and am somehow got super sore from Mondayís workout yesterday evening. Probably from some yard work too.

    Yep, Dubbles! Almost P3 again for me! It went slow initially but it seems to go by again. already Wednesday.

    Gotta run. My oldest has Covid and I have to get my non-vaccinated kids tested. Thank God husband and I are vaccinated and can just keep doing what we are doing. Oldest is in between shots. UGH. He is not too sick though so that is good.

    So happy for all the successes, every buddy!

    AFM: After VLCD1, down 1.6. Thatís the loading gain plus 6 more. Or minus .6 less?

    I had my old standby meal, tilapia and spinach. Last round was All Chicken All the Time so can hardly look at it anymore.I hit all my protein and carb goals. But boy, P3 was yummier! Thereís that adjustment to LESS that comes after a PI!

    Hello all!

    Tracy ~ I can relate to the cat comment....one of mine at the moment really doesn't want me to be on the compter right now! The nerve!

    So, I am a bit concerned with my dose right now. I am taking .125 and yesterday VLCD2 I was hungry and had a headache most of the day. I ended up grabbing a celery stick a few times (which is what I do if I feel hungry) but I pretty much ate everything else right on plan and I am only down .2 today. I can always remember losing much more on my 2nd day and I've gotta admit...I am freaking out a bit that my dose is off and I'm gonna not fit into the dress for my son's wedding! Leez?? Maybe I need her help. I am supossed to take my dose around ...well now... Ugh... better start researching...

    Tracy, crab would be good in a tomato soup. I also saw a crab cake recipe on here at some point, like Jeanette said, mix up an egg white with it and you could also crush up a melba in it with whatever seasonings you like.

    Strong- my whole family had COVID in January. Barley affected the kids, in fact for my 2 youngest, wouldn’t even known they had anything. My oldest, 13, lost her sense of taste after 4 days, but wasn’t very sick, mild sore throat and congested nose. I had one night where I ran a fever, but that was it for me, no other symptoms, but I’m pretty healthy. My husband fared the worst, low grade fever for 14 nights, but no respiratory issues, so all in all, not too bad for him either.

    That’s a good day 1 Pearly!

    My steak day yielded a 3 lb loss so I am back below LDW by .8. Now just to figure out how to stay in this range. Easier said than done for me.

    Exactly!!! I gain weight then say ďeff itĒ and go crazy for a bit. Need to fix that mentality. Itís crazy how accurate you are!! My lipo shots come tomorrow so itís great timing.
    I am 160 today so down another 1.4. I am still having a bit of half and half in my coffee because I had a full container. Iím trying to tell myself that if vegetarians can do cottage cheese then I can have a little milk in my coffee Lovely Losers 2021- MAKING IT in May!. I did a 30 minute hills ride and an hour of reformer Pilates so I keep my fingers crossed that I have a little wiggle room.

    I had hunger on day two of VLCD but it did go away. I am injecting 150iu which is my go to. See what the experts have to say. If I am starving I reach for extra protein and drink tons of water. Youíre going to fit into that dress!!!

    Thanks, I went ahead and injected this morning so hopefully you are right, just a day getting used to not having as much food as normal and my mind is like "Hey....where's all the food"! I was just a bit concerned because of the only .2 loss. Usually, I have great losses for the first couple of days. I'll see how today goes and if need be I'll skip tomorrow and see how I am doing.
