Happy May Everyone!!!!! It's been an absolute treat to skip thru the thread and try to catch up on everyone's happenings. With such an active group I know I missed some happenings here and there. As for me I am well into P4 with no gains over 2 lbs and also never over in P3....Yay Stable!!! It can be boring but I am a stickler for trying to stick to protocol; so if there's an accidental stumble (those pesky labels) perhaps all will even out. With 45 pounds (excluding loss of load weight) lost across 2 rounds I am SUPER CHUFFED!!!!! Heading out to celebrate Cinco de Mayo and yummy Spanish foods. Looking forward to Round 3 and getting closer to my normal weight. Wishing you all great success and light today.

No need to apologize Dubbles..it's all good! The only thing I can think of (that is if my dose is correct), is asapargus. I ate that last night as my veggie and maybe I am just sensitive to it? I cannot eat cabbage on this diet either, it always slowed me down or made me gain. Today has been much better as far as hunger goes so I am thinking my dose may be correct. Hoping for a bigger loss tomorrow. I'll take what I can get!

I also have to drive back out to the Bay Area to pick up our wedding rings that we dropped off Saturday to get the treatment on our white gold and polishing so I may wait until I get them so travel is easier.

I see a few new rounds started and great losses posted. I wish all great losses and P3 eating.

I always attributed it to dressing for my body so it hides the sins.... My weight is mainly an Apple type distribution so my legs are thinner and so I wear fitting underneath and soft drapy on top.... (Not baggy though) hiding the weight
but looking at Starbucks picture I must say, I do understand his question.... I do somehow feel I can be Ok with my current weight, but I do want to stabilize below 70kgs....
Once I was on vacation and taking morning stroll on Miami Beach in a sundress(It was size Small). At the time my weight was in the miid 160s. All of a sudden this guy yells out from behind a palm tree "You don't need to lose any more weight!". I didn't know him or had never seen him before in my life, yet he felt authorized to shout unsolicited advice about my body on a public beach. Some People ---

Hi Justgitterdone, yes my last round was at .125 and actually today hasn't been as bad as yesterday as far as hunger goes so I am hoping the dose is correct and that I just need to avoid asaragus. :/ Still a little headachey but I know that can be normal. Keeping my fingers crossed for a better weigh in tomorrow.

I have experienced days in week 1 that were not huge losses and I was just as disappointed as you are. But it didnít continue and it didnít mess up my entire round. Most rounds I am hungry for the first four days before the miracle hits. If I start on Monday I know Iíll be fine by about 4 oíclock on Thursday afternoon.

So just relax. Trust the process. And look forward to great results and a wonderful wedding.

    Onward!

Thank you so much for the encouragement!! I am taking deep breaths and praying tomorrow will be better on the scale. I always lose the most in my first few days and then it starts to slow down so I am crossing my fingers! Today is VLCD3 and I am praying to the scale gods!! Thanks for knocking some sense into me!! I needed that!!
