Always good to check dosage for sure. I know I always need to adjust towards the end of week 1. Maybe you need to adjust.

I've actually thought about that, but it is not so much hungry as wanting to eat more. I absolutely loved P3 during PI and during P3 proper, and I think I am just wanting to go back to P3 eating. I just ate my chicken and cabbage and feel full, so I guess everything is ok. Probably need to up my drinking some. Thanks for suggestion, I will be aware of hunger and doseage over next few days.

I added yogurt and cream cheese a couple of times, but not a lot of cheese. Absolutely no nuts were added. Next P3, which will last prob a long time, I will add more things. Thanks for all your suggestions, I'm going to copy your post, so I can go and look at some of those receipes! Good luck this part of P2, how long do you plan on being in this part of the round?
Yes, I am back in P2 after PI. I plan to do 7-10 more P2 days. Havenít made up my mind yet. You were actually my inspiration. Thatís awesome to hear you had no trouble stabilizing. I actually added in a lot of new foods over my PI, including nuts the last half of my second week.

Today was my 10th day of injections, and actual vlc day #8. So after 7 full days of vlc eating, I lost 10 lbs, but find myself 6 lbs lower than last dose weight at end of Round 1. I'm very happy with that, wasn't sure exactly how this would go, but it seems to be doing about as usual. Friday I started taking a scoop of collagen supplement, and it has 70 calories--whew, I was shocked so many calories, so I am eliminating one fruit daily. Afraid I am going to really miss that apple, but I am curious to see how the collagen makes me feel, some say it helps joints, hair, skin, nails. We'll see, always wonder if these things are just "fads". Have to say, tho, I was delighted that you really couldn't taste it in black coffee. I have resisted so long because I thought it might taste ycky, but it has NO taste.

Am fixing today a roast that isn't so much like a meat, carrots, potatoes roast--but more like a beef bourguignon than the typical Sunday roast! I love it, but I won't be having, except I may scoop a little of the tomato mixture as my vegetable as I eat my leftover chicken for dinner. Making it at DH's request. If I were in P3, I could eat some, but plan on staying POP. Sigh. I'm committed to getting this done, and hopefully not doing another p2 for quite a while. It's all good. Hope everyone has a great Sunday, whatever phase they are in currently!
    .
I agree with Leez. 1 scoop of my collagen does not have that many calories. Your losses are great. Youíre killing it again! Iím hoping I will have some nice week 1 type losses after my PI.

    P2 Day 28

Stalled for the 4th day in a row Is this just what happens after 23 dose days? (My previous rounds I've only gone to 23) I did work out Friday and Saturday, so t could be water retention. Possibly also not getting enough calories as I don't use my milk or grissini allowance? Still seem to be decreasing in size so will use that as my metric until the scale decides to catch up.

    Wishing everyone a great week!

Yeah, it happens. It suuuucks! But it is normal. A bath helps me, drinking more water so my body flushes. Keeping track of cm/inches can be great during that time, though I never ever measured myself LOL The week I only lost 1 pound I did notice my pants fitting differently so I knew stuff was happening.

Are you raising the protein? You can have 4oz when not eating the grissini so that helps, and I add collagen to get closer to 500cals as needed.

What MrsStrong said. Stalls are totally normal. I typically stall 7-10 days every round. Once you accept they are a normal part of the process of the body making adjustments it makes it easier. But they still suck big time.

Hello lovelies! Itís been a while.

Pearlie, nice to see you posting. Congrats on making tour p2 goal.

Rose, you as well. Looks like youíre on the tail end of your round.

Hello to Karbee and Mrs. Strong.

Emlyn, welcome back and I wish you great success.

Linda, good to see you here as well.

So I maintained my losses great until Mr. Savannah brought us COVID home for Christmas at which point I gained 5 pounds. My grandfather passed away and Mr. Sís uncle (whom was more like a father). I tried for about a month to shake my small gain before throwing in the towel and resolving to another round.

After I ordered everything and was ready to start the Monday after Easter, I rolled our quad, broke a rib, messed up my knee 5 days before so I ate as I pleased since.

Iím up 13.4 pound total at this point after loading Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

My goal is to lose 15-20 lbs in this round of Rx injection. I hope to do so in 30 days of P2.

Mr. Savannah also gained about 15 lbs in the last 14 months of living life so heís on protocol starting p2 today, but heís traveling for work and on the road and staying in a hotel M-Th coming home on Friday nights.

    Happy Monday!

Interesting discussion about individual sizes at different weights. A LOT has to do with height, for sure. Pearly and I are both on the shorter end of the spectrum, or as I call it, under tall. At 185, I was wearing a very tight size 16 pant. At 130, I am in a comfortable size 6 and size 8s are baggy. I can wear tops that range from S to XXL. Of course the larger sizes just kind of hang now, but I can still wear them, so I do. Not that I see anyone other than DH these days... So it really doesn't matter as I'm not out to impress anyone.

As for BMI, I agree, we all have to find a weight/size that is comfortable for US. A lot has to do with body composition too. I've always carried most of my weight in my legs and arms. I grew up in the era of Twiggy and go-go boots. I so badly wanted boots as a teenager, but it was almost impossible to find a size 5 boot that would fit my larger-ish calfs - LOL. And that was when I weighed 105! Anyway, I'm just happy that with the help of HCG, my weight seems to have shifted and my legs are arms are smaller than they were way back then. I feel much more in proportion now.

Karbee - stalls are unfortunately normal. Frustrating, yes, but normal. Last round, I pretty much stalled on D17 and only lost 1.5 lbs more by D38. Everything POP during those last few weeks, but I think my body just wanted to take a pause at that point. If/when I do another round, I'll probably only plan a 30 day round since I know my pattern is to not lose much after that...

OK, back to work now... Have a great week everyone!

    Hi Savannah! Waving...

Bummer about the Covid, family deaths and quad accident. Ouch! That's a lot to take!

Good luck on your round. I'm sure you'll do great - you know what to do We're here cheering for you!

Aww, that is so sweet JGD, you made my day that I am possibly inspiration for someone. Good luck on your short return to p2--I didn't find going back to P2 to finish the long round 1 as difficult as doing a p2 now, after a full P3. I just really, really love P3. Ha. But I have a little over 2 weeks to finish this short round, so it is not too overwhelming. It's a gorgeous day here and I feel optimistic about all of it! Tho, I did go up .4 this morning. I should be upset, but that is how my rounds go after the first week. I stayed on protocol, so it will correct itself I'm thinking. Have a great afternoon!

It is called Pounds and Inches--you may be losing inches right now, and that is a good thing. Hang in there.
