Are you raising the protein? You can have 4oz when not eating the grissini so that helps, and I add collagen to get closer to 500cals as needed.

I keep saying mrsstrong we have similar tastes and habits, I guess, too. I never measured either! I feel like my clothes tell the tale--even where I clasp my bra in back has changed. I stall sometimes every week, after first week, but I also go up and down sometimes. Going up is definitely frustrating. Went up .4 this morning. I'm not going to worry about it, it'll go back down. Heh, isn't tomorrow the big day? Have fun, be safe, and enjoy!
Sounds like a great road trip!

Hello to Karbee and Mrs. Strong.

Emlyn, welcome back and I wish you great success.

Linda, good to see you here as well.

So I maintained my losses great until Mr. Savannah brought us COVID home for Christmas at which point I gained 5 pounds. My grandfather passed away and Mr. S’s uncle (whom was more like a father). I tried for about a month to shake my small gain before throwing in the towel and resolving to another round.

After I ordered everything and was ready to start the Monday after Easter, I rolled our quad, broke a rib, messed up my knee 5 days before so I ate as I pleased since.

I’m up 13.4 pound total at this point after loading Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

My goal is to lose 15-20 lbs in this round of Rx injection. I hope to do so in 30 days of P2.

Mr. Savannah also gained about 15 lbs in the last 14 months of living life so he’s on protocol starting p2 today, but he’s traveling for work and on the road and staying in a hotel M-Th coming home on Friday nights.

Hi Savannah, sounds like you were on program with several others in the past. Nice to meet you. I first did hcg in 2010--and like a lot of people, find myself back, especially after Covoid gain. Sorry to hear of you family losses this past year--and now a broken rib, ouch! Good luck on your round--I think 15-20 lbs in a 30 day round is perfectly doable. Welcome back.

Interesting discussion about individual sizes at different weights. A LOT has to do with height, for sure. Pearly and I are both on the shorter end of the spectrum, or as I call it, under tall. At 185, I was wearing a very tight size 16 pant. At 130, I am in a comfortable size 6 and size 8s are baggy. I can wear tops that range from S to XXL. Of course the larger sizes just kind of hang now, but I can still wear them, so I do. Not that I see anyone other than DH these days... So it really doesn't matter as I'm not out to impress anyone.

As for BMI, I agree, we all have to find a weight/size that is comfortable for US. A lot has to do with body composition too. I've always carried most of my weight in my legs and arms. I grew up in the era of Twiggy and go-go boots. I so badly wanted boots as a teenager, but it was almost impossible to find a size 5 boot that would fit my larger-ish calfs - LOL. And that was when I weighed 105! Anyway, I'm just happy that with the help of HCG, my weight seems to have shifted and my legs are arms are smaller than they were way back then. I feel much more in proportion now.

Karbee - stalls are unfortunately normal. Frustrating, yes, but normal. Last round, I pretty much stalled on D17 and only lost 1.5 lbs more by D38. Everything POP during those last few weeks, but I think my body just wanted to take a pause at that point. If/when I do another round, I'll probably only plan a 30 day round since I know my pattern is to not lose much after that...

OK, back to work now... Have a great week everyone!

Always good to hear from you LinderLou! I know exactly what you are saying about the Twiggy years, I couldn't do the go-go boots either! As for wearing clothes that you wore when (in my case) 30-32 lbs heavier--I find that is doable except for slacks. And it is so nice to put them on and not have to adjust so they won't hike up or show back fat! That's prob what I love about losing weight, the freedom that comes from getting ready to go places and not have to worry about what you can wear that makes you look thinner, less fat! It's wonderful to be able to just throw on something and not worry! Don't work too hard this afternoon!

    Too funny on the measuring!

Thanks! Yep, leaving tomorrow! So so excited! Making meatballs and roasted veggies to take with me. Boiling eggs and broiling bacon. Have yogurt and keto granola. Keto/cauli bread, and wait for it! Carb free "hummus." It is made from lupins. I don't remember how I stumbled upon this but I have wanted some spread for a nice sandwich with tomato and avocado. this is the first time I am buying keto/cauli "bread" and something like this lupin stuff but I need to add some of this to keep going. When I started eating ketogenic, it was mostly what I could make from scratch and nothing else was worth it. Now there are many more things one can buy it seems. A lot has coconut in it though, so I need to avoid that, but this looks good. I will report back! It may be disgusting LOL

Hello Everyone Hope you enjoyed a nice weekend and a wonderful Monday. Good news I reached my goal for this round with just a few days left in this round so will see if a few more pounds are lost. Now looking ahead to P3 to enjoy mostly grilled foods as the weather is quite nice. Have really enjoyed shopping in my own closet again especially summer clothes. I am very thankful for the results thus far. It's an understatement that the past year has impacted the world and for me that also meant a weight gain, so to be back near my normal weight has been such a welcomed blessing. So my wish for everyone is to recover the zest for life again and look forward to embracing a safer world

Thank you so much! The last year has been challenging to say the least between our losses, COVID, and homeschooling a second and eleventh grader. We all made it through. My girls are back in school 4-5 days/week.

On a happier note, my hcg dose is great. I havenít had any hunger today at all.

I just heard that my second grader was selected for the Science Academy for 3rd -6th grades. All STEM learning and sheís so excited!

    Awesome!! Congratulations!
I know the feeling of wearing things again that I love but just didn't fit right anymore. Awesome feeling! I wow to wear my summer dresses this year, whether I go out or not! LOL I put so many away last summer without wearing them. Darn Covid.
