But I am just too impatient to wait five more weeks to lose six or 7 pounds!

But it’s easy to say what I’m gonna do. We shall see where I am at the end of next week, and if I’m not ready I can go another week and do a little loading. But time will tell. Maybe I’ll just be fine where I am.

PearlyMae, I am one of those , guess currently doing that. I started a 40 day round, but did planned interruption about 30 days into round, the interruption was for 15 days?. Then I loaded again, but not real crazy load. Went back to p2 for another 10-12 days. My first round went really well weight loss wise. I had no trouble at all with stablizing in either interruption or p3 proper. ( I have talked about all that here on forum) I did just a few days of p4 and decided to go back to p2 as I wanted to get done with strict p2 before traveling again in May. This is my cycling back round, I guess you could say. WARNING: not on perfect protocol for any newbies out there. I have done hcg a lot in the past, and stuck to POP eating during the 40 day round. This 2nd round will be abbreviated as we are going out of town again end of April, 1st Saturday in May--I'm just noting all this here to let you know how this back to p2 For a 2nd round's losses have gone. I loaded for 2 days on hcg (tho I did eat alittle off P3 eating during a couple of p4 days prior to going back on p2. Total gain (loading) from last dose weight of Round 1 was 4 lbs. I am now on P2 vlc day13, and I've lost 12 lbs counting the load gain--and 8 lbs of new weight from last dose weight of 1st round. That being said, it is going kinda slow. You lose the load weight immediately almost. But after that, not huge losses--but steady. No where else would I average losing 4 lbs a week over 2 week span, except while on hcg doing protocol. I plan on this being a 25 dose day round, with 25 very low calorie days with transitioning time. Personally, with only 12 more low calorie days left, I feel I'll be lucky to drop another 5-6-7 lbs. THAT would be BEST CASE scenario. I've averaged .6 over the last 13 weighins (am excuding the load weight). We'll see where it goes, it will land where it will. My last dose day this round needs to be Monday, April 26, and will transition to P3 on mid morning Thursday April 29th. We're going out of town that Friday nite, April 30th - Sunday May 2nd so want to be on p3 then. Just note for myself, if I were to lose another 5 lbs, I would be only about 6 lbs from goal weight. (tho after reading WilsonBlacks' thread yesterday, I may want to rethink and adjust down that goal weight!) Anyway, wanted to share the journey, with weight loss with you. Now stablizing in next p3 and doing proper p4 is crucial for me going forward. I am not sure if I'll do another round before fall of this year, if then. If things open up, we get back to pool, more exercise, I may be able to drop those 6 lbs in p4. Who knows. Sorry for rambling on about my rounds, but figure some might be interested. I tend to get mixed up with who does what and when and what day or round they are on. Sorry about that. Hope everyone has a great friday. Did drop .8 lb yesterday, I'm always happy with those !

Lovely Losers 2021- AWESOME in April!!

Woohoo! Thank you, Dubbles. You and JGD are inspirations!

Apologies to whoever else is doing this, I get mixed up as to whoís doing what when as well. I think itís partly from doing this posting on my phone with Tapatalk where I canít see and go back-and-forth as easily.

At one time I used to keep notes as I read so I could say something personal to each poster óthat is each Lovelyó, but I have grown lazy in my old age! LOL

I didnít mean to sound like I had invented something new when there are so many other people already trying this. Lovely Losers 2021- AWESOME in April!!

    Onward!!

    P2 Day 33

Now down 20 pounds overall but my losses are definitely stop/start in these final weeks. I've decided to stick it out to 40 days now because doing P2 once we're able to socialize again will only be harder.

With my losses being slow I've boosted my morale by trying on my pre-pandemic wardrobe Ė and except for a few of the very smallest items it all fits! Had an in-person meeting this morning and actually wore jeans instead of the athleisure-chic I've been sporting for months, and it feels so good!

    Happy Friday all!

Busy at work day first chance to look here.
Was same weight as yesterday but there's always tomorrow. Day 16 and have only lost 8.8. But I only gained 1 pound on loading so at least its new weight. I guess it is what it is. Really hoping for at least 16-18 pounds this go that would put me super close to where I would like to end up but we shall see!

    Happy weekend!

    Cool Happy Saturday!

    Hi All,

This has been a really rough week for me, both career wise ( which I unloaded about the other day ) and HcG wise.

I always stall when I hit 10lbs lost and did last week, then the decline began! I somehow lost my train of thought on Monday and put my injectible liquid HcG in the cabinet instead of back in the refrigerator, when I finally found it more than 24 hrs later I was uncomfortable using it ( I work in Vaccines and Immunizations and you never use an injectible that has not followed storage temperature procedures perfectly), so I tossed a 30 day vial with having only used 10 days of it,,,argh!! I mixed up a new vial.

My stall broke and I lost a tad more weight, but I started feeling overwhelmingly hungry and then I stopped losing, then I started gaining !! I never once ate off protocol, I am old school and uber strict, seldom eat both fruits and never eat the grissini, so to be stalled, then start gaining was really messing with me! I gained almost 2 lbs and was starving days.

Finally yesterday I tossed my recent mixture and mixed up a new vial, upped my dosage slightly and sent good vibes to the universe that I would get back on track! By evening I wasn't hungry and today the scale was down 2.6 lbs,,,,whew!!

I am a bit behind on this round now, I usually average a pound a day ( in fits and starts and stalls and flourishes ) by the end of a round, so I am day 13 of VLCD and 12.8 lbs lost from preload weigh in,,,,just slightly off.

Hoping I have solved my issues and can just steady on through for a few more weeks!

Hoping y'all have had a better week than me!!
    Have a great weekend,
    Peace Out !
    Lynn

Jeanette, you may be very close to goal weight--which is why your losses are huge every day. My losses this round are also going slower. This morning was vlc day 14 in, lost .2--ha. I've started just counting the lbs lost since last dose weight of last round, which brings me to 8.2 lbs lost over the 2 week vlc phase, like I said before average of 4 lbs a week, Hard stats are 4.8 lbs in first week--and 3.4 during this 2nd week. If I wanted to make myself feel like better losses, guess I could include loading weight, making losses greater during first week--but I've decided not to do that. Looking at it that way--not as slow as I feel like it is going. All we can do is hang in there and ride out what happens, as long as we are on protocol. My last round (STARTED IN January of this year) definitely had several stalls and a few upticks as well. but in the end, it worked out. Yours will too.

Wow, having to remix several times, that is a rough week. But your losses seem about on target, it sounds. Almost a lb a day. Good luck, hope this next week is better!

    Happy Saturday everyone!

I'm back from a planned interruption that started in late Feb but family stuff and unexpected travel left me ending at a short round. So, seven weeks later... I'm on VLC day 6 and down 4 lbs. I started this round at 3 lbs over LDW, and did not load well. I found it hard to eat well loading so I didn't eat much at all. My heart and head just weren't in it. My butt and belly were disappointed in me . If I do this again I will follow forum guidance and eat more intentionally.

So, this first week I was on the struggle bus, losing steadily but uncomfortably hungry. Last night I was looking up homemade cracker recipes because I had none and wanted that crunch. Went to bed instead! Today I feel incredibly good and loving the energy hcg brings me.

I found a delicious meal hack to share. I had 5 wizened apples in the crisper so made chunky applesauce, cooked in a little water with cinnamon. No sweetener. Split it into 5 portions. Yesterday I mixed a serving with fat free Greek yogurt (maybe 1\4 cups worth) and vanilla stevia, ate at room temp and good lord love the miller, it was divine. Next time I plan to add toffee stevia for a different taste profile.

I have kept up with the forum since Feb and in my 11 year (yikes) history here, never have I been more impressed with the overwhelming support and kindness y'all are sharing. There's always a few bad apples in the mix but if we douse them with toffee stevia, we can combat the grumpy ones!

Msstrong, your travelogue is inspiring and now I'm planning my next solo road trip. Sis and I are flying to Phoenix in June and Sedona is on the itinerary. Cannot wait!

Dubbles, hands down you are one of the loveliest and most optimistic poster I've met here. Never second guess yourself, I bet I'm not alone in saying this.

Well, today is laundry, cleaning my neglected carpets and on to the grocery store. First I need to donate a kidney so I can pay for a weeks worth of food.

Thank you for listening to my TED Talk.

Tracy, it is kinda cool and gloomy here, but your post absolutely brightened and made my day. I agree about the great support we find on these forums. I've personally learned so much this time around. And I completely agree about mrsstrong's travelogue, I've gotten up each morning this past week, anxious to see where she is and how it's going.

After my planned interruption early February I had the same feeling about loading, my heart just wasn't in it. But I guess I managed somehow and ate enough as I really didn't suffer with hunger so much as finding getting back into the P2 ballgame a little difficult. I hope your struggles are over and the rest of your round you are not uncomfortable.

So funny about donating a kidney to pay for food--eating healthy, purchasing lots of protein choices --it IS more expensive than buying junk food. But YOU'RE worth it, we all are! Don't work too hard this weekend! Thanks again for your kind words!

Have t figured out how to like posts on my phone but I try and stay caught up with ou all. Just donít have much time.
    Happy loading, Yvonne!

I am doing that right now. Two week PI and adding the last two weeks of a full round most likely when I get back. Unless I lost weight lol Then it sounds like I may stay in P3, then do P4 and do the mar round.
Iíd be more hesitant if I was doing my last round but with another round to go Iíll be ok even I donít fully stabilize this time. Worth the risk to me. My trip is just amazing.
