    Good Afternoon Lovelies,

I hope everyone had a wonderful Monday. I have to be quick as I am just stunned how I can be this far behind and it is only Monday giggle.

Pearly: So sorry for your loss! It is a very hard thing to lose a parent. I am sending you prayers and great wishes. I hope you get great results from this interview. IF not, my daughter did not get a job she really wanted, then ended up getting a much better one...

JGD: Just remember to take the B1 (Thiamin) with Magnesium Citrate or "Calm". I really like this. Also, I have some chamomile tea...in the afternoon...the tea is like a 15% help. Not life changing, but every bit counts in the sleep war!

My take on PIs is this, FWIW: you don't really need to decide now, you can see how you feel if this is the end of the round or a PI. I have also had it when I have screwed up the first week of P3 so I just counted it as a PI. I do find that I really need to give myself a focused pep talk about my goals etc. when I come back from a PI.

Well, I would love to stay and chat more, but work is heavy today. Know that I am thinking about everyone.
Starbucks welcome back and Hope everyone has a great day today.

Down another 1lb, average is exactly .5 a day and includes the 6 day stall. Week two is always a stall or lull, if I do this again, maybe I'll avoid the scale days 7-14. Might as well!

All you lucky birds moving into P3, your menus don't tempt me like they have in the past because everyone is eating so intentionally well. I'm using your experiences for information! All good stuff. Eat some butter on my behalf :-)

And thanks all for asking about the vaccine. I only had a sore arm for about 24 hours. Next shot is 5/15. The vax center was at the metro and staffed with all the gorgeous men and women of the armed services. Eye candy for us non candy imbibers. Mama takes what she can get these days. Hubba hubba

I went rogue yesterday and added some onions to my spinach sautee. With diced GF chicken. It was like a casserole. I cook my applesauce so it's like custard, Aunt Cleo's recipe. Although her recipe uses brown sugar. Nice to know I can enjoy in P3 with stevia when I get there.

It's my last week commuting to DC and I'm bittersweet. I enjoyed working in the city but the commute stole about 3 hours of my day on average. I'll be glad to get that time back!

Hope all y'all have the best day and off to a great week!
Thank you. I always lose well on P2 and tend to stabilize fairly well in P3 but I get the creep on P4 and then give up and go bananas. I need to figure out what to do after P3 to maintain.
I exercised throughout P2 and P3 and might lighten up there but itís truly food. I will eat a tub of Almond butter and then wonder why I gained. I will talk to my psych about this.
I am so ready to get my supplies and get started. I want to feel in control again.
Excited to catch up and see where everyone is in their journey.

Starbucks, you are doing everything right to get back on the wagon now. I gained about 14 lbs over this past winter that brought me back for another round too. Iím VLCD 15.

RK, good wisdom on PI vs ending at a short round.

Today, I dropped 1.4 lbs of my gain from a bad day eating.

    Morning all!

A quick and boring report from me. Woke up at O'dark thirty and same weight as yesterday. I imagine if I weighed an hour later, I may have seen a wee drop. No matter, feeling good and ready for this day. Oh, the luxury of wearing pants that fit and having several pairs to choose from. That is fun times.

So have some fun today everybody, that's an order!

    Good Tuesday morning Lovlies!

rk, sounds like you are working very hard. It's such a beautiful day, hope you get to enjoy just a little today. I already take the magnesium you mentioned, but have not been able to find the Calcium Glucarate I have read about here on the forum. It is supposed to help sleep as well, but I looked for it at several pharmacies and then yesterday at Whole Foods--couldn't find. Guess I'll have to resort to on-line.

Starbucks, in many ways P2 is the easy part, not many options. But you display self-discipline in so many areas of your life, I am sure you can get control during P4.Hang in there, you got this.

Savannah, Great 1.4 lb drop! Would love one of those tomorrow morning, wish we had those more often! I could use for some wiggle room on last dose weight! Did you do anything different?

Tracy, so annoying to wake up early and the scales are grumpy! But you feel good anyway, and they'll prob drop tomorrow. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE going to closet and finding everything fits! (maybe some too big) How many times have I tried on multiple clothes trying to figure out which one made me look thinner?! So FUN to just feel comfortable in your clothes, I agree!

Jeanette, Sorry about slight uptick, I have them often during my rounds. But I understand wanting the best possible outcome from your last week. Guess we have to look at it, that these fluctuations really don't show up so much on how we look--they just mess with us mentally. Hope the scale fairy is nicer in the a.m.--for you and for me, I would love to have a little wiggle room from last dose weight!

AFM: This is first day I won't be taking my hcg injection, so already 24 hours since last dose. Down a tiny bit, only .4, but it isn't an uptick, that has happened to me in the past on my first transition day. Already made my To Do list for the day, but will check back later--enjoy reading what everyone has to say, their days. Tracy gave orders to have fun, so let's do it. Everyone needs to do something fun for themselves today. I've decided I'm going to sit in sun for maybe 45 minutes today and start a new book I purchased. I can take 45 minutes for that--if I don't make the time, I don't ever get to read a book, and I love books. Have a great day everyone!

Lovely Losers 2021- AWESOME in April!!

Dubbles, I did a lot differently. Saturday I cheated, had too much salt, and drank too much. Sunday, I didnít have the cheats, but spent about 5 hours in the car. Yesterday, was no long car rides, ate to protocol, took a walk with my 8 year old, injected fresh HCG, and drank plenty of water.

Congrats on the 0.4 lb drop.

Thank you, Rk. I did not hear from the job, which means I did not get it. Not the right one, obviously!

My sisters and I are slowly getting acclimated to having the 'wind in our faces.' An old saying about what happens to you when your parents are no longer there to take the brunt of life. We know we are super blessed to have our folks into their 90's and beyond. One unexpected result of being orphans is that my brother has been calling us. For the most part, he just called Mom and she relayed whatever was going on with him. We never even got a reply to texts to him. I have given him gift cards for birthdays that never get used, because he hates to open mail. So, he's called us each three times already and even showed up for a family zoom call. Uh, good? Lol. I guess. Ya don't know my brother!

Savannah, now that's some typical P2 days that we have ALL HAD! LOL. Hilarious. More anecdotal evidence that it is NOT what ya did yesterday, but a culmination of several days for actual losses or gains. I was down after my sister's bd dinner, up after perfectly POP days, now WHOT? Down more than I was up before and further down than the dehydration of the alcohol made me. Nothing is related to the Day Before. Cumulative, baby.

Everyone, enjoy those nice fitting clothes! All I ask is for my circulation not to be cut off and maybe my top falling from my boobs to my hips without upholstering my middle. It's happening. Onward!

That is so funny! My cumulative weekend did some major damage. Now, Iím here hoping to get back to where I was. Still have 2.2 of gained weight to enter new lows for the round. Only, I have my ex SIL baby shower to attend on Sunday 2 hours away. Iím going to try bringing my food. Mr. S is joining me and isnít the best influence. Especially when we are going to be in our old home town with some of our favorite restaurants. Gah! Iíll figure it out.

Starting today right with eggs and spinach.

    P3 Day 1

I start P3 today at a total of 26.6 pounds lost - down 1.3 pounds since my last dose. I am not a morning or breakfast person so terribly dull so far with my cup of green tea and a handful of brazil nuts. I'll try for a more exciting lunch!

Thanks mrsstrong and Dubbles for the transition days pep talk. They were totally fine, just as you said they'd be. mrsstrong, I'm the size I wanted, so I'm not going to worry about the 2.4 pounds I'm away from goal. Heaven knows it'll probably fluctuate with exercise, increasing muscle, or TOM anyway!

I'm so grateful for the support of this forum, and to have somewhere to celebrate our wins. Most of my friends have a negative attitude to what they see as deliberate efforts to change one's shape so I can't share this with them at all.

Hope everyone has a great week!

Thanks Savannah, love the walk with 8 year old.

mrsstrong , I have not figured out what key I am hitting that deletes my posts---I do the same thing, and it's always after a detailed posting, so irritating. Hope you had a good 2nd day of p2!

Karbee, love p3, but I guess if you aren't a breakfast eater, you don't feel that immediate difference. I will have my sausage and coffee with creamer around 9:30 on Thursday! Can't wait. This is actually my 1st day without injection and I think I feel better than last week--I may've needed to lower my dose like someone suggested ( either JGD or 2manydays) Will watch for that next time. I kinda know what you mean about friends not celebrating all your hard work to lose weight. I find they'll casually say something then someone will make a snide remark about gaining and not caring that much. Almost like trying to make you feel vain for caring and wanting to lose. It is about more than just what you look like, I feel so much better. I like the way you mentioned total lbs lost this round. 26.6 lbs is huge in one round! Try carrying a 20 lb bag of dog food or potatoes around all day! Gotta feel better.

Since I've already done my last dose weight, I can say not a lot lost this abbreviated round, only 11.2, but since January that totals 39 lbs. and that is HUGE, that is equivalent to carrying 2 twenty lb bags of dog food around all day, or carrying a 4 year old child all day. So much healthier gone! I'm happy!

Pearly, you are too funny! You always make us laugh, and thank you for that! When my mother passed away--both parents gone, I remember saying to myself, I'm an orphan now. It just hit me. You and your mom sounded to be so close, you'll have good and bad days, but wow, lucky to have had her as long as you did--tho that isn't the thing to say, or to help. My brother was more attentive after my mom passed than before, too. Sorry about the job, but have faith something else will come along. Talk to yourself, like you talk to us--that'll put a smile on your face!
