Dubs, look for calcium D Glutarate. I never saw it in stores either. Got mine from vitacost! The D is for "[email protected]$m, you look good!" :-) that's science for you!

Even the .44 losses are worth celebrating. I saw a bump up today, .2 but I'm oldish, close to goal weight by 8 pounds. Hoping I can crank it out in the next 15 days but will add another 10 days for 40 if not.

Also I'm beat today. Moving boxes and crates - I'm thinking inflammation is here thanks to my soupy muscles.

Pearly and RK. I have a brother "Chris" who no one ever sees or talks to. He showed up when our mom passed in 2010, looking for his share of the inheritance. Like the week after she passed. All the grandkids mention his name in air quotes because they've never laid eyes on him and think he's not real.

I ordered fun yesterday and had a little. I snuck up to the 9th floor terrace of our building and took pictures of the view of the White House, ate my lunch, waved at the secret service guys and enjoyed some peace and more eye candy. We are catty corner to BLM square. Folks hanging out, playing music in the sun. There is such a good vibe in DC at least for that day.

Go get it today everyone! It's right there, waiting for you!
LOL Tracy! Thanks for the multiple laughs!

What a great location! I love DC. I hear congrats on the state status are in order.

Starbucks, good for you for your sobriety. It not easy by any means.

So, I dropped 1.2 more of my weekend gains. Iím still 1.2 from where I was last Thursday, but Iím chipping away at it. I weighed at 3:30 am so thereís a good possibility that could have been a bit more.

I love reading everyone's posts even though I may not mention everyone individually-you are all important in this journey. Todays scale ticked me up to where I was Friday so no real progress. But I calc'd the entire 2 rounds I've done since January and as of today I am 33.6 pounds gone. So I feel like that puts things more in perspective that at least I'm this far along in the process. I have seven more days left till next Wed when I start P3 so will keep chugging but not gonna stress over this anymore. It is what it is. I think I do better with a longer P3 so hopefully I won't need to run back to P2 till like August. We do 4.10's in the summer & theres no way I can make this work getting up at zero dark thirty (I love that) I get up now at 4:45 so that in & of itself is pushing it.

Sorry for the ramble it helps to map out a plan!
Oof that is early! How close to goal are you?
Itís a great loss since January!

Today is day 6 of P3 for me. I am sitting exactly at LDW.
    Awesome on the LDW! *Goals*

My brother and I finally started talking and connecting more now that our parents are getting older. I am so far away that he takes care of everything they may need so I want to make sure he knows I am there for him. Hard to live so far away. (My parents live in The Netherlands)

Anyone else I missed this morning, will catch later. I am into last 24 hours of transition. Not hungry, will be officially in P3 in the a.m. Looking forward to that. Like I jusr mentioned, uptick of .2, so only .2 below my last dose weight---hardly any wiggle room at all. We'll see what tomorrow morning's weigh in brings. Had shrimp and asparagus for dinner last night, it was so good, I prob--no, I did have more than 100 grams I'm sure, but it was delicious. Sounds like a lot of us are trying to make a little time of fun for ourselves--doesn't have to be outrageous, even lunch enjoying scenery can be that fun. Wonderful thing to incorporate in daily lives! I like it, I did sit out and read for almost an hour. Felt good. I need to get off and get ready for visit with orthopedic doc--they'll xray my knee again. Been 6 months since I had a cortisone shot in that bone on bone knee, so I'm ready for it. Will check on everyone later! Have a great Wednesday, and have fun at some point!
    Sure is! Thank you!

So close to P3!! I can feel your excitement!

Good luck with the shot! I know what bone on bone feels like. I was in my hips.

AFM: No weight loss today, but I ate dinner very late last night so I put it down to that. Also, the naprosyn is helping my back but plugging me up a bit. So I will hope for a better loss tomorrow, and not dwell. Mom got the info I needed, it took her 2 hours but at least she did that! I am going to baby my back and do some physical therapy exercises. FOr fun I am going to cut some roses from the yard to take to mom later. I am also going to try to do work on my computer on the patio swing outside.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Hope it feels better! So you injured it or is this chronic? Sorry if I missed what happened or if I am too nosy!

I know that pain = inflammation = water = added weight. Hopefully some of that will whoosh soon too!

Yes! We got a 6 week old Juliana piglet. We lost our dog of 15 years in November. My girls and I wanted another pet, but not ready for another dog just yet, so we decided on a pet pig.

I am so darned close to where I want to be and not quite satisfied with where I am. Now, with a loss down to 134.2.... I know, right? I'm going back to P2 just to lose 3-4 pounds? I could gain that much loading and then what if I don't have week one losses? Good grief. Well, my P3 is not up until Saturday. I have bounced up and down between 136 and 138 for the past two weeks. This could be just a fluke and I will bounce back up again. After all, my LIW was 139.4, so I have (at best, maybe) lost 5 pounds in the last 3 weeks, 4 if you count week 3 non-losses. So.... ???

IF I go back to P2, I have scoured Pounds & Inches, and I did not see anywhere that I have to continue after a PI for any particular length of time. Since I did a couple of extra days, along with the two-day load, I had 25 doses. I could do a week or 10 days, but I can't see doing another full round. Then another 3 weeks of p3? The good Dr. did not give full instructions on this.

I'll look in my P2.0 book and see if that author had ideas. (Edit: Nope, not a word!)

    Onward all! Have FUN!

I think you continue PI to finish the round, so however many days that is. That is how I understand it anyway.

So close to goal! The one uncertainty with PIs is stabilizing but for 3-4 pounds Iíd take the chance I think. Seems easier than P3 then P4 then loading etc.

5 pounds in three weeks is low. Maybe you are at weight already?

    P2 Day 3

Day 3 only and this week seems really slow to me but! Down 1.4 so canít complain! Feeling good, a little hungry late at night. I may need to plan a snack later in the evening and see or takes less drops. Or just go to sleep since I am fine during the day.

Reading everyoneís posts is so great. Sorry I am responding in individual responses but I canít keep things straight otherwise. Hope I didnít forget anyone! Like someone else said: you are all so important to this journey! Glad you are here. A few years ago this board was pretty dead so doing a round was a lot less fun!

Hope itís a great day everyone!

Yes! Way too slow! But Iím in P3 where Iím not supposed to be losing anything, so it is a gift. I think itís because my P3 is so keto-like but am slowly losing a half pound to a pound a week. Which is about how I would lose in keto because it doesnít work that well for me without the hCG.

So I finished my 23 day round (plus loading days) so I could do a week and call it 30? Then back to a super, super careful P3.

Part of me wants to power thru and part of me wants more cream.
