So I finished my 23 day round (plus loading days) so I could do a week and call it 30? Then back to a super, super careful P3.

Part of me wants to power thru and part of me wants more cream.

    LOL!

Bloated and fluffy is often food sensitivity related. Maybe you have some of that going on?

I could gain that much loading and then what if I don't have week one losses? Good grief. Well, my P3 is not up until Saturday. I have bounced up and down between 136 and 138 for the past two weeks. This could be just a fluke and I will bounce back up again. After all, my LIW was 139.4, so I have (at best, maybe) lost 5 pounds in the last 3 weeks, 4 if you count week 3 non-losses. So.... ???

IF I go back to P2, I have scoured Pounds & Inches, and I did not see anywhere that I have to continue after a PI for any particular length of time. Since I did a couple of extra days, along with the two-day load, I had 25 doses. I could do a week or 10 days, but I can't see doing another full round. Then another 3 weeks of p3? The good Dr. did not give full instructions on this.

I'll look in my P2.0 book and see if that author had ideas. (Edit: Nope, not a word!)

    Onward all! Have FUN!

Pearly, if you had 25 doses, you could do up to another 15 dose days after your PI if you decide to do one, or you could do less days. I asked Leez this question before I did my PI. Doing the full 15 would probably be best, but maybe at least 10? Then yes, you would do the full 3 week P3 afterwards.

Was gonna reply but this is what I understand from Leez too. Think book also says if PI is longer than 2 weeks you need to reload, but not if less than 2 weeks. Hope *** this helps.

Arghhhhh! I need a new metaphor. I'm back on the water slide at Tracy's Carnival Emporium. Day four same weight.

I think I'll do a day of penance foods. Can penance be an adjective? Well, it is now. Celery, shrimp, green apples and chicken broth. I WILL FORCE THE WHOOSH!. I know I have no control over this stall trajectory but it felt good to hollar that.
And I'll save some celery for an inflammation smoothie tonight. That will keep me busy, those things take me a good 2 hours to choke down.

Doing a skip day today, I'm committing to forty days, so pull up a chair, friends and let's get comfortable.

I'm loving these P3 stories y'all are posting. I always lose my appetite in P3, don't wanna cook so I don't wanna eat. This always gets me into trouble and the creep up begins. I'm joining Team Intentional (that would be everyone else here in P3) when I get there. I'll bring the spirit stick!

Pearly, your weather reminds me of Maryland weather. We say, enjoying the weather? Wait a minute....
It's hotter than the ****ens here, another day of upper 80's. Everyone's wearing shorts and sunglasses so they aren't blinded by the reflective white off my chalky shins.

Loved all the fun shares! Pigs! Roses! Pants!

Have at it everyone. Thanks for the support and great advice you always share!

Evidently, the phrase involving ...d- " ickens" is not allowed. Who knew I was such a potty mouth?

Good Morning Lovelies! I know most of you haven't posted yet today, but good morning to all, and hope it is a good one. I am posting slightly earlier than I would normally, it will be brief. I couldn't sleep well last night and was waking up off and on since 3:30. What's up with that!. Laid in bed trying to go back to sleep several times, and did for a few minutes , then eyes wide open again...UGH! Think I was just anxious to get started on P3, with a luscious cup of coffee, but still waiting for the 8:30 P3 bell to ring for breakfast! Don't plan to have a whole lot new today, just my hot sausage and coffee breakfast, then maybe a salad with homemade ranch dressing with dinner of---three guesses of dinner meal? Chicken? Yep, some leftover chicken with grilled onions and salad. First day on p3 I'm always anxious there is still leftover hcg in system. But just having breakfast is like a holiday. What is this I hear of transition wiggle room weight drop? Doesn't happen much for me, and this time, DIDN'T happen. Weight stayed the same as yesterday and Only down .2 of wiggle room from last injection weigh-in. So my 2 lb window is ALL above last injection weight. Kind of disappointing, but it is what it is, was slightly afraid the cortisone shot in knee would cause a gain, but seems not, yet. But it sure is worth it, feels so much better.

Tracy, those stalls are the pits, maybe you are at a previous set point weight. I feel like I was kinda in a stall this whole week. Such slight variations. Have wondered about Grammy's smoothie myself, never have tried, sounds like not too appetizing. Hope tomorrow's weigh-in will reward you!

Will check later on everyone--have quite a bit to do before traveling tomorrow afternoon.

Charlie, are you starting P2 this weekend or next?

Its 9am already busy at work.

    Love that pig absolutely adorable

Dubbs I feel ya on the apprehension on P3 day one. I'm sure your easing into it will be successful.

Tracey you made me laugh about the chalk shins but you have a fabulous attitude

So today freaking finally I see a .8 loss. Cut out the fruit and voila! Hopefully it stays gone. Nothing worse than all this for zero scale movement.

Gotta go but happy little Friday!

Jeanette, woohoo on .8 drop! I figure that is almost a lb. That is awesome results in my opinion. Way to go. I just haven't been able to deny myself the 2 fruits this round, now on p3, I don 't mind just having one and subbing some kind of protein wi fats as a snack in afternoon.

Question for someone, Leez? I looked back on your thread about planned interruptions. I saw that Dr. S said after 14 days, have to reload, but I don't see any reference if ok to make PI a tad longer, or is it just then considered a new round?

Sorry To hear you are back on the water slide Tracy! I would say enjoy the ride but well, I know it’s not a fun ride, so just think of it as a necessary step to reach your carnival award.

Dubbs, congrats on making it to P3. Don’t be afraid to eat today! Just be careful about introducing too many new caution foods.

    Love the pig! Too cute!

Today is day 7 of P3 for me and I am .4 over LDW. Tomorrow starts week 2 for me and I’m ready to start branching out on adding some new P3 foods in like nuts and cheeses.
