    I pulled my syringes daily, kept my hCG in the refrigerator in the dark, but even though week three is often a bounce-a-pound week, I still normally lose more than 10 pounds in a 21 day round, including loading weight gain. Not a lot more, but I can usually pull out 12 or 13. Iíve Basically only lost about a pound since week 2, and I keep bouncing off of it back up.

    So itís transition for me, P3 and then P4 and I will be back in six weeks on P2. I will either buy new hCG in a size that only makes two weeks worth at a time, or I will freeze my syringes because this is disappointing.

    Even though I follow a slightly different protocol, I have not been cheating on that protocol at all and have been as close to letter perfect as I have ever been, until that one meal on Easteró at the end of my Week 3.

    But! I am down 10 pounds! 15 counting five I lost on my own in January February and part of March before I started. It makes a difference, but I still have about 10 to go to get back into my clothes.

    Iím not complaining, I am analyzing. For me, I donít trust hCG RX after two weeks! I havenít in years, and even stopped using a spa for my injections when they decided to go to a 30 day pen style injector. I was so mad at them, because that meant half the injector would be useless to me. So I donít know why I let somebody say frozen syringes donít work, because I know they do, but doses that have lost their potency do not! End of story.

    For me. As Christy used to say, your mileage may vary! (YMMV).

    Iím wishing you all great rounds and continued success! Ill poke my head in often in the next 6 weeks, to see how everyone is doing.

    P2 Day 26

    I am glad I have an interruption. I am not liking this stop-and-go. Today I am up .2. Not significant enough to worry but frustrating nonetheless.

    I wonder: Has anyone noticed a reaction to sugar-free flavor in coffee? I had some yesterday, just one pump and maybe my gain is related. I never have that stuff but wanted to treat myself. This is the second time (had one last week as well) and it was a weird loss week too. I'll just not have it just to be sure but if anyone else has that reaction I will not ever have it again LOL

    I am also stiff from working out so could be it as well.

    Anyway, two more drop days. Tuesday starts PI P3.

    Happy P3, Pearly! If freezing has worked for you, just do it!

    Unless you are sensitive (allergic) to that flavor stuff, the easy answer is the stiffness. If you can soak in a hot bath, maybe with epson salts and baking soda, you will feel better and drop that water-retention from stiffness by tomorrow. Iím not sating you will drop 10 pounds overnight, but you will get a truer weight on the scale.

    Yeah, I am thinking that too. I have been so cold that I have been taking a bath almost every day LOL I think they are losing their effect haha. I am really tired today. It's all related I am sure.

    I remember years ago after my first round I used the Carnation Sugar Free in my coffee after my first round. I just hated black coffee so much then. It tasted so bitter to me. This year someone suggested adding a touch of salt to my coffee and I can now drink it black. Still I add the vanilla cream stevia drops to my coffee as well. It doesn't seem to be hurting my losses that much. This round, I'm also using handcream and some face creams I need or my skin gets dry. It remains to be seen how it will affect my losses. I will check after a week. Seems to be going ok right now.

    Thought I'd better check in once in a while. Sounds like a few of you are wrapping up and going into P3 (Pearly, Cupcake). Congrats on your round and here's to Bacon and stabilization Those of you still in a P2 round, sounds like you're having some good losses. Keep up the good work!

    AFM: Officially done with P4 4 days ago. Plugging along with normal fluctuations, but still in my window. Enjoying my new smaller size clothes and just purchased a couple of more pairs of size 6 pants this week. Once things open back up, looking forward to a trip to the 2nd hand shops to find some better fitting tops too. They usually have some great bargains on higher end brands, but have been closed for a long time with Covid. Our community is seeing things loosen up a bit now, but I'm not taking any chances yet. Got first vac shot last Saturday and scheduled for second in a couple more weeks. After that, I know I'm not bullet proof, but will def be braver about being out and about.

    I was contemplating doing another round starting this weekend and wrapping up mid-May, but in the grand scheme of things, thinking it is better to wait until after Labor Day. That will give me the entire Spring/Summer to practice stabilizing. Since I'm now at a new low since 25+ years ago, I think it's just better to continue stabilizing here and think really hard about trying to get to the next set of low numbers Hoping also with a longer stop between rounds that some of the extra skin will "remember" a smaller size as well.

    Happy pre-Friday! Ready for this week to be over, for sure.

    So good to hear from you LinderLou! Sounds like you are doing great! Miss hearing from you, and several others that were on site when I first started at beginning of year. If still in your window, sounds like P4 is going great. 130 lbs sounds so low, I'm surprised you are contemplating doing another round. But you know where you want to be. Personally I understand waiting till after Labor Day--enjoy the spring and summer. Hopefully not over much. That's the real key to successful hcg therapy. Relearning how to eat correctly and maintain. I'm actually doing another short (21-24 day) P2. I did my p3 and a few days of P4, and in rogue fashion, am cycling back to p2 for a few additional lbs. before a much longer p3 and P4. P3 went really well, even traveled to Virginia to see family and stayed either at or below Last Dose Weight. And I'm anxious to get back to P3 again, after losing hopefully a 10 more lbs. Sincerely, congratulations on such a successful weight loss journey--you should be proud of yourself!

    Yes, I am proud of myself, thank you. Agree, maintaining a new, lower weight requires changing old, bad habits. The good news is, at least for me, the longer you do it (new, healthier habits) the easier it becomes. At least that is my experience...
    As for going to a lower weight than 130, I am short and was at my "best" weight at 105. That was many years ago, at this point, so I think 115 is doable and sustainable at my advanced age now. That leaves some cushion for having an illness or something. I would be quite happy with 120 as well and won't push much beyond that.

    I am enjoying my current eating and just eating to satisfaction and not beyond. My mantra for a long time has been eat to live and not live to eat. I also picture sugar as rat poison, so helps me not be tempted - hah!

    Will try to check in more often, but often feel I don't have much to contribute....

    I know what you mean LinderLou, after a while I don't think many are that interested in hearing I've dropped another .8 lbs on my P2. But if I record here, I can go back and look at it. Popping in to let people know that it is going well, is helpful or interesting to everyone tho! So thanks for doing that!--

    As for me, I did drop another .8 this morning. This is just vlc day #6 on this round. Not dropping huge amounts of weight, but kinda losing steadily. Have dropped another 3.8 from last dose weight of round 1, with my loading weight from last weekend--it means a drop of 7.8 lbs this week. So it is still working. I wouldn't lose 3.8 lbs on any other protocol in less than a week, so I'm happy. For some reason I am feeling like the food is much more boring this P2, wish my mindset was a little more settled, content. Oh well, it's ok as it won't be a really long 40 day round--more like another 18 days--whoops, more like 20 days with transition days. Time goes by pretty quickly, I want to be done with P2 and enjoy summer with p3! I can do this.
