Hello everyone,
I am also creeping upwards, not sure if it was from the cream cheese and keto crackers I ate...only 3 of them, or that bite I took out of a num brownie or the late night strawberries I ate... I had such a sweet tooth yesterday it wasn't even funny!! It was bad!! But a creep up no doubt!
Yesterday I had a breakfast sausage patty, two eggs and coffee with hwc. I had albacore tuna for lunch with celery, a small dill pickle and about 5 pickled jalepenos mixed in with dukes mayo, ate about 1/2 the can. for a snack I ate about 3 keto crackers with cream cheese, dinner I had orange roughy fried with and egg wash and dredged in almond flour/pork rind crumbs with green beans and mushrooms, about 9pm had about 5 strawberries and also some lillys chocolate and a bit of a num brownie. I can't remember if I had anything else. I don't typically write it down.
Mrsstrong, we do park & playground construction.
I am up 1.2#s this am, although haven't had a bm since Sunday, but I was pretty cleared out then. Who knows why the uptick. I am eating very little carbs, other then what is naturally found in veggies/fruit. So, now I am .7 above my LIW. I already have a terrible sweet tooth again today. Had an apple to try and calm it and really didn't help so I just had a keto fat bomb... probably not a great choice but man... anything you guys eat in P3 that calms a sweet tooth??
So far today I have had 1 cup of coffee with hwc, an apple, 1 sausage patty, 1 egg and a keto fat bomb! I really have to do better with more water tho.... I do great in P2, but not so much in P3. I am just eating when I am hungry and trying to make good choices but it is tough. P3 is so much harder then P2 for me.
I do feel like my hair falling out has maybe slowed a bit, still coming out but doesn't seem to be as bad as it was last week. "knock on wood". I also plan on doing a lot more exercising which I know can make the scale jump up a bit as well so I am a bit nervous to get started on that. :/ Or at least not when the scale keeps inching up in the wrong direction.
