Hi Dubbs, thank you for the chocolate pudding type recipe dessert!! Sounds like that could be a great treat to have!!

I do have to say, the past round that I was on, my hcg ran out after 16 days of injections, I ended up making it a PI which lasted 17 days. So, in a way, I did end my round sooner then I should have and honestly, there were 2 days that I was over the 2# mark, I never did a steak day and was on a road trip for the last leg of my PI but when I came back, I was just a little over 1# above my LIW. Completely off protocol and I thought about stopping at that point as well but I went ahead and used it as an "off protocol" PI and went right back on P2 since I had more weight to lose. It didn't seem like stabilization worked as well as it did when I went the full round of course but I still stabilized, thought it wasn't as easy.

You need to do what you feel is right. It really is hard to be in P2 when your head just isn't in it. Best of luck on whatever route you take.

Thanks Phoebe/Karen You're right, everyone just has to make their own decisions on what they need to do. I am just so weary of it all. And my husband is really pissing me off, excusing my language, but he is. He seems to be trying to sabotage all my efforts. Today I came home from some errands and as I was pulling out the George Foreman Grill he said, oh I ordered pizza, and also ordered mozzarella sticks too (my very favorites!). Well, I can't have either of those and I'm not giving in tonite, tho I love both, and WANT TO. i'M just tired of the constant struggling with him on take-out, on eating out, on going out with people. He wants to do it all--all the time! And it's impossible on P2. It's beginning to really aggravate me. Enough said. I'm still fixing my protein on gf Grill tonite, his portion--I'll have for leftovers tomorrow for lunch. Easier for me. I Know I sound grumpy, but I am--I think it is because of my uncertainty. Hope everyone else is feeling better than I am. Have a great evening everyone.

    Hello Lovelies,

Thank you for all the sweet tips, especially about the roasted veggies. I find I also need to stay away from large quantities of sweets or I awaken the monster.

Yes, my dear hubby always wants to go out, order takeout, or have people over for dinner and wants me to serve things I can't eat. I just roll with it. I just don't start eating bad things. My Most satisfying hack is: If I make a cheese plate I also put out P2 Veggies, I eat those while everyone has cheese. I just try to always include some foods I can eat. I will make chocolate dipped strawberries and also have plain ones for me and whoever wants them. (I also serve Whip cream and cake, so no one feels deprived ). This week we have friends coming and hubby wants to serve lamb (No way am I eating that in P2.) So I will make a big salad and eat some protein in the kitchen. It sucks! But I am ok with not eating most things. The worst for me is I love sweets and home baked goods. I have, at this point, done more than a few rounds where family was kind and patient. But now it is clear that everyone is sick of me not eating what they want to eat. The big revelation: I will never be able to go back to eating like my hubby all the time. He can eat Everything and anything and stay really thin! It is so awful for me giggle--but I have to realize I can never keep up with his eating ways. I will always have to watch myself moving forward and set limits he does not have to have for himself.

AFM: This is a shock, but after going UP for No Reason and then having a stall I am down today 3.8 pounds. I don't know what tomorrow will bring but my goodness It is P2 D 19 and I have never had this much of a drop! I stepped on the scale twice because I did not believe it ha ha.
Hope everyone has a great evening!
    Fondly,
