    Hello HCG'ers!

Mrsstrong, thanks for the good luck wishes and congrats!! You are so close!! You will for certain get that 1.2 pounds off in 8 days!! You've got this and I am so happy for you!!

Robin, you got derailed by this site? I was having issues getting to the forums from the main page and now I just type in hcgdiet forums and it takes me right in. Sounds like you are in a good place and I am happy for you!!

Sdwis, I have been watching the same soaps for over 30 years now and you are right!! Although I have noticed some over the years gain some weight and then within a couple of months they are back down... I have often wondered if some of them do hcg! I am sure they all do injections in their faces!! I always record the 2 shows I have watched for years and binge watch them when I have the time!

As for me VLCD19 (2 days post loading after PI) and to my surprise, I was 159.4 today!! I was thinking about stepping on the scale again but then decided...NOPE... I'm gonna keep that number!! That is a whoooppping 4.7# loss over night. I don't think I have ever lost load weight like that before! Looking back, I did lose 3.6#'s on my 2nd vlcd day after my round in May... Anyhow... I will fully expect to go up a little tomorrow...and possibly even for the next couple of days. One thing I know is that whenever I have a really good loss I always inch up a bit but for today... I am a happy camper seeing the 150's on that scale of mine!! (I actually have a feeling the massive load weight was more of an inflammation issue....most likely with dairy, which I had a lot of that day).

Hope everyone is having a good day!!

Noooooo... If I get to 127, I will be 100 down from my all time high of 227.

    Iím 5í6Ē, I was probably 9 the last time I weighed 100.

Ok, one pretty good day and yesterday was perfect so today I’m back at 150.8. Thanks for the encouragement everyone!

5 pounds is not super for day 14, but after the slagging off after the shot, I’ll take it. Also I didn’t gain any from loading, so it’s a true net loss.

Question- since I basically lost a week, I think I’d like to do a 43 day round. Can I start doing skip days now, or is it too late for that?

Finalfourteen, I wish I could help you with your question but I am sure Leez can. She is an awesome support in these forums and very knowledgeable! Keep up the POP days and the weight will come off. You have a really good mindset and can't wait to see your success!

Pretty quiet around here, I guess that is summer for ya! Hope everyone is doing well!!

As for me, (VLCD4 after PI) down 8.5#'s. I was actually pretty surprised after a pretty good loss yesterday that I was still down today. I'll take it! Lost 1.7#'s overnight and I worked out a little bit yesterday so I am pretty happy about that, although...prepping myself for a gain soon.

VLCD4 after PI but VLCD20 for this round. Down 12.3#'s total for this crazy (off protocol with a PI after 16 doses, I don't reccommend that at all but my hcg ran out, so it was unavoidable and I had a hard time stabilizing) round of mine but I am back on the wagon and hope to finish this round strong.

Had a little down time and thought I would check in on y'all here. Looks like everyone is busy living life. I have been pretty hungry today. Not sure why but I have eaten a little extra protein to help with the hunger and trying to drink plenty of water. Hopefully my dose is ok. So far I have been losing good so I really don't want to mess with that at all.

Well, here is hoping for a good scale read in the am for everyone!!

    Cheers!

RKthin - Sounds like your head is in the right place and you are all in

Mrsstrong - You're soooo close! Are you on a short or long round?

Phoebe - It was me that was derailed, not the site... Stellar loss!!!!!!!!!

Cancelled our trip. Just doesn't make sense to go to a very busy international airport and possibly bring something Covidy with us and expose ourselves unnecessarily. Especially because we planned to stay with friends and that's just too risky. Our numbers are up to where they were in January! My sister canceled her wedding for the 4th time so the October trip is off as well. I really feel for her. Honestly, I don't mind being a homebody at the moment and there are plenty of people here to spend time with.

Had a couple of days with some big drops and today I'm the same as yesterday. I'm not at the number I had in mind yet and it's still possible, AND!!!! pretty much all my clothes fit me now, which opens up the world of my closet! I could only wear a few things when I started this journey. Instead of having one thing to wear to a dinner party tonight, I'm wondering what to wear, haha!

I'm currently over 40 days in with the same vial and still have maybe a week left. I don't have hunger except for the occasional pang so I'm just going to keep on until it's either finished or I get hungry and then power through the 3 days at the end. I use 10mm a day injected, so maybe that's why??? Less volume of hgc over time, or lower dose depending how you look at it? I haven't tested the strength of the hgc and I've read it can last for up 60 days, so until something doesn't feel right, going to keep on going.

    Power on ladies!!!

Good Friday Morning Everyone, Sorry I have been kind of awol these past couple of days. Have been busy, at doctor, and at vet for both myself and for my girl, Sophie. I'm ok, had my gel injections-no issues. In fact, the specialty pharmacist made it out to be a much bigger deal than my doctor made it out to be and the doctor was right. But my girl Sophie--5 year old Staffy is in bad shape--I feel like Polly. She hasn't eaten or drank since Tuesday noon. And I mean nothing. She started throwing up on Wednesday night once, then Thursday morning, and while waiting in car to be seen, 4 times. She won't eat anything, not even a treat (and she is extremely food driven) She took barely a sip or two of water. Her vet said to take her to the emergency room in case she needed surgery to remove an obstruction as they wouldn't do that ( wasn't aware they didn't do any kind of surgery) so Yesterday was all day at a emergency room vet hospital, waiting in car and I mean ALL DAY, from 9:30 a.m. till 2:30 when they took her into room to see her, till she came out at 6:30 and really no DIAGNOSIS. Basically, they gave her a shot for nausea, did x-rays to verify no obstruction and said blood work looked fairly normal. Said to watch for 24 hours and if not better to bring her back and they might have to hospitalize her for more extensive testing. This morning, no change, I can't get her to eat or drink, and she has slight diarrhea, the pill for nausea is still working, should be ok until mid afternoon. We'll see, but I don' t have much hope that things will suddenly change. Very worried about her. I think she may have pancreatitis, you know how we are internet/google docs. We'll see. Anyway, haven't been on site much. Looks like everyone is doing well though.

I'm ok. Didn't even weigh yesterday, can't remember if I did the day before, but this morning, thought I should, and was 159.2. I sat in car all day, and there was a box of pnut butter cracker, prepackaged and ate 3 packages of them, bored, worried and hungry. I eat under stress and boredom. Also had a diet Mountain Dew. No restroom available, said I needed to learn to potty like a girl dog in the grass, I was there so long. I was afraid I would gain eating that junk, so it could have been worse. Welcome and good luck to any newbies and hope everyone else is doing well. I did notice Polly's post about Penny all of a sudden starting to eat one day her's and her sister's food. Hope that happens with Sophie. Wishing for that turn of event today.

Dubbles.... I am so sorry!! I pray that Sophie starts to feel better soon and they can figure out what is going on with her!! I feel your pain!! Please keep us posted and don't forget to take care of yourself too!! I know how hard it is!! Uggg!! So sorry!!

I am still just plugging away, Oh gosh, while I was typing this I realized I had forgotten to take my inj., just took it almost 2 hours later then usual, ooops! Hopefully that doesn't screw anything up. I am really really losing hair! This happened to me years ago when I was on hcg but went through my entire round in May and I noticed it happening during this PI for this round. Any advice? I have been taking biotin and yesterday just started taking a multi vitamin as well. I will research this site too to see if there is anyting else I can do!! I would hate to have to stop my round because of my hair fallling out but I would rather be a few pounds heavier then bald....Crossing my fingers this starts to slow down soon.

Today I lost .8#'s, which was surprising, honestly. I am sure I will start to really slow come tomorrow or in the next few days. Today is VLCD 5 post PI (VLCD21 for this round)

156.9 (-9.3#'s since returning from my PI)

Lovely Losers 2021 - "Awesome in AUGUST"

Whoo for all the big losses!

Dubs, she may need an IV to get her rehydrated and feeling like eating. Penny had inflammation of liveró very similar symptoms. They ran antibiotics and saline and anti nausea drugs thru her for 3 days. Your regular vet can help now that there is no obstruction and no surgery. Call again!!!

This time around, I gave her water and broth w an eye dropper but have also used a syringe w/o needle. Your hcg mixing syringe will work. I was using cream because she needed thicker liquid to swallow but unsalted broth may help.

Ive been up, now Im down. So glad Im running under LDW, so I donít have to freak when I go up 3 days in a row. Went from 126.4 to 129.8 (.6 under my LDW but oooh close!) and now down a couple of days to 127.4. All good!!!! I know the ups were from being tired and I got some 9 hour nights in.

    Whew. Onward!!

    Happy Friday Lovelies,

Dubbles sorry to hear about the doggy!
I know Nothing, but would Pedialyte help the doggy? Again I know nothing....

Work has gotten so intense I can't even get a free minute. Will read back this morning and glad everyone is doing well.

AFM in P2 and having constipation from the calcium citrate, so can't really get an accurate weight. I have taken Magnesium and Vitamin C. I may do the stool softener or Smooth Move tea....But not today when it is one meeting after another.

    Have a great day

If it has been several days, I use food grade mineral oil laxative from Kroger. No calories because it's not absorbed.
