    Congratulations on your success!!!

May be something you can LOAD on, haha!! May I ask, from folks experience on this forum, is it still best to stop a round when one loses 35lbs or 40lbs if obese? Or, can one complete the 40 injections no matter how much is lost? I am hoping it is the latter as I am losing so well and tomorrow is 14 days in...

34 pounds is the round limit (or 40 if starting HCG with 100 or more pounds to lose). You can complete the 40 injections if you like should you reach the limit early, but you should increase calories to stop further losses. But there is no real benefit. You get the best stabilization for rounds of 30 dose days or longer, if that helps you make a decision.

Yes, that helps very much! Thank you. This is weight loss based on the first effective dose day right? So, I load 2 days, start the 500vlcd and the next day would be by first effective dose where I go from that weight minus 34 or in my case 40?

You use the weight from the morning of your first VLC day. So day 3 of the shots is your starting weight.

Meant to add to the earlier post that the only benefit in increasing calories to do more days after reaching the loss limit would be if you got there before the 30th dose day. In that case, it would be helpful for stabilization to continue to dose day 30.

Since you are planning the long round, you should be skipping your dose one day each week. This safeguards you against immunity so that you can safely continue to do rounds until you get to your goal.

Very good.. thank you so much for all the detail. Today was my 15th inj and down 19.4lbs I did skip a dose last week and will this week as well. Half way there... I realize losses generally slow way down so we will see how it goes! Thanks again for the assistance. I would of counted from first effective dose instead of day before.. This was the part of Pounds and Inches that had me confused
"We distinguish between the first three injections, which we call 'non-effective' as far as the loss of weight is
concerned, and the subsequent injections given while the patient is dieting, which we call “effective”. The
average loss of weight is calculated on the number of effective injections and from the weight reached on the
day of the third injections which may he well above what it was two days earlier when the first injection as
    given"

We have only occasionally seen women lose the maximum and have to stop early, but it does happen. I hope you are the next one.

Hello ladies! It's been 2 years since I last tried the protocol. It worked great, but I became immune. Four years later, it's working again. I'm so excited. Down from 283 to 258.2 in 40 days so far.

I noticed there's a bac water shortage. Does anyone know where I can get bac water? The only source I saw online that I'd trust is from the Colin Watson (colinfwatson.com) site, but it ships from overseas and the shipping is expensive.

If you're talking about loading with eggnog, don't think I hadn't thought of that :-)

    Congrats on your losses!
