Enjoyed your posting this morning sdwis--lots of good information. I'm going to try and put in my memory bank for issues I might have. I think some of that shows up during "loading days" too. I gained just over 4 lbs on this 2 day load, and I'm sure I didn't eat 15000 calories! Who knows if it is food sensitivities , or sensitivities to combinations of foods--plus the hcg flowing in your body. On loading days, I know I eat foods together or in same day that I might not ordinarily. And I have heard before that some have problems with turkey, for many reasons.

Good luck Starbucks, you are so dedicated to your exercise, I understand your frustrations! Hope you get it figured out soon--you're trying so hard. I didn't exercise during my PI And sdwis, at 5'10, wearing a 4/6, I'm sure you look wonderful. I know you do, Starbucks, I saw your picture too!
You’ll likely lose the loading weight by 2nd day. Most of it is probably water retention. I wouldn’t worry about it.

Happy Sunday everyone! It is a gloomy, rainy Sunday--had thunderstorms earlier--but rain is necessary for new growth that will soon follow with spring before long. So it is all good. Today, back to vlc days! Have to say I do miss my cream in coffee, but it's ok, it won't be a long drawn out P2, With skipping, I think I can stretch it to 2 weeks. That's what I'm planning to do anyway, think that it is going 2 days beyond 40, but I'm going to risk that. I also have to do the 72 hours in transistion. It's not that long--I really do love P3 tho and will be glad to go back there. I told my husband, it's "just " 2 weeks--he said that's a good attitude, so I'll take it. I have heard people say it can be difficult to go back to p2 after a Planned Interruption--I'm hoping since I had a full 2 week planned interruption that it won't seem so bad.

Btw, I gained just over 4 lbs. on two loading days. Hope that goes away pretty quick. I didn't think I was eating that much, but guess I did! So let the countdown begin, it's already 3rd day of injections, and 1st day of vlc. Got this! Hope everyone out there is doing well, physically and emotionally. Smiles to everyone.

Thanks JGD, I'm hoping you are right!

Enjoying this conversation about loading and unhappy gains and food sensitivities. Super helpful, so thanks, everyone. I think I discovered a turkey sensitivity myself in my last P3 (though it coincided with TOM retention, so hard to say for sure), and reading about that on the forum was super helpful.

The stabilization challenge is so real! Hope you're getting where you want to be, starbucks!

I'll be heading into my P3 starting this Thursday and have a quick question about allowed sweeteners. I remember erythritol is OK, but what about monk fruit? I ask because I just ordered some chocolate-flavored collagen to add to my morning coffee that contains monk fruit. Should I hold off and stick to the unflavored stuff for the first three weeks? My hunch is it's better to be more conservative at first. . . .

To best of my knowledge, monk fruit is fine for P3.

Good Monday Morning Everyone! Back to vlc day yesterday--and it was more difficult mentally, and physically than I expected. But I can do this. It will get easier each day, I'm sure. This morning I am really hungry, but I believe it was because I ate my chicken for dinner fairly early yesterday and my belly is empty! FYI, I did drop 3.8 lbs this morning, most of loading weight. Have another .8 to lose to get back to preload weight--hope I get that and then some tomorrow morning .

I need to get moving, gonna cut up cabbage and cook, I eat a lot of that on P2, put in crock pot--then its easy for veggie for most of week. And need to go to Whole Foods to get more green tea. Hope we all have a great week, and here's to losses and non scale victories as well, for everyone!
