Enjoyed your posting this morning sdwis--lots of good information. I'm going to try and put in my memory bank for issues I might have. I think some of that shows up during "loading days" too. I gained just over 4 lbs on this 2 day load, and I'm sure I didn't eat 15000 calories! Who knows if it is food sensitivities , or sensitivities to combinations of foods--plus the hcg flowing in your body. On loading days, I know I eat foods together or in same day that I might not ordinarily. And I have heard before that some have problems with turkey, for many reasons.
Good luck Starbucks, you are so dedicated to your exercise, I understand your frustrations! Hope you get it figured out soon--you're trying so hard. I didn't exercise during my PI And sdwis, at 5'10, wearing a 4/6, I'm sure you look wonderful. I know you do, Starbucks, I saw your picture too!
