Thread: Lovely Losers 2021-Just JOVIAL in JUNEl!!

I only got about 700 calories in Today by 9 PM. It had nothing to do with dieting or trying to eat in a certain way. I was just on the go all day long. I was hungry, I just never had a chance to stop and put anything in my mouth! I either had both hands on my keyboard or on the wheel of my car.

My refrigerator is full of beautiful food but most of it requires all that chopping and cooking and stuff. Dang.

I had three out of office appointments which I had postponed from last week because my freelance client needed something at the last minute. I was supposed to be done yesterday with whatever they needed this week and they added a bunch more stuff. Always glad to have the work but it was a little tough juggling the appointments and being at my computer at the same time. One was a job interview that I’m afraid they might offer me the job. It’s only two or three days a week and clear across town and pays less per hour than I’ve made in 30 years. But it’s a job. Maybe they didn’t like me if I’m lucky.

But I had to drive like hell on wheels to get there and turn around and drive right back again so I can get four new webpages up rewrite the newsletter twice once in Spanish… Just hectic. I finally remembered I had cottage cheese in the refrigerator so I had that about 930 which is kind of late for eating. So we’ll see how that goes.

I used to work this kind of schedule every single day. My family used to call me at work at 8 o’clock at night because they knew I’d be there. While it’s nice to have all the synapses buzzing, I bet I’m tired tomorrow and I had to bomb out on my nephew for a bike ride and I hope it doesn’t rain tomorrow and cancel us again.

Pearlie is loosely right....here are the exact waiting times from the protocol:

Patients requiring the loss of more than 34 lbs. must have a second or even more courses. A second course can be started after an interval of not less than six weeks, though the pause can be more than six weeks. When a third, fourth or even fifth course is necessary, the interval between courses should be made progressively longer. Between a second and third course eight weeks should elapse, between a third and fourth course twelve weeks, between a fourth and fifth course twenty weeks and between a fifth and sixth course six months.

So, list version of time after each round:
Round 1: 6 weeks
Round 2: 8 weeks (2 mo)
Round 3: 12 weeks (3 mo)
Round 4: 20 weeks (5 mo)
Round 5: 24 weeks (6 mo)

I've always thought it was odd that there is extra month's time between rounds 3 & 4. No explanation is given for that.
