    Heading down to to my moms and today my daughter and pup are going too.     I truly think .2 is just normal fluctuation and could be a little poop, lol. Also, I freeze the last 10 or so vials do they donít lose their potency. Youíre going to have a blast at the wedding.

    I went nuts for my PI and went from 150.8 to 158.2 and I know you wonít do what I did but Iím.l back on and am down to 154.4 and hope to shake off the rest in the next few days. Last time I got down to 147 for my LDW and ended up around 151-153 so I want to get there again.

    Brett went to Dallas for the week so itís just me and the dogs and the boys when they are here. I am hoping to be 150 by the time he gets back though he doesnít care. He met me when I was 190 and puffy and hungover Lovely Losers 2021-Just JOVIAL in JUNEl!!. What a difference three years makes.

    I have a second job interview today and Iím feeling good. Mentally prepping but the internal recruiter said I gave a great interview and my friend who reached out to me will be on the call as well.     Thanks for this reminder of the real beauty of the protocol--the reset to hopefully healthy, real foods! And PearlyMae's post was critical thinking, observation--eating too little can be just as self defeating as too much. Key, like you said, is eating nutritiously. And kicking that dieting mentality is not easy. I wonder if I am not eating enough right now. Will pay particular attention to water, and eating healthy, mindfully. Thanks for all your support, Leez. PearlyMae, glad Penny is a little better.

    RK, I hope your gain has been lost! Don’t throw in the towel on your vacation. Even if you go with a higher weight than hoped for, stick to P3. It will pay off.

    Polly, not eating enough is for sure a problem, but it can also be a hidden inflammation from something. It is worth checking some foods again and give it time to creep down. Not an easy fix. If you can eyeball 3oz of meat, you can eyeball 6. It is simply twice that LOL Make two 3oz servings.
    And yes! “I’m seeing that eating enough food is more important than scarcity.” EAT!
    So happy Penny is doing a bit better!

    Charlie, I love that I will be having him home through college as he wants to go to PSU. He is a delightful kid. Typical relaxed 4th kid who has watched his siblings and took notes along the way about what not to do LOL
    Keep trucking along! Sounds like you have a great and supportive partner. Fingers crossed for your interview!

    Dubbles, I hope to stay here keeping you all posted through my next round! I am very nervous to start again to lose the last 15# because I am afraid I will mess with the good thing I have now. I am almost thinking about calling this good LOL
    I don’t plan on increasing carbs as an every day thing. I just plan on being freer on some days when there is an occasion. So far so good!
    As for creeping up slowly, it may be a food. I think for me it used to be coconut. I never knew until last P3 when I had enough to see a jump and not a creep. So it could totally be something you don’t suspect.
    If you find yourself eating too little, you can always add cream/fat somewhere. It is much easier to do than to add food when full!

    Phoebe, hope the dress fits!!!!!! More carbs = more water needed for metabolism. Sounds like a normal increase in weight. 0.2 is nothing and I think we need to reframe how we see it. It is not a gain. It is a fluctuation of normal.
    Enjoy your trip! Can you just call it good and then do a new round after all the celebrations while staying P3 with a sip and a bite here and there for celebrations?

    LinderLou, congrats on your stabilization! Wonderful!

    Tracy, awesome on your P3! I too enjoy those plantain chips so much! It really provides the missing crunch in P3 that I longed for. Lily’s is so good. I love it too. I order my cauliflower bread online but my local QFC has it in the freezer section (the Outer Aisle kind). Maybe yours does too!

    AFM, 165 so same weight as yesterday. Gah, I am not sure I can do another round and mess this good thing up. What if next stabilization is not smooth like this one? It seems to me that there are so many weird factors at play here. For now, I am going to enjoy the next 20 days. Loading is planned for the 23rd of this month.

    mrsstrong, I totally get where you are coming from, not really sure about another round, since you are so happy/content where you are right now. Stablization is wonderful especially when you are able to eat! Have no doubt you will figure it out when it comes time.

    It's kinda weird for me, I have not been ticking downward, and not too far from my window, but I tried on some clothes today and they are feeling looser. Is it in my mind, or does reshaping really continue in P3? I'm seriously not one of those people who has to weigh a certain lb point to be happy, but I do enjoy being able to wear clothes and feel theyfit comfortably--and that seems to be happening. Just now concerned that the creep up will continue. Anxious for tomorrow's weigh in. Trying to drink lots of water, will see if that helps in the morning. I have .6 of wiggle room, if I am at that tomorrow--some kind of correction day is in order. Just not sure which. Seems I remember on one of our threads, not sure which--one of our ladies doing a correction day with ground beef and not steak day. It totally sounded doable Will look back and see if I can find it...hoping the best for us all in the morning.

    I've dropped a whole pants size in P3 while stabilizing. Reshaping is definitely a P3 benefit.

    Remember....don't do a correction day until you are OVER your 2 pound window. Many times, the scale will drop back without any intervention.

    Really enjoyed all of the doggy, kitty and Hambone pictures. (Pearly, thinking of your girls. Hope they’re feeling better soon.) I don’t have pictures of our 3 kitties, but should try and take some again. Let me tell, you, taking pictures of a black cat is Really hard. If you get them in good light, they squint and you can’t see their eyes… sigh. Really not much new to report from here. I guess that’s a good thing?

    Anyway, hope everyone has a nice rest of the week.

    Hi LinderLou, so good to hear from you. I love it when people check in with how they are doing in regular life! Ha.I reread your posting this morning and zeroed in on the part about settling a few oz above ldw window. I am thinking I may have to do the same. Since I didn't get a lb or 2 of wiggle room during transition days, I immediately started uptick, and 5 days into p3 am .2 over window. I am really trying to eat the right thing, no nuts, grains or out of ordinary p3 foods--except for some cheese in my salads and a tiny bit of cheese dip on plantain chips, I am really eating p2 foods with fats. Oh well. Point is, I really appreciated hearing that is what you did, settling slightly above window. I may have to do the same! Keep in touch!
