    I work out and it's been fine. A little less energy and I adjust the exercise for less reps and weights but able to stick with it. I do eat more protein (4oz as recommended) since I also don't eat the bread nor have the milk.

I really wanted to not keep calories down, but make it largely protein/fats day. Wanted to test that out. I figured it up in evening, and I believe it was approx. 1700-1800 calories. Fingers crossed it didn't make me go over my last dose weight.

    This morning, weighed and was down exactly 1 lb. So I am exactly at last dose weight. Exactly. So seems to me the high protein day worked perfectly. If someone did the true steak day for correction, I believe I might have gone down another lb. But this was not difficult at all. I don't know why, but when I think I am not to eat until evening, I am hungry and crave food all day. This was completely painfree. So, I'm happy.

    It is definitely going to be a spring day here, hope everyone has a great day.

    Totally what I do too and it works great. I did a steak day once or twice and it worked but I did not enjoy waiting to eat that long at all. When intermittent fasting I feel I need to eat around 2 so I did that and it made it easier but still, I resorted to protein and fat days, which are kind of my norm anyway when I needed to drop a little. I really have myself figured out without carbs LOL

    They have worked for me and it is all I have ever used. Up until Covid I was maintaining well too. At my heaviest I was 245.

    I agree, the drops are easy, but injections I never forget, and done for the day, whereas the drops, I think, did i take my 2nd dose, or 3rd, lol.

    I keep gaining 20 to 25 of it back, I take off 5 pounds myself and then I do a round and lose 20 lbs. So I have done a total of 7 rounds. I am on my 8th round, taking the SAME 20 lbs off. ugh. But at least I don't gain 80 back!

    Egg days have always worked for me, 6 to 8 eggs in 1 day lol, not much else (I will have say cocoa powder in unsweetened almond milk with stevia), coconut oil and avocado (fats) are fine with the egg, but just the boiled eggs work, you just get sick of them after about 5 lol. I never tried a steak day, I'm not good at fasting until 5pm, I think I'd fall asleep and my stomach would be growling loudly. I've heard chicken thigh days work too (all chicken quarters/ or thighs baked).

    So the extra ounce or two per day doesn't affect your losses (of protein?).

That being said my goal is 140 and doing a short round to get there. For most of you 10 lbs in 3 weeks is a breeze but my slower burn if i reach 10 lbs in 3 weeks i am ecstatic . I usually average .4 to .5 day

    I am happy to see all of you in the group doing so well. It encourages me and others when we read your posts. Thanks to all of you taking time to write.
    I also lose an average of .5 and I always read this was the average for most women so I take comfort in that.

    I tried your approach, and I need to figure out why I let go when I make carb allowances for myself like you do. Part of it is this feeling of freedom to be able to put anything in your mouth you want to. LOL I know it is totally not true, and not freeing if I end up addcited!

    I am going to keep working on it. Maybe strict keto until I lose the gained weight. I need to try that next time since I lost loading. The thing is that even on keto I need to restrict calories eventually in order to lose weight. I don't like fighting hunger one bit but I am sure there is a sweet spot there. If I can do 6 weeks of protocol I can do 6 weeks of strictly planned keto. I could start on the higher fat end and drop till I hit the right place. If that works, I can enjoy some higher carb phases maybe without things getting out of control. Just talking out loud here! It helps me to write things out.

    Hey all. So, pretty sure I received fake HCG. I've been on injections for a week and a half, and stalled at 2 pounds weight loss. I also have been ravenous, and very weak. I've done this diet 2x, and this has never happened. Granted, I'm doing it fully vegan this time but still, I would imagine I would feel better and have lost a little more.
    So, yesterday I decided I'm done. I stopped injections, and then had a huge cheat (vegan pizza) out of frustration. (But also because I don't think I've been on HCG!) I woke up to a 2 pound loss!!!
    Do any of you have a theory about what could be happening? I will continue shots and get back on the diet if there is a possibility this is a fluke, and my body needed a shake up to get back to losing. I only have 7 pounds to go to goal weight for this round, so I would gladly stick with it.
    But how is a loss possible if I'm actually injecting HCG? So confused.

    Good morning all! Thank you for posting!

    Rose, we are really, really on the same path! I am only a few days behind you but Started out only a few pounds difference. I started at 149.4 and today I am at 144.8. I am on P2 D4. I know these over a pound losses will not last and I will be losing maybe .5 SOME days.

    I, too, Want to get to 140 this round. And I know it will take all 21 days to get there. It Seems like Iím close enough that it wonít, but experience tells me Iíll have to sand the rest of the pounds off a little at a time!

    But that said...! Boy oh boy am I thrilled to be losing this week. From mid January until mid March I cut my portions down as far as I could and lost a total of 5 pounds. Thatís less than a pound a week. Hooray for Hcg!!!

    There are lots of things I want to comment on, exercise, creep, thyroid, hormones, etc. but I have a cleaning lady coming for the first time later and I have a lot of cleaning to do before she gets here! LOL

    I got an email from my ex-husband from 40 years ago! Heíll be in town and wanted to see me. Groan. It did pass through my mind that all those years I weighed between 125 and 130 ( thanks to hcgó2011 I was 175) since 2012, why didnít he come then? I recall that he always thought I was fat if I got over 120. But I was in my 20s so I thought that was reasonable. Bah humbug.

    Anyway I am not gonna worry about impressing him by being skinny or pretty or anything like that. I just really donít care. However I want my house to look nice! This whole pandemic I have been on the edge of sick, bronchitis for months and never have completely cleared up. So my housekeeping has not been A+ of late. So used a Groupon coupon to hire a house cleaner and hoping to get the carpets cleaned too before Sunday.

    Maybe I would lose more, I don't know but I average .5/day on every round I have done which seems to be normal. This was a recommendation at some point on the forum. You can probably find it or ask Leez. Going much below 500 calories is just not good and this helps.

    Protein protein protein! If you donít get that, your body will go in to starvation mode and hang on to every pound cuz it thinks you are dying.

    I know you get protein on a vegan diet but I also know you have to work HARD at it. I think you should be getting 80 to 100 g of protein. Not calories of what you eat for protein ( I dont know what you eat but as an example, chicken has about 100 calories and just under 30 g of protein)

    So, that is something to think about.
