Hi Everyone! Sorry I have been a stranger for a couple of weeks. We went out of town, first time in quite a while--then i got scammed on computer--it was horrible. Bank accts all had to be frozen and new ones set and bank had me go to Geek Squad to get my computer cleared of all malware, so had to make appointment, then wait for work to be done. Just got the computer back this morning. It was a horrible experience, and so inconvenient in so many ways. I just don't understand the dishonesty of people, the lengths they go to to scam and steal.
Have not had opportunity to read all the postings, looks like a lot from what I see that I have missed. Just wanted to tell everyone hello, I have not forgotten people, or gone awol on purpose. I finished my p3 and never had to do a steak day, but got close once. Went out of town, came back 1 lb down from last dose weight. I know
Leez will not approve, it is totally off
protocol, but I am cycling back to do a very short p2 after only a couple of days on p4. I really would like to lose about 10-15 lbs before summer starts, so I'm going to try. It may not be good for stablization, but my p3 was so uneventful, I'm going to chance it. So I've completed loading, actually loaded for 2 1/2 days as we had company in on Thursday--loaded on hcg Friday and Saturday, officially. Picked up 5 lbs. Sunday was first day of vlc, and dropped 2.8 lbs this morning. That brought me to only .8 lb over my last dose weight of first round. Calling this round 2. Went ahead and mixed hcg for injections, and so far, so good. Until you start dropping lbs, going back to p2 eating seems a little difficult to me. Once in a few days, and losses begin, you kinda get into a groove, and its ok--but starting is a challenge. But it can be done, as we are all aware.
Tonite, I will go back and look at posts to see how everyone is doing--right now I have to run to nursery for potting soil--picked up some pretty plants for my porch planters that I want to get planted today. Hope everyone is out a little today, enjoying the sunshine and spring!
