Good morning Lovelies! It's Thursday morning, about 8:30, weighed in 152.6, so down .4 this morning--now have wiggle room of .6 from Last Dose Weight--that's actually not bad for me, and hopefully tomorrow will have even more! Ha! Sometimes I don't have even that! Tomorrow at about 9:00 a.m. will mark 72 hours since last hcg injection, so could move into P3 for breakfast. Not hungry this morning. Yesterday, didn't eat foods off protocol, but ate additional calories, as I had double the protein at both meals. At lunch I had two leftover burgers (prob 3-4 oz each) that were prepared on GF grill day before yesterday (hubbs purchased meat and it was not low fat, but 80/20, so very good), and for dinner two of the tilapia steaks from Costco that I love that were leftover from night before again, double portions of protein. Earlier in the day I had coffee in a.m. with my Grissini sticks for breakfast, and an apple about 3 o'clock for afternoon snack. I was sure I was going to gain this morning, but at least I didn't gain, but dropped .4. Maybe if I had kept to low portions and 500 cal. I wouldv'e lost, but I didn't. But that's ok, it was like a high protein day. Preparing myself for added food volume. Ha.

Funny thing is I'm not even obsessing over what my first meal will be on P3, guess it will be breakfast, know it will be protein. Not eggs, as I'm not that crazy about eggs, just a meat protein and creamy coffee. And lunch will be a salad, with dressing and chicken. I'll probably make some burgers on GF to take in car to eat on drive to Virginia on Saturday, tho I could just stop at Wendy's and get a great salad and not eat much on way. First couple of days, not very hungry anyway. One thing I do like to do when I go to p3 is make a dip of mayo/mustard and a packet of stevia for sauce for chicken or beef. It is so tasty after plain chicken or beef. Fortunately, beef doesn't make me gain even on P2.

I told hubbs this morning that I'll be going to P3 tomorrow, and he said so does that mean you'll be able to eat then? Said yeah, more anyway. He asked, did you reach your goal. Unfortunately had to say, No, I didn't, goal was 150, and so far, only down to 152.6, so short by 2.6 lbs. Disappointed, but it is what it is. I'm ok with it. So 2 lb window will be to keep weight below 155, that should be doable. Hopefully!

Will check in later, hope everyone else is doing ok. I have to go to grocery, and need to shop a little for grandkids, always need to take a few things with me to take to them when I go--don't go that often!

I do have hhcg I ordered from Intermountain.

Hi Lovelies! P2D15. I finally broke 150 this morning and then sabotaged myself by licking a leftover knife with Nutella from my sonís breakfast which then led to me eating a yogurt pop. Don't skip the protein, but do be Mindful the test of the day. One cheat won't derail you!

LBB, just continue on plan. Don't try to fix anything. Eat all the foods you are allowed in a P2 day. You will recover and be OK.

Good Friday Morning! Today will be going to P3, I haven't had breakfast yet, but made a cup of coffee with creamer in it--no sugar creamer, but it has fat in it--yummy. Will have some bacon for breakfast in about an hour. Not hungry yet, but want to have calories. I have stablized well after each round this year and have made it a point to eat as Leez has recommended. So hope to do the same this P3. No sugars or starches during P3. I know there will be a time or two where I'll break that, say when traveling, but I know the deal, know the 2 lb window, and think I know what to do. Fingers crossed for stablizing.

This morning, weighed in at 151.4, not the 150 that was my goal, but very happy. My last dose weight was 153.2--so have 1.8 of wiggle room and that sound huge to me! Yesterday's drop was 1.2 by itself-woot woot! Since 1st week of January, have lost 55.6 lbs, now that is a lot of extra weight to carry around. Am very proud to have done this. It wasn't really quick when you think about it. We act like hcg diet is fast weight loss, but it's not really--it is a process, with the different phases of quick loss, maintenance, and further maintenance, but that is good--phase 2, phase 3, phase 4, then repeat again and again, until goals reached. This last round was short, and not a lot of lbs gone, but I think significant inches, as I'm now purchasing 8's and maybe some larger 6's in slacks. I'm a little concerned about the winter months, seems I usually pick up some extra weight in winter, sorta like bear, hibernate and have a little extra fat, plus all the holiday fun, I really want to keep things under control. But will probably need to do a clean up round in January, we'll see. One good thing, as it gets cooler, definitely will walk outside more, my dogs need it, and wouldn't hurt me either! Btw, I had told my husband I would be going to P3 where I could eat more, so he stopped at store on way home from work, brings in a tray of pastries (?*!?*?!) and I said what are you doing? He said I thought you said you could eat now? That is just the kind of thinking we can't go back to, that we can eat the way we used to, snacking on high calorie, empty sugar/starchy snacks foods. He doesn't mean to make it more difficult, and it's not his responsiblity, it's mine to make the correct choices. At some point, if I could have a pastry, or half a pastry and be happy, then ok, but I can't now, and who knows if I could ever have much self control to have a little and stop. With carbs and sugar and me, the struggle is real. Happy Friday everyone. Bring it on P3. Not very hungry yet, though about 10 p.m. last night I did have some hunger pangs.

Congratulations, Dubbles - 55 # loss is a huge win! I hope p3/p4 go well. It sounds like you need to have a long talk with your hubs about healthier eating.

I did my big losses in 2017 - 50 # - but the last few months of the shutdown did me in. It will take me a couple of rounds to get that weight back off. Makes me sad, because I had been doing so well . . . I need to re-assess my eating habits and weigh in more often, so a little gain doesn't become a big one!

P2d14 today, 516 cals yesterday. Woke up hungry. Back is better, going for a walk but keeping it shorter today.

    Awesome job Dubbles!
You have done amazingly well, 55 #'s is mind boggling. Like what other diet would deliver these kinds of results so quickly and mostly painlessly? None that's what. Since January, I, myself have lost 35#'s, still have 10 I'd like to loose but feel super proud as well! I went shopping yesterday am mostly 10's & 12's but am totally ok with that. I had pulled a 14 and the lady told me I looked like a 10 and thought I'd fall out. (they fit!) I'm not aware of my body yet. Such a weird feeling.
I keep thinking about my first meal but hard when I have no appetite I just want something different to eat!

    Good morning hcg'ers!

Dubbs, so proud of you!! And my husband sounds like he can be your husbands twin. I finally told him that now that I lost the weight, if I go back to eating that crap, I'll be right back where I was and have to start the dieting all over again!! Must be nice to be able to eat whatever you want and not gain an ounce!! Best of luck to you and I too, love the holidays!! We have a cookie exchange party every year that I help host and I make fudge every year to hand out to friends, customers and co-workers. I really need to watch it! I will be probably having to do another round in Jan as well, but hopefully not.

Do we do steak days in P4? I know I have asked that question before but I don't recall getting the answer and for some reason, I am pretty technically challanged when it comes to looking things up on this site. Just curious if it is used in P4 as well as P3?

2many ~ congrats on the the weight loss!! I am still in that place also where I bought a pair of jeans online and they are a little big for me (Size 7), so I just bought a size down (5 - juniors!!), we shall see if they fit! I think every brands sizing is a bit different and these jeans are super stretchy, which is why I think I can go to a lot lower size. (I like that stretch because it holds my tummy in). But congrats on your round!! Doing great!!

LBB - We all have those moments! Just get right back to it and you will be fine! How long of a round are you doing? Keep your eye on the prize.

Well, as for me, not a lot has changed weight wise, Wed. I was up .5, yesterday down .8 and today up .1. Today is P4D2 for me and I really haven't changed much of anything in my diet. I have to admit though... my husband eats this trail mix from Costco and has been taking all of the m&m's out and puts them in a little bowl and everytime I pass that bowl, I take one or two m&m's. This has actually been going on my entire P3. Yesterday, I finally told him to please just leave them in the bag if you don't want to eat them... there were about 5 left in the bowl and I ate all of them!! Oh, well.... this is my life and it is what it is. I usually have pretty good self control, but obviously... not when it comes to m&m's! They are now off my counter!

    152.9 today, (LIW) 152.4

    Happy Friday!
