P2d16 - no loss this week. 467 cals yesterday. Stalls are so annoying.
1st round was March 2010 , 268 to 191.2 size 22-24 to 14-16 … stabilized at 194 stayed there for years then hit 199. But
Maintained my 68 lb loss with help from hcg chica P3 to life program to help my stabilization .
Building on gradually adding calories while in p3 and P4 and the weeks following P4, was very helpful and the recipes great !
2020 three rounds mostly reshaping but I was gaining and losing the same 20 lbs 😩 ugh!
NOW : P2 D22 207 to now 189 had to adjust dose three times from 175 iu’s to a comfortable 135 iu’s with no hunger first time I’ve ever had an issue and needed to adjust.
I’m 62 now 5’ 4” and looking to lose the rest of the weight I need to. Going to do a longer round this time to give me a head start and maybe one after this round will have to see how it goes.
I have found that my body doesn’t like carbs all that much so I try to be very careful to balance out what I would eat, I have found this diet also has changed my taste for certain foods as well. It is a journey but one that I believe in .

Thanks, MrsStrong - I know it will break, hoping it's soon.
Anybody have stall - breaking suggestions? Apple days don't work for me, and I don't recall any others that are allowed in P2.

GZ—in my previous rounds I would do a detox bath and it totally broke my stall and I would start losing again. Here is the link… https://www.hcgdietinfo.net/benefits...-good-for-you/
I think I might take one of these baths tonight before bed!

That's a great idea!
BTW, I use Epsom salt + baking soda as a water conditioner/ softener in my laundry, so I have it on hand. I'll use regular salt though as I don't have enough sea salt.
As to the meals: I have been eating mostly fish and chicken, but did have shrimp Friday. That might be the problem.
I believe this is the fat cell image Pearly referenced.
