    Day 1 VLCD. Giddy up!! I felt so sick last night from loading and said ďI never want to feel Kole this againĒ. Hope I remember that. I am so excited to feel better and watch the scale drop. Feeling in control is a beautiful feeling.

    Strong convinced me that exercise isnít gonna mess with my reset so thatís good because exercise is my sanity. Recovering alcoholic and I have to get the anxiety out somehow.

    I am also doing the lipo injections and donít know if they help or not. I figured why not. It was a bundle deal.

    Iím already in a beautiful mood which happens on hcg. Loads of energy. Iíll ride this wave. Gonna make some chicken for lunch but Iím not hungry at all. Still full from the load.

    Ha! This is not my first rodeo. I just keep making the same mistakes after P3 lol.

    One thing I canít part with is my face oil. I finally found an acne system and it uses oils so I hope it doesnít totally screw with the diet.

    Anyone have any recipes they have found lately they want to share? I am usually so boring and bland on P2.

    Is it the season? I'm sooooo hungry lately. We have only had autumn weather for two days, was still in the 90's until then, so maybe not. I think, though, that I also am not eating enough! My old nemisis.

    I creep up when not eating enough, too. Up .2 up .2 up .2. This has been going on for a couple of weeks. Just as I get pretty darned close to my LIW, I'll have a good drop and start over.

    On top of that, on Saturday, and I KNOW BETTER, I ate a late breakfast around 10 a.m. and then had to run out at 2 and did not get back until after 7 p.m. And I didn't eat before I left because I wasn't hungry and didn't take anything with me and by the time I got back, and again, I KNOW BETTER, I was not only starved to death, I was hugely into hypoglycemia.

    I had trouble feeding the dogs and making myself dinner because I kept DROPPING THINGS. My hands were shaking, my back ached, and I was close to tears because I felt so hungry. I KNOW BETTER.

    It has been a roller coaster since then, hungry all the time, eating like someone is going to take it away from me (my Dad used to say "Put your foot on it and growl" like a dog) and but not being able to eat much at a time, but being hungry an hour later.

    Dang.

    I did drop back a pound today, but that is still closer to LIW than I like. I am going to really really watch what I eat for a few days. Maybe make my meal several small courses.

    Penny not well. I am trying to see if I can get her to Iowa State vet college for surgery. They do the stent surgery that is not done anywhere around here. IDK. She is just droopy and sort of resentful because she doesn't feel well and all I do for her is give her nasty tasting medicine. She is mostly not eating much. Then she will surprise me and eat a full bowl of food. I never know. The surgery is about the same cost as a cruise for a family of four, but I wasn't going on cruise anyway. I was going to go to my 50th class reunion for my high school, but I can't afford two trips so will probably cancel that.

    Onward. Dang.

    Honestly, I never quit my face creams so I guess your mileage may vary. If you like hot spicy mexican, I put hot seasonings I found on the chicken and ground beef so some kind of flavor just read the ingredients of course. Can't remember the brand but that food section has plenty.

    Up another pound and treacherously close to a steak day. Like WTH??? I'm gonna eat only fats today no carbs at all!

    Jeannette, that sounds like a great strategy! I like to do the Atkins Fat Fast: 4 small, 200 cal portions, 80-90% fat each. Pecans are my favorite. Fingers crossed - hope it works!

    I'm with you, 2Many and Jeannette: I keep using my regular soap, face, and body stuff. Mind you, I did give all up in my first, most successful round; but I kept losing in subsequent rounds, too.

    P2d20: 506 cals yesterday; hot bath in the afternoon. Weighed in this morning, now 6# down from start weight to 143#, yay! Goal is to get under 140# this round. So I finally got my whoosh!

    Congrats on closing in on goal. Always slower closer we get but you have got this. Try to stay in that 500 cal range. Maybe it will help. And drink plenty of water. 70-80 oz

    Rose, I do P2.0 as well, and it is a formulae for protein calories, my count is around 526 caloreis for protein only per day, plus veggies etc. You count carbs as well and keep under 20 carb grams a day. I lose on it as well as I do on the orginal protocol. I started it when I worked where I had to have lunch at work and the cook got her feelings hurt if I brought my own food. We compromised on my eating the protein entre and whatever veggies she made as long as they were not creamed, and a lettuce salad no dressing. It also worked well for my hypoglycemia, as I could eat protein three times a day instead of only 2. P
