Starbux I love your dog!! You are doing great-while one pinch of high fat may sound enticing its not worth the heartbreak if it goes sideways. Why mess with success? Just my humble opin.
Gz9-you are doing amazing, how much are you extending your round for? I'm always so done after 30 days that I just have to have a break but just me.
Leasa-welcome! you know what to do & how to do it! you got this!
Phoebes- amazing how only takes a couple days of backing off certain things and you just bounce right back to where you need to be! My sister went to Waco/silos before Covid and there was a line down the street for a bloody cookie or muffins from the bakery. Hopefully its not that busy now.
    Dubbles-where art thou?? doing ok?
Pearly-hope penny is doing ok! sending healing thoughts your way!
AFM-had a slight hiccup last week I have been terribly constipated getting used to eating food and fat again and weight went up & down but has settled out now thank goodness. I'm going to try greek yogurt today for lunch, I ate it all summer and helped keep me regular but I don't think I will do it everyday probly will alternate a salad for lunch.
Wasnít worth it Lovely Losers 2021- SENSATIONAL in September!! up 1 lb and upset stomach last night!

Are you taking magnesium and calcium. Leez told me about that combo and it was amazing. Helps keep things moving!!

I need to go buy some food because the boyfriend ate chili with me last night. He actually likes that basic chili Lovely Losers 2021- SENSATIONAL in September!!. Not worried about the pound and know it will fall off.

On a work safety call and zzzzzz Lovely Losers 2021- SENSATIONAL in September!!Lovely Losers 2021- SENSATIONAL in September!! 8am on Monday mornings. I work from home so I can roll out if bed and hop on Lovely Losers 2021- SENSATIONAL in September!!

Yes I'm doing Mag/Cit but not every night. They are like horse pills and I don't look forward to them!
I wish I could work from home, we did for like 3 months and got sent back; these are old school people who if they don't see you they don't think your doing work. Losers!

    Hello

Keeping myself accountable. Had wine both weekend days, yesterday had 2 parties to attend, my friends grandbaby's 3rd b-day! She is the nost adorable little girl! She has down syndrome and is SO AWESOME!! I just love her so much!! And one of my very dear friends 50th! I went from 154.1 on Sat. morning to 153.3 yesterday and today, 151.6. I even had a bite of a cookie last night and a few chips yesterday, ate a ton of popcorn, (the bowl was right in front of me) but all in all, tried my best to stay away from too much junk. I think my body reacts a day or two after the fact so I am sure I'll see a rise on the scale tomorrow or the next day.

Today I gave half an english muffin a try and had about a tablespoon of thousand island dressing on a burger patty for lunch... Yep... I'm sure I'll see a gain tomorrow but oh well.. I feel like you have to give things a try and at least I know that if things get out of control, I just have to behave for a few days and they seem to settle back down.

2many, I work from home and sometimes I wish I could go out somewhere to work..haha... the grass is always greener. I know what you mean though, it is really nice to work from home but after a few years, now I crave that social "work" atmosphere at times. I am lucky that my good neighbor friend is retired so I do see her a lot. Thanks for the heads up on the Silos!! Hopefully a few days of eating good will bring my weight back down after my trip... I have a feeling it might take a few weeks though... crossing my fingers!

GZ good for you keeping at it!! Way to go!

Starbucks ~ I remember you rock this here hcg diet!! 1lb and a slip up won't deter you!! You've got this girl!!

Woman, you rocked it while Indulging!! I am sober now but wine never used to hurt me and actually helped (dehydration maybe). I have two friends with Downs children and they are an absolute gift Lovely Losers 2021- SENSATIONAL in September!!
The Silos are going to be a blast. I love Chip and Joanna!!
I do rock P2 but fall flat on my face after P3. I need to just figure out a strict eating plan and maybe allow a cheat day then a correction day rinse and repeat. I tend to be all or none so it is going to take some mental fortitude to get this right. I know I donít feel my best when Iím at 165-170 and feel amazing at 150. One day it will click. I did it with alcohol and I can do it with food Lovely Losers 2021- SENSATIONAL in September!!

Hi Ladies! Sorry for being MIA! I have been out of town, with my grandkids! Stayed longer than I expected and got back and felt suddenly felt overwhelmed on replying since I was so far behind. Finally decided i just couldn't go back and address everyone's postings. I do want to speak to Polly about Penny, did she end up having? I saw that most of you ladies are hanging in there, doing well on programs, mrsstrong has had some health issues, for sure, so sorry to hear of that, hope you are feeling better, and on the mend now. I had shingles once and it was in a most delicate are, so miserable, so I can feel your pain. Hope you are better. Welcome back Charlie--loved the picture of your dog, inspired me to send some pics that I have promised to send, will try to anyway. good luck on your round. Jeanette, you doing ok on P3? And the rest of you, those still on P2, hang in there, it is only temporary. Many prefer the routine of P2 to the ups and downs of p3 anyway. Rose, hope you and family are doing ok.

On trip I did ok, got back later than expected and couldn't believe it, but weighed in at exactly 2 lb over last dose weight. And I mean exactly 2 lbs. over. Don't know how., but that is how it worked out. it wasn't true P3 eating. Kelly wouldn't ask, but give me a ice cream treat everynite, she would give me one of those frozen Twix ice cream bars 160 calories each, and so good, and I just ate along, but other than that , I tried to eat salads and chicken and half way decent. It could have been worse. Will say, traveling home, I did eat some sugar, but day after I got home, decided to eat only protein and dropped 1.4 lb so now, I'm in a good place and closer to last dose weight, only up a bit from there. So its good. I've been saying for a long time that I was going to I'm going to post pics since weight loss, but I'm not sure I know how. But am going to try. Loved the pic of Charlie's dog staring at leftover food on counter, so cute, does that mean I think of myself as doggie like?

I have lost weight in my face, so I am going to try and post a pic from March showing fullness in face, then of one recently that I like, but then one I don't like, but shows face thinner, which I don't want face to get any thinner. Lets see if i can get these posted.

then, I guess I'll show two I took to show how I have lost full body, but I'm too old to wear form fitting body fitting tank tops, ladies.

    IMG_5459.jpgIMG_5452.jpg

Have no idea if these photos even show up.

    Good morning, all -

Another sunny day, yay! We gotta get in as many as we can, SE Michigan is solid gloom in winter. And it will be up to 70į today, and warmer than average for the next week or two.

Dubbles, sounds like you did well on your trip, and had fun - win / win! Your photos do show up, but rotated and very small. I wonder if the moderators can help?

Everyone else seems quiet - hopefully a good sign that P3/P4 is going well.

PearlieMae, I hope Penny is doing OK!

P2d25: 535 cals yesterday, no hunger. I'm hoping that I lose a couple more pounds this final week. I usually lose a bit in P3 too, so hoping to get to 135# by the end of P3.

Dubbles, you look thin. I can understand why people are saying you don't need to lose more.

I'm going to say something to you that a dear friend said to me once I was near goal. "Why are you wearing that baggy shirt? Get some clothes that fit, girl! You don't have to hide your body in baggies anymore."
