I live around a bunch of wineries and am a member at 2 at the moment.., I don't think giving up wine is an option for me any time soon... just gotta deal with it and drink lots of water when I do indulge. I have so much wine and hubs doesn't drink.

Finally decided i just couldn't go back and address everyone's postings. I do want to speak to Polly about Penny, did she end up having? I saw that most of you ladies are hanging in there, doing well on programs, mrsstrong has had some health issues, for sure, so sorry to hear of that, hope you are feeling better, and on the mend now. I had shingles once and it was in a most delicate are, so miserable, so I can feel your pain. Hope you are better. Welcome back Charlie--loved the picture of your dog, inspired me to send some pics that I have promised to send, will try to anyway. good luck on your round. Jeanette, you doing ok on P3? And the rest of you, those still on P2, hang in there, it is only temporary. Many prefer the routine of P2 to the ups and downs of p3 anyway. Rose, hope you and family are doing ok.

On trip I did ok, got back later than expected and couldn't believe it, but weighed in at exactly 2 lb over last dose weight. And I mean exactly 2 lbs. over. Don't know how., but that is how it worked out. it wasn't true P3 eating. Kelly wouldn't ask, but give me a ice cream treat everynite, she would give me one of those frozen Twix ice cream bars 160 calories each, and so good, and I just ate along, but other than that , I tried to eat salads and chicken and half way decent. It could have been worse. Will say, traveling home, I did eat some sugar, but day after I got home, decided to eat only protein and dropped 1.4 lb so now, I'm in a good place and closer to last dose weight, only up a bit from there. So its good. I've been saying for a long time that I was going to I'm going to post pics since weight loss, but I'm not sure I know how. But am going to try. Loved the pic of Charlie's dog staring at leftover food on counter, so cute, does that mean I think of myself as doggie like?

I have lost weight in my face, so I am going to try and post a pic from March showing fullness in face, then of one recently that I like, but then one I don't like, but shows face thinner, which I don't want face to get any thinner. Lets see if i can get these posted.

then, I guess I'll show two I took to show how I have lost full body, but I'm too old to wear form fitting body fitting tank tops, ladies.

Have no idea if these photos even show up.
I can totally see it in your face and you look incredible!! Gorgeous woman. Lovely Losers 2021- SENSATIONAL in September!!

Ha! Donít give up wine! I had to for my health Lovely Losers 2021- SENSATIONAL in September!! I loved it too much. Went to treatment on November 2019 and so far so good. If I could drink like a normal person I would!!

I went down a pound today so back to where I was before the cocoa crack experiment. Itís a big no on P2. I am at 167.2 so itís gonna be a while to get into the 150s where I feel my best. Iím only on day 7 of P2 so I have time. I might do a longer round and froze about 10 prefilled syringes. I have another vial that Iíll save for next year. Itís gotten so expensive!!!

Dubs, gorgeous! I can see it in your face, so replace your avatar pic! You don't have to wear form fitting to wear clothes that fit you! Just slimmer. It keeps you on track, too, when you know you can't hide.

Penny is doing okay for now. I have to medicate her every 5 hours to keep her from coughing but she ate well yesterday. Not too interested in food this a.m. but I will be checking on her at lunchtime. I have an appointment at Iowa State Vet College for surgery for Oct 11. I am waitlisted in case there is an earlier cancellation. I call them every day and so far they have been nice about it! LOL. Penn's local vet cleared her, heart fine, lungs fine, no reason she won't be fine. But right now, I am leaving Thursday to go to my HS reunion which is 50 miles from Iowa State, so it would be nice if they had an opening next week and I could just take her along and stay over. But I can travel twice. >>I think.<< I had my reunion trip ok'd by COO while the owner was out of town for 3 weeks, and she ok'd me taking the dog to Iowa, but just found out they did not communicate and she may not know about the first trip!

I am tired of bouncing up to 129.8. For those of you with 150 goals, think of it as 149.8. Nothing wrong with it but ME NO LIKEY! I am doing a yogurt and protein drink day to see if I can't lose some inflamation and just DENSITY before my trip. Everything fits better at 127.8. Probably just seems that way, but you get it.

I posted on our reunion facebook page asking what to wear to the dinner on Sat night. I got lots of advice to wear whatever I am comfortable in. Like I am going to wear something I am NOT comfortable in. Not much help. One woman, who was always pretended we were great friends in HS but was very competitive with me, told me to just try to be my authentic self and wear a cute dress or slacks or jeans or even shorts if that represented who I am. <GagMeWithASpoon> She watches too much Cable News. I wanted to know if it was casual or dressy is all. I have comfortable clothing for all occasions. EYE ROLL.

I'll check in on the trip!

    Good job every buddy!

Ladies, have had a little more time to read up on everyone's postings. Soooooo

Leasa, Hi, and Welcome back! I remember Celeste's group, I actually got drops from Celeste's in 2010, talk about a blast from the past. Hope you have recovered from your cheat by now. That's one thing I've learned, hcg is just not very forgiving, especially injectable hcg, it comes with a price. All we can do is forgive ourselves and go onward as our buddy Polly says. Good luck on your round (oh, and believe me, I have cheated before, for sure, on several rounds, it's ok).

Charlie, you mentioned cocoa crack on P2. I never tried in P2 or even in P3 and P4 this year. In p3 now I use the Lilys's sugar free chocolate chips, they are ready made and a few of those with coffee take care of my chocolate cravings in p3. Don't think they are quite as decadent as the cocoa crack, which is prob a good thing.

gz, Good luck on goal to . If you can get it done in one longer round, good for you. Sorry about my small, sideways photos, don't know why , and don't know how to correct them, sorry. About p3, I found I did lose a couple of lbs in P3 too, it's that no sugar and no starch regimen--you'll prob lose too. And will reach that 135 goal then if not before. Good luck.

Phoebe, you are doing great, already in P4, and adding foods, stablizing really well. Enjoy your trip. Say hi to Joanna and Chip for all of us!

Jeanette, Leez, Phoebe, Charlie, Polly, all of you sweet ladies, thanks for all of the kind, sweet compliments. It has been a long journey! I know I could still lose a few pounds, weighing 153 lbs surely am not skinny, but at extreme end of 60's,edging into 70 (say it isn't so, holding onto everyday of 60s) don't really need to be skinny. And Leez, I find myself still having a "FAT" mindset. Whether shopping for jeans or tops, I reach for roomier sizes and have to go back and get smaller sizes. I have some tops more form fitting but don't wear tops that are too skimpy or too revealing and I constantly ask myself if things are too young for my age. Sometimes I try something on, snap a picture and send to my daughter and say, does this look too young for me? She will let me know. She is very supportive, and almost always says no, but I still override her at times and say YES IT IS. But I don't want to dress dowdy or "old" either, I do try not to do that.

Polly, enjoy your reunion, I hope you can combine the trip for reunion and surgery in one, would make it easier I know. I get what you were posting about what everyone was wearing to reunion...just wondering how dressed up or down most were going to be. If you wanted to go with how you'd be most comfortable you'd go in your pjs! Give me a break, how helpful was that advice! Geez, I hate when people give me that feedback! Have fun, safe travels, and best vibes for Miss Penny! Will be thinking of you.

AFM: Went down only .2 this morning, so am still 1 lb over last dose weight. Need to work at getting below that, but still not at the 2 lb over window. Am happy about that. Check in later. Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday. Feels kinda like summer again here, but without as much humidity. Hope you are feeling better mrsstrong.

I've been working from home for 10 years, and don't miss being in an office or coworkers at all. That may be because I'm in a male dominated technical field where coworkers are pretty boring, dry and just downright nerdy, so I never socialized or talked with them much beyond professional meetings or conversations. Pre-covid I had to occasionally travel to offices for meetings in other cities a few times a year, and I couldn't wait to get back home. I just remember thinking "I DON'T EVER WANT TO GO TO WORK IN AN OFFICE AGAIN".
