I am just waiting for my HCG to come in so I can get started, I have done multiple rounds of HCG back 10 years ago or so, loved it, worked great. I did the pellets when you could still purchase them on the internet. Then I had to switch to injections at a huge price increase and just quit all together. I dont mind the injections but my husband wants to do a couple of rounds again but is insisting on pellets, wont consider any other option. Can anyone point me in the right direction to purchase pellets for him? I will start participating once I get my injections hopefully by Tuesday.

Leez, that sounds great. I have a machine that uses frozen fruit with frozen banana as the base, but I don’t like bananas! The taste or the carbs.

Walmart glitched and doubled my grocery delivery which included fresh blueberries and raspberries. They even upgraded me to the bigger size the second time. Ill freeze some and see how they work out!

G: that’s what everyone at work has been calling what I’ve been doing. Drinking from a fire hose. But many days I feel like I’ve been fighting the fire! And being drenched by the fire hose from behind. It has not yet knocked me over but there have been times…!

(So,where are those cute firemen when you need them? )

    Onward frozen berries!

Welcome, Leasa! I use Intermountain homeopathic drops and they have pellets too.

Leasa- I second the Intermountain pellets Strong mentioned. I’ve used them before and they worked great once I figured out best dose for me. They were very affordable too!

Ok, Lovely Losers, I posted this question over on the Loaders thread but posting it here as well for those that don’t go on that thread. I’m wanting to hear from everyone…what are your favorite P3 meals and snacks…specifically for the first few days before we start introducing dairy and nuts…looking for some new ideas. Thanks in advance!

I use frozen raspberries to make sorbet: 3 12-oz bags of raspberries thawed; heat in a pan till very soft; then press through a wire strainer to remove the seeds and pulp. Then add 1 cup sweetener - I use Allulose + monkfruit to taste, 1 cup water, 3 T lime juice, 1 T vanilla, 2 - 3 T vodka. Cool in fridge overnight, then put in the ice cream maker on the sorbet setting. I calculate 1/2 cup at 43 calories with zero fat, 6 g carbs. I'm thawing berries as I write, plan to make this up tomorrow.

    JGD, fresh berries and RediWhip

Gig, you had me right up to the ice cream machine maker thing. That I don’t have. Sounded wonderful though!

I don't have a blender or Vitamix, but I do have the ice cream maker - I guess that shows where my priorities are! I'm eating keto to control t2d, and until recently, there were no good low carb ice creams.

I'm on p2 d2. I did well all day yesterday, but was a little hungry after dinner. I had a cup of bouillon and that took care of it.

Were you ever able to get pellets, Leasa? Intemountain Pellets? Maybe? Thank you for being a military wife, and your husband for his service! Good luck to both of you on your round.

Dubbles, I'm type 2 diabetic, so I need to avoid the sugar.

I have a quart of raspberry juice cooling, will churn and freeze it tomorrow morning.

Hi lovelies! I just started P2 a few days ago and I’m determined to stick to it and get back to feeling like myself again. I have 4 kids and it is near impossible to be good with all their food around. I also just found out this morning the my youngest had close exposure to someone with covid so she and I have to isolate in a room in our house for 5 days so the other three kids can still go to school. I just had a bite of bacon that was sitting there and realized this is not going to work without support. Love the kindness on this thread and praying I have the discipline to do this.

Wow, LBB, that's a lot of challenges all at once! Support definitely helps. You can do it
