They are very filling and go with a lot of things. I need to get my calories up and they really helped.

My go to breakfast is two semi-fried semi-poached eggs, I put in an egg ring one on top of the other and start frying in a pan and then add water and put a lid on so that it stays moist. Makes an over easy egg without turning it over. I serve those to myself on a nice big slice of tomato. When you eat an egg right off the plate if It is an over easy egg most of it gets lost on the plate and you can’t get it up unless you maybe,I don’t know, lick the plate? So putting it on a slice of tomato gives you something to catch the good stuff on and tomatoes and eggs are good together. Now that I’m in P4, I sometimes use a slice of cheese under the egg or stack both. Then add half an avocado, a piece of bacon or sausage patty and you have a big breakfast but very very few carbs.

    Onward!

I do the same thing with fried eggs in P3, over easy with tomatoes. Often add turkey sausage. Then I give to the dog to lick the plate! Love!

Our dogs live to lick our plates, in fact I have a small sign hanging by their dog dishes, dog height, saying LIFE IS SHORT, LICK THE BOWL And they do! Sounds like yours do too!

JGD, praying for your grandma!! I'm so sorry she isn't doing well but so happy you were able to spend time with her!! Hugs!!

Pearly, what were you trying to delete?? Ha!

My dogs love to lick our plates!! Especially the egg yolk that remains (since I can't wipe it up with toast) after I eat them!

    Gz, 2many...how is P2 going??

Well as for me and my steak day, I lost 3.4 #'s, so I guess the coffee with HWC didn't sabotage it afterall! And honestly, I didn't feel terrible all day from no food. I honestly only remember the worst grumbling of my stomach happened while I was at the photo machine at Walmart (Printed some wedding photos for my mom since she was unable to travel to my son's wedding) Anyway, I just chugged my water bottle and it subsided. So, steak day was a huge success that I need to remember in case I ever need to do it again.

Well, on my way down to help my mom out today and celebrate her birthday. LIW 152.4 todays weight 151.8.

Karen, I'm chugging along, p2d6. No big losses yet, typical for me. I'm using tablets, taken about 9 pm. I'm hungry for breakfast, but doing OK the rest of the day.

P2 is going, I am getting very sick of the food, I long for avocados-goat cheese, a real steak. Nothing fancy just food. But with that being said I have only 13 days left but hanging on by the hope of food. I truly must have problems if I can't even go this long without having a hissy. I'll be ok no way I'm cheating with this much skin in the game.
Awesome job on the steak day-I hate those!

12.5 pounds gone on day 19

    Hi Leez,
Skipped a day, no hunger, felt really good.. zero interest in eating, but I ate what Iím supposed to.
Down another 3.4 lbs since , so it worked like a charm.
Thanks so muchÖ just wondering as I shrink should I attempt this again if I have under pains? Ö this round seems to be going well.

Glad you are feeling good now. How much did you lower your dose?

If you experience hunger again, you can do another skip day and then adjust dose down or up according to the results.

    TGIF everyone!

Whew even though it was a short week, felt like a long one!

Hope everybody is doing ok and losing or maintaining. Never thought I'd say losing was the easy part because maintaining for me anyway is the big challenge.

Same weight as yesterday so I guess tomorrows another day. Seems like the weekends when I can sleep later help the scale push down. Lately have been loving this flavored cinnamon churro coffee so tasty! Feel like its a decadent treat but says no calories so guess its ok.

    Good morning Lovelies,

JGD, I hope your Grandmother is doing OK. My Mom had lung cancer which caused fluid in the lungs, much like pneumonia; makes it so difficult to get enough air.

P2d7, 510 cals yesterday. Hungry for breakfast and lunch, but mild. I'm using tablets which I take about 9 pm. I'm seeing some slimming but won't weigh until Sunday - I tend to have very slow but consistent losses.
