    oh..that coffee does sound good!!

    Gz, are you only weighing once a week? I wish I had the will power to do that!! When in P2 I would actually sometimes weigh just before bed to see how much I drop overnight. Now.. in P3, the scale is a scary thing to me!

    Well, I am up 1.3#'s overnight and I am pretty sure it's due to some "sugar free" keto treats I ate yesterday. I really get a sweet tooth...always have. I am going to try my best today to just grab a piece of fruit if I get a sweet tooth. I also tried some keto crackers with Hot Giardiniera... oh man, I also get a spicy tooth and love this stuff!! It's basically chopped up veggies and hot peppers in an oil that is so good on pizza, sandwiches, etc... but since I am not eating those foods now, I had some yesterday on some keto crackers... I really need to be strong today and eat clean foods!! Tomorrow I am getting up early to go with some friends to pick grapes for this small family owned winery here in the town where I live. They will be giving us breakfast and wine tastes and also a bottle of wine for helping out. I plan on trying to at least drink a protein drink before going just in case they are serving us pancakes or something, at least I can say I have eaten already and hopefully they have a protein or fruit so I can just eat light.

    Karen - yes, once per week. My losses are typically very slow, seeing a couple of ounces +/- doesn't motivate me. I would rather see 1-2# down at the end of the week. My biggest losses were my first round, and even then only 15#.

    And I did it again.

    Anyway, re: spicy things we used to eat on crackers (or chips or bread, etc.)

    I love green chile sour cream dip. Instead of chips, I sometimes use pork rinds w it. By themselves, I think pork rinds are pretty awful, but w the dip, they work.

    If not in the mood for chicherones (sp? Auto correct is trying to change that to chic heroines) I make spears from mini cucumbers and dip them.

    I tried jicama as a sub for apples w almond butter but bleh. Plus they went bad even in the fridge really quick.

    I have given up crunchy things and dip, none of the substitutes seemed satisfying. My snacks are berries, cacao nibs, TJ 85%, bacon jerky, and pecans. When I'm at a party, I'll sneak a few potato or tortilla chips, but I restrain myself as much as possible: those used to be my binge foods.

    P2d8: 488 cals yesterday, no hunger.

    End of P3 today. Day 21. 144.8 which is 2.2 lbs below liw. Hope to drop 6 lbs in next couple of months innp4 but time will tell. I feel so much better.

    Congratulations roselanoue! How did you structure your P3?? I have never lost in P3. But Iím determined to do it right this time.

    Iím on P2D10 and was trying on clothes in my closet that I havenít looked at in two years. When I walked out, my hubby had left a Krispy Kreme donut for me on a plate next to my bed. Lovely Losers 2021- SENSATIONAL in September!!

    Wanted to report that the donut is still there although I considered just chewing it a little and spitting it out. Lovely Losers 2021- SENSATIONAL in September!! But I didnít. Sweets are my weakness!!!
