    LBB, my dear husband brought home a PENN Station sandwich and fries for me the other night knowing I am on P2, this is my first rodeo this year, but my third and he has been along as sidekick three times this year. SO, i have no idea what that was about. I think they just don't realize how sensitive the protocol can be for us. I guess you told him? I just cut some up for my dogs. He didn't want me to save for him the next day.

    GZyep. Im definitely paying attention more carefully now. Not worth calling it out because I can see that conversation going only one way. But it is def worth being mindful of now

    Good Sunday morning, lovelies -

    P2d9: I'm down 2.2 # for the week (typical for me), had to to tighten my bra strap yesterday. 501 cals, no hunger. I'm liking the tablets, taking them about 9 pm. It's easier than drops 3 x per day.

    P2D11: Weighed in for the first time and Im down 11lbs from where I thought I was preload. Not accurate AT all but it is nice to see that Im not completely distorted! Going to start weighing in daily now. I have a work trip coming up soon (which is going to present some challenges) and I would like to be at least 6lbs lighter by then.

    Happy Monday!

    Made it through the weekend! Whew, had a few moments there. Was in a 3 day stall but finally broke it. Can't wait to eat next Tuesday. Anyway only down 13.1 pounds this round but guess its typical as the goal is so close.
    Hope everyone is stabilizing and losing how they want cause it can be mentally draining at times. I'm thinking long term maybe every January do a round to keep myself in check. Does anybody do this or I guess you guys are champs as stabilization.

    LBB, great losses! Mine tend to be much smaller, but the hcg is worth it because of no hunger and losing from the right areas.

    2Many, 13 lbs is a good round! Congrats! Glad your stall finally broke. If you are careful in P3, you may lose a couple more - I usually do. When I ramp calories up mindfully in P3, I also seem to stabilize better. I eat a ketogenic diet, so my foods are very calorie-dense and I have to track. I'm still trying to figure out how to avoid gaining 20 lbs like I did over the last year. I'm sure I'll be doing another round yet this fall/winter . . .

    I have done many stabilization rounds Usually short rounds. This year i had some medical issues and my head wasnt in the game till i gained 20 lbs. now i am back down to last years LIW Easier to do when you are under 12-15 lbs so i will watch more carefully. No shame in correction rounds.

    Good morning! Caught up again... Life is abundant!!!

    SO many great reports and progress and as always the support here is phenomenal.

    Rose - today or yesterday is my first day of P4. Stabilization in P3 worked. Haven't seen too much reshaping although, my clothes fit me again which is unbelievably satisfying and fun. Like I just went shopping again.

    The P3 foods I was really attracted to in the beginning were avocados and cheese and weirdly enough haven't eaten much bacon in the past 3 weeks or that many eggs for that matter. I've really been craving vegetables and things like kalamata olives and grilled artichokes in oil...fatty things. I probably won't change much in P4 although I did just have a piece of a brownie I baked for the garbage men who are coming today and are soooo awesome in what they take away for us, plant debris, house debris, etc...

    I think it's really important to listen to your body. It knows what it wants and needs. If it's asking for sugar and complex carbs, probably isn't your body, just some old habitual neural network. Grow new ones!!! ANd, Happy Monday!!

    Hi All,

    Just checking in real quick. I am 1.3#'s over my LIW today, seems to be where I like to hang out. I had a weekend full of wine and some off protocol food so I am thankful that I am where I am. Feeling pretty good. Today is P3D17 for me.

    2many - I plan on doing a round in January as well, at least that is the plan and of course if I need one. I would really like to do injections but here is CA they will no longer sell them so looks like I will be stuck doing drops, which I did have success on years ago, just way more conveniet to do injections.

    Robin, sounds like you did great in P3 and good luck in P4!! I like your thought on when you are craving stuff... probably is just old habits!!
