Karen, I suggest you try the tablets or patches, they are more convenient than drops

LBB YAY! !ST Weigh in and down 11 lbs! That's fantastic! Good for you! That had to have been exciting! You didn't specify how soon your work trip will be, if a week? 10 days? 2 weeks? Good luck on the additional down! Good job, keep it up.

Hope everyone is stabilizing and losing how they want cause it can be mentally draining at times. I'm thinking long term maybe every January do a round to keep myself in check. Does anybody do this or I guess you guys are champs as stabilization.
Jeanette, heh, I went back and reread some threads and saw that you are transitioning to P3. At first I was asking if it was this week or next, I couldn't remember, I swear, I read two of these threads and get confused going back and forth. But I'm thinking you should be on P3 by tomorrow, Tuesday the 14th right? Good for you! I think 13 lbs is great for this round. Good for you! You've had a much better round than I've had!

AFM: I was basically in stall for a couple of days but did drop to 153.8 this a.m. Not great, but least not a stall. I have enough hcg in vial for one more dose. If I drop tomorrow, I'll take tomorrow as last dose day. If I weigh in on uptick, I will use today as Last dose day. So it will help with cushion. And do my 72 hours transition to p3. Even that is not a sure thing. I do have to go to P3 by weekend. Daughter called yesterday and I need to go to Virginia this coming weekend to watch kids for them while they go to Atlanta to help one son looking to move there and he wants their input on where to settle. So I'll be go to CVille on Saturday and need to be in P3. Whether on not this will be a full on P3, remains to be seen. It may be a planned interruption if my heart is in it and I feel like I can return to complete another 19-20 days on P2 I'll come back in 12 days or so and try and salvage this p2 for real. BECAUSE Personally i feel this round has been a wash for me. From my last dose weight of last round almost a 10 lb. (9.8) loss but I had lost some in P3 which I gained in loading, plus some--so I can count that during round. But in reality don't feel it is all real "virgin" weight!

Jeanette will prob do like you and Phoebe and plan for a clean-up round in January, after holidays--to kinda reset and refocus after holiday fun. Maybe we'll all kinda check in at that time, if we get busy during holidays and lose touch? Just a thought!

Anyway tomorrow morning will decide if today was last dose day or tomorrow will be, and will decide later if this is a short round or a planned interruption. Too many decisions to make.......Have a good evening everyone

I agree with you, Rose, much easier to do clean-up round if it is kept to 10-15 lb gains. Will definitely make that a real goal!

I will be moving to P3 next Tuesday the 21st thank goodness. You sound like your doing awesome. I don't know how you guys do an interruption, once I get started I just want it over, not to return for a few months. So way to go staying motivated. My end game is not so much the exact poundage lost because I don't like trying to stay a number but a range. For instance, I know the 2 pound rule but honestly, when on P3 and I've indulged then weighed and then go bathroom, then weigh again, sometimes its a wash and no steak day or correction is necessary. I tend to feel like a 3-4 pound range is right for me. My weight fluctuates so much but I'm learning. Now on P2, thats a different story with the numbers, I fight for every ounce!

It makes me crazy that I get your screen name and JGD'S screen name mixed up all the time. I mean, really-I have a mental block on the two. I seriously don't know why. She is the one that just began P3. Welll, hang in there for the next week. I have to go on P3 because I'm coming your way for the weekend. And I looked at the weather, it looks to be really hot there, still. We will be going to a kids football game on (middle school aged program) on Sunday, looks like UVA has away game on Saturday, so can watch that on tv, in A/C thank goodness. Anyway, back to the diet-- I am making today my last dose day, because I am going to be traveling and find it difficult to stay on P2 at their house. I can do P3, with grilled meats, salads and regular dressings there. They actually eat fairly healthy, except for a LOT OF pizza, and during football a lot of CARBO LOADING, like spaghetti and meat sauce night before games. But I can eat the meat sauce, which she make heavy with meat. Just try for no spaghetti. I can serve myself so noone would even know. You're smart to not be so obssessed with an exact lb. I think. A range makes more sense, it is really more how you feel and look in your clothes, or how your clothes fit, I think. I don't want to have to be an entire new wardrobe again. There is no way I can keep my weight below 150 without as you say, fighting for every oz. I'm not sure how it will be staying below 155, that remains to be seen.

Safe travels! That sounds like fun! But I understand about the food choices. I love meatballs with spaghetti sauce with mozz cheese on P3. Don't really miss all the bread & noodles. I say I'm not going to be obsessed but more like I'm going to try to not put so much emphasis on it! I just don't want a bad weigh day to ruin the whole day-life's too short! But I don't intend on going off the rails either hence the plan for January haha.

Hmmm... where do you buy yours from? I know, drops are so hard to keep track of. I really like the injections but of course our darn government here in CA won't allow them to be shipped here any longer. Hopefully that will change by the time I need to order again. I do have hhcg I ordered from Intermountain.

    Hi Y'all,

Dubbs, I would love to keep in touch and I like the plan of all of us touching base in January if we do get busy and don't post as much!! Count me in for that!! And hopefully we all stabilized so well over the holidays that we are just coming on here to say Happy New Year and none of us need a round!! Haha... wouldn't that be great!! I am happy you are moving on to P3 this weekend, I know this has been a tough round for you! Time to put it behind you and move "onward"!

Jannette, I like your method of going with a range rather than an actual number! I feel like my body has always liked 154lbs, as long as I don't go above that number, I feel pretty good, but once I start to go above that, it seems like it just keeps going up and up... that is what I need to really pay attention to, at least for me.

You guys all seem to be taking everyday in stride! That's all any of us can do! As for me, I am at 153.1 today. (LIW was 152.4). Would like to be stabilizing lower then my LIW but staying where I am at is ok too. I really need to start walking and working out but it has been so darn hot here.. and when I do go out in the evening when it cools off enough, I get bit up so bad by mosquitoes! The other night I was out in shorts and within a half hour I had 5 bites on my legs!! I cannot wait for the fall weather to hurry up and get here!! My daughter and I are going to go visit my son and his wife in TX at the end of the month, hopefully it will cool down out there too!!

I am thinking since I am getting close to P4, (today is P3D19) I am going to start to cut back on the full fat stuff and maybe add in some stuff like sprouted bread and oatmeal. I have some ezekiel english muffins in my freezer that maybe I will try just one half in the morning one of these days and see how it goes. The last time I had blood drawn my cholesterol was pretty high so I really don't like all of the high fat stuff that I have been eating...well, I mean, I like the stuff, it sure is tasty, but I probably should watch how much I am eating. I finally bought egg whites to have instead of whole eggs all of the time and got some half n half to use as soon as my hwc is gone. Just small changes for now and see how it goes.

I hope everyone has a great day today!!
