Wink Lovely Losers 2021- Deliciously Determined in DECEMBER!

Happy Holidays to all of the Lovely Losers out there from Coco (aka sdwis). Here's your new thread for DECEMBER 2021.

    SPECIAL NOTE:
We all know how challenging it can be if you are on your HCG Journey during this time of the year. Everyone else is eating to excess with no apologies, and could care less about their weight. If you are brave enough to be in the middle of a round, or just finishing a round at this time, you need extra encouragement to stick to it, so HERE IT IS.

If you are lucky enough to be LOADING during this time you have lots of decadent choices to eat, SO ENJOY!!!!

This joyful and jubilant group of HCGíers have been starting new threads every month for years to prevent people from having to sort through literally thousands of old posts, and making it easier for new people to join in.

Please note as you read through the posts:

We are all in different phases of HCG.
We all use different methods of HCG.
What is right for YOU, is right for YOU and we respect that. We donít judge.
We discuss ALL aspects of our individual journeys to a healthier lifestyle.
And MOST importantly, while we can be a little naughty and nutty (always with humor!! ) we are NICE to each other!!

So grab a cup of Hot Cocoa, Coffee, or Tea and STEP RIGHT IN!!!

    Thank you Coco.

Today begins VLCD 3. Yesterday I woke up to a 4 lb loss and today I lost another 1.6 lb. I love the losses I get the first few days before they slow down. I think they are quite helpful in staying on course when withdrawing from carbs and craving everything we canít eat on protocol.

    Hi Savannah.

I won't be starting p2 until December 27, so I'll be there with you after your planned interruption, and I can cheerlead for now. How many days of PI are you planning?

I just made it to p4 after what felt like a very unproductive p3, with constant inflammation and what felt like new food sensitivities every day. I'm so relieved to finally start to feeling normal again.

    Congrats on those huge losses!

    Hi Samslice,

My last injection will be 12/21 (23 injections) so I can eat prime rib on Christmas Eve and omelet Christmas morning. I will enjoy the week between eating low carb and a few seltzers until after the new year and resume injections and VLC eating on the second or third of January, so the interruption will be 12-13 days.

Are you loading on Christmas or starting your load on the 27th? I am beginning to feel better on VLCD day 3. Less lethargic and a bit less achy since I was carbing it up bad before I decided to bite the bullet and get started. I was in bad need of a health reset.

I also generally start getting burned out after a few weeks on protocol, so for me, a PI is the only way to do a longer round. After the interruption, I will stay on 7 shots minimum to get to my 30 injection days. I will decide at that time if Iím going to continue. If so, I will start skipping a weekly shot.

    Good Saturday morning, Lovelies -

Samslice - I'm glad you made it to P4. Have your food sensitivities settled down?

Savannah - sounds like you made a great start, happy losses!

AFM, I completed P4. I was holding very steady but was up earlier this week, so I did a steak day Thursday; back in my window.

    Savannah,

That's great! I never have losses like that. I am lucky to get 10 - 12 lbs total losses in a round. But at least I stabilize well afterward.

I like your plan to enjoy your Christmas celebrations as a PI. I may do another round after Christmas, to hopefully get down another 8 lbs to my target weight.

    Happy losses!

I'm wondering if things will continue to slow down as hcg becomes more difficult to obtain. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Injectable may be more difficult to get, but hhcg has less purchase restrictions and for me, seems to be just as effective.

    Hello all,

Just checking in. I'm planning another round after the new year to get the last 12 lbs.

Pearly Mae - Traffic should pick up then!
