I searched for the somers's dressing recipe, and found Mushroom Sausage stuffing. Not sure if that's what you were referencing, but I made it and it's incredible!
TOM finally left yesterday. Was feeling a little better, then blew up after dinner last night. Didn't weigh this morning, because why bother I can see something is wrong. Starting to wonder if it's cauliflower, since I'm not eating eggs dairy or nuts or coconut. I tried adding ginger to two meals yesterday, didn't really help and I've already wasted $50 on digestive enzymes that I can't take, so not buying more of that.
Today I had grilled fish w/ brussels sprouts salad, and a little bit of avocado-hemp-lemon dressing that I made. I also made a tomato cucumber salad with a drizzle of olive oil for snacking throughout the day. I'll have turkey or chicken or bone broth, with vegetables and a little pork later, avoiding cauliflower. If this doesn't help, then I can only assume my body just hates food. Seriously disappointed.
