    Good morning, Lovelies -

Samster, congrats on your successful round! I'm impressed, 21 lbs - I have never lost more than 15 in a round.

Dubbles, how are you doing? And PearlyMae, MrsStrong, MissM, 2Many, Starbucks, and Phoebe - updates please!

Cool and gloomy today. With my road torn down to dirt, it's not too appealing to go walking. Tomorrow we are supposed to get a bit warmer with some dun, so maybe then. Meanwhile, I'm going to organize my free-weight space so I can get back to that.

P3d21 for me. I have brought my calories up to target, and weighed 138.2 this morning, well within my window. It feels good to be slimmed down!

Good morning gz9gjg. You have mentioned in several of your posts that you use hcgg that is a tablet taken 1x/day. Could you please share where you purchase this product? I don’t post much, but I do read almost everyday. I have lost 62lbs this year and normally use RX injections. However, I’m interested in the hcgg tablet. Thanks!

Hey all, talk about MIA - LTNS.

Great to see old familiars still here and also good to see some new names.

Dubbles, is that a new profile pic? You look skinny, gf.

Me, I'm still 2lbs over my LDW, 159-ish, up one day, back down the next. My last P2 ended 9/4, seems like ages ago. Funny, when days *in* P2 seem to be interminable....

Down to my LAST TWO PAIRS OF PANTS I'm not completely comfortable wearing so I'm ready to come back for another round to take off the last 10-12. But now that the holidays are here, seems pointless to start now, guess I'll wait until after Christmas.

    Cheers! Miss Cast

    Wow. So Quiet here!

    crickets.jpg

But I hope that means everyone is just busy with Life, Love and pursuit of Happiness with themselves!

I am amazed that after a full summer of maintenance, I am starting the holiday season under my LIW! That NEVER HAPPENS! I have done this since 2013, when I started in late January with Janeen and company in Procrastinators (since we did not start Jan 1st!) But every year, I'd do a round in January-March, then creep up all summer, do a round in the fall, then creep up over the holidays, Lather, rinse, repeat! But somehow, here I am, with a round last winter, then steady as a rock all spring, summer and into fall.

FINALLY! I love how I eat, I love the food that I eat, I love feeling healthy. And I LOVE being between 127 and 129 90% of the time. The other 10% has been ocassional forays into 129+ to 130, but also down to 125-127. So FLUCKtuations.

I have credited eating more and I still think that was an important change in P3 that has helped me stop the creep. I ate MORE of everything, except sugar and starch.

I consistently ate fruit (berries and apples) in P2! Not part of the 2.0 protocol I follow, but I think it helped keep me from being completely carb senstitive. I continue to do so now.

In the last several months of P4, I have continued to eat 1500 - 1800 calories most days, though I don't track anymore. I just know what I eat. I have added some starches: occasional slim sliced bread with Avocaco and cheese for toast breakfasts, occassional spoonsful of peanut butter (Yes, I still have almond butter, but let's face it, it AIN'T PEANUT BUTTER! LOL. ) Casava flour/chia seen chips have been a wonderful addition. I make myself batches of waffles made of eggs and cream cheese, and I have added a tablespoon of Bisquick to the recipe (which makes 3 waffles so about 1 tsp per waffle) and while it seems not enough to cause problems, it makes them fluffier and sturdier. I like to toast then grab two and a sausage link and snarf in the car on the way to work.

If there is a birthday, I eat birthday cake. (but only ones I like!) If I got to a restaurant, I treat myself to a steak! I often find myself with 3 or more veggies on my plate when I cook for myself and i love them--ha ha I love my own cooking!
Of course, I do not have the obligations and challenges that most do: I am single no kids, so I cook for just me!

I am not bragging, mind, I am sharing that this WORKS and can work longterm. How I messed up year after year when I could not control the creep---but now I can, who knows?

I may jinx myself. But someone brought 'fake' carrot cake bites in to work today. Cream cheese frosting made with honey--bleh. the 'Bite" was dry-- just carrot and almond flour! without it, so I took a nibble of each part, wrapped it up in a tissue and stuck it in my purse so I can take it home and toss without anyone getting hurt feelings. In other words: I AM PICKY ABOUT WHAT I EAT! lol. I think that is HUGE.

    OnWARD!!!!!

I am here again. My head is not in the game. I’m at 160 and should be at 150 by now. I am close to the 43 day mark and run the risk of immunity. I don’t want to mix a new batch and waste it l either. I have a few more injections left and will head into P3 for a break and maybe do hhcg to see if I can shake the 10. I got obsessed with sea salt pita chips and grissini. It wasn’t even worth it.
I will try to read and catch up.

Starbucks, I am always impressed by your level of self-awareness and your willingness to accept what your issues are and face them head on. That combination has the power to lead to eventual success that will get you to your goal.

I think its a wise decision not to tempt immunity. You don't want to lose HCG as a tool to get you where you are going. I believe that you will get there.

Leez, thank you. That is my concern as I’ve done a few rounds this year. Life got lifey and I succumbed to bread (grissini and pita chips) just weird.

The good news is that I will celebrate 2 years of sobriety on the 2nd and the lifey stuff didn’t cause any relapse. Learning to deal with my anxiety and I think a proper P3 will help. More choices and I can refocus.

Thank you! I look good at 160 but I know the creep will come and it’s easy to gain for me.

I have returned to Pilates and have not been on my bike in a month so those are important for me as well.

Hope you’re all kicking butt! Happy Halloween!!

    Good Saturday morning, Lovelies -

It's The Big Game today, Michigan State vs University of Michigan in East Lansing. GO MSU!

The weather is gloomy and drizzly and my street is still torn up. They claim they put down crushed limestone, but my tires and shoes get muddy, so . . .

PearlyMae, I am impressed you have found your best way of eating (WOE) - maintenance is always the toughest part. Amazing how treats like those "carrot bites" often aren't as good as we imagine they will be, too. I hope your girls are doing well -

Starbucks, in a round, I have learned hcg gives just enough losses, but doesn't let us get to looking like we have been starving ourselves. Better to end the round than drag it out, and risk immunity. I also find in P3 my skin tightens and I look better every week, even though I'm no longer losing; so even though I didn't get to my goal weight, I am pleased with how I look and feel after this round.

P4D3, 138.0#, eating pretty much back to my regular keto WOE. I feel like I have pared my diet to the things I enjoy the most, while avoiding carb-y fillers. I miss chips and other salty crunchy things, but a sampler handful at Costco seems to be enough, that I don't buy the bag. My worst problem is finish-it-itis: when there's more than the portion I want, which won't be enough for another meal, I tend to finish it off. Then I'm over full. I'm waiting to make / buy any treats, until I can tame this "clean the plate" habit. Plus the holidays are coming . . .

    Hi Pearly.

    Congrats on your success!!

Your lather rinse repeat story is common. On this last successful round, did you use a different type or source of hcg?

I saw the tail end of that game and didn’t catch who won but it ended with a spectacular play!

I dropped 2 lbs overnight so down to 158. I will finish out the last two injections and roll with it. I’m done 20 lbs so it’s not a wash.

Stuffing individual bags with candy and am not tempted so that’s a miracle Lovely Losers 2021- ON TOP OF IT in October!!

    Hi Starbucks,

The MSU Spartans won, at home in East Lansing. Yes, that last play was spectacular. U-M did field goals, MSU made touchdowns. MSU's strategy worked better!

Wow, 20 lbs down - I'm impressed. You are finishing strong!
